Well the store said they could not test a sim card reason they didnt want to take mine out of my phone and put it in another phone to see if it came up with the same issues and they didnt want that to happen so they didnt test it.Second bought a new sim card and the same issue accured so now have two sim cards that may not work or phone that may not work I think its the phone and that could of been resolved over a mth ago but wasnt.Very disappointed in cricket they use to be good but now they are paying someone to say cant help you basically.

Very rude woman on the phone that did not want to help what so ever unless I came into the store and even hung up on me. Id steer clear of this garbage location and its employees

It wass fast af took me like 15min and the hyna wass firme!

I walked in the store to buy a charger and the manager was but so rude to some other customers that is not the way managers are supposed to act sounded so disrespectful.

We love going here, never stressed or pressured no matter how many people they have in the store! They take their time and love them. Never did get a survey on our phones, which was disappointing because we wanted to give the girl all aces!!

I went to the store on the 2/8/18 i spoke to a lady at the counter about connecting my bill that was out of service for a while she said i couldnt get my number back as it was too long disconnected. I asked her please try to help me as i have had this number for a long time. She wasnt helpful or seems to even care. I left the store feeling down. I went to another store and within 3 minutes my account was back up and running.I then went back to the previous store to let them know that there was a way they could have helped me. They could have care less. I do believe there intention initially was to helped me they just need better training.

This Is my cellular service. They are great. There service is fantastic. Ive never had a problem with them.

Sorry but I been with cricket for a while and the woman there was so rude and years people like they are ATMs doing anything to pull money out of them.I had to give a 1 star rating because that is as low as I could go. Altho she is the lowest form of sales clerk you can get the way she treats people epically around holidays.

Associate walked off in the middle of helping me to go talk to her friend for a couple minutes, but aside from that they were very quick and knew what they were doing.

The women who work there are rude. They are far from friendly and refuse to help. The one woman said I would have to pay for a sim card that they broke. If I were you I would drive the extra distance to the one on Hancock.

The ladies in this store is rude and did not want to help me or the other customer at all. It was a inconvenience to help me I will not be back here the and so many I will not come back
