Emily is such a solid person AND worker. She’s one of the most genuine, honest, kindest people I have come to know and is always so kind to me and the staff at both malls. Everytime we visit Zoo Rides, she’s so kind to customers, and the kids always enjoy themselves. She’s always here before or after work doing SOMETHING, it’s lovely to see someone who really cares about their work and her little family at Zoo Rides.

We can’t go to the mall without coming here! What an awesome idea! The staff is AMAZING with kids! The girl here is such an adorable, amazing woman and has the most amazing customer service I’ve ever come across. she REALLY knows how to do her job. She’s attentive, caring, patient, and handles chaos and stress so gracefully and efficiently-isn’t even phased by it! Every time we come, Zoo Rides is so busy, but she handles it like a champ! I’m AMAZED by how on-top of everything she always is, no matter what. Not to mention she’s always doing something like cleaning or fixing an animal. My kids are obsessed with her, and my husband and kids were dumbfounded when she started speaking Spanish!She enthuses about how amazing the owners of the business are and it’s amazing to see someone who loves their job! SO impressed.

We were out in Colorado visiting family for the holidays and took the kids to do this last weekend. They had such a great time, they wouldn’t get off! The employee’s energy was stellar! I asked for her name so I could write a review, unfortunately I forgot her name, but she hustled! Making the little ones laugh, asking what they asked Santa for for Christmas, wished a happy holidays to everyone (was mindful that not everybody celebrates Christmas, which I was really impressed by), and was making sure everybody had a good experience! She got to every customer really quickly, checked up on us, and was even nice enough to take the time to pose in a picture with my daughter and niece after the ride! Beautiful inside and out with a heart of gold! They had such a good time, what a great idea! Happy New Years y’all!

My experience with this company was LESS THAN POOR! I paid for a 10 minute ride for my Daughter and 2 of her friends... As their ride began I noticed one Animal was slower than the others; I exchanged the animal and proceeded. Seconds later another animal had slowed down. I asked to exchange it and the employee said they were all dead and would run equally slow. I asked her if I could get a ticket allowing me to come back later so all the girls could ride TOGETHER AT THE SAME PACE. She agreed. I came back later and had the girls share two animals. After a 5 minute ride the girls returned to me asking if I paid for a 5 minute ride or 10. I replied 10. I went to ask the employee why I wasn’t given the amount of time I paid for she said because it was free and a free ride is 5 minutes. I said but it wasn’t free it was a refund for the ride that was ruined an hour ago. She began arguing with me, refused to allot the proper amount of time, and after requesting for her managers name and number SEVERAL TIMES she said you can use my phone to call him. I replied No, please write it down as I am here with my daughter and her friends and do not want to address this in front of them.. FINALLY SHE read it off to me.. I said can you write it down, she very rudely told me to punch it in my phone since I am going to call him anyway.. So I dug my phone out of my bag and saved the number. I called the manager and he declined the call 3 times. It’s sad that a company would rather ruin 3 little girls’ experience than allot them the proper amount of time that was PAID FOR!

Best experience I had out of all the animal ride thingies, I took my kids they had a lot of fun, they really enjoyed, it’s done really professionally, the animals are clean and taken care of, which is very important. 100% would recommend!!
