To be honest Im not impressed with the experience I had. We brought our house while we were in Texas in 2020. I flew to Colorado to see it and do the closing, this girl Jennifer G. make me feel unwelcome, she told m to follow her to go to the office and then she call me and ditch me on the way there, (remember is my fist time in colorado) with GPS and all I got lost, once I got there during the signing process was very odd, she didnt talk directly to me, again I feel that I didnt belong. Afterwards I never have hear from them as a nice thing to do, to ask anything. Just no professional at all in my opinion. Belive me Im not a picky person but I value a good costumer service. Were in the military we move and sale constantly, 100% im NOT calling her to sell my house next time.
I called to lease a property. I called on a Friday as I was down in the Colorado Springs area from Denver. I spoke with Stephanie a property leasing consultant. She told me I was the first to call and had priority on a specific property. There was a tenant in the current unit so they could not show me until Monday at noon. I was called into the Denver office and called Stephanie to let her know that I could not make Monday but that any other day I would come down look at it and if all was good I would sign the lease. She never called me back. Never emailed me. Just leased the property to someone else from out of state sight unseen with absolutely no communication. Probably leased it on Saturday. I realize that is what they do. Rent properties but where is the professionalism? Not even a call to tell me someone else was interested and that I should move forward as I was the first to contact them?? Absolutely horrible customer service and communication on their end. Just remember when you do business with ReMax. Its all about the money. Greedy company and practices. I will never ever do business with ReMax again. Period. Take my advice and Don’t do business with them.
We have NOTHING but good things to say about The Rowland Team. Josh and Virginia are friendly, genuine, competent, knowledgeable, and most importantly, trust worthy. We left the first home we ever bought in their hands to sell when we relocated out of state. They had a game plan, made sure the house was secure, cleaned, and staged beautifully, and were able to secure a contract well over our asking price 72 hours after listing. Within a month of listing, the sale was complete. We couldn’t believe it! And they managed it all in the midst of welcoming their own new baby into the world! We have yet to meet a realtor or realty team that even begins to shine the way the Rowland Team does. Thank you, Josh and Virginia!
Do not recommend renting from them. From the first week we were there we had problems. Could not get in touch with anyone literally for weeks for maintenance issues like our key not opening our garage door. They also never told us where our mail was being delivered or which box our mail key opened (out of like 50 boxes). Weeks later I figured it out on my own I let them know, but they put in a maintenance order 2 months after that and our mail key was changed without any notice to us.Our main issues came when we vacated the rental. The move out forms state that youre required to hire a carpet cleaning service and provide a receipt, but that general cleaning just needed to be done to a professional standard. It was just me and my husband in the house, but I still spent the last 3 weeks deep cleaning the house and the last 2 days touching up everything... but somehow they still had to charge a $300 cleaning fee. Seems like thats an easy way for them to rip people off.They also charged us an extra months rent for not providing enough notice, although they knew 30 days prior, which is what the SCRA requires. They said theyd rent it as soon as possible and prorate the days back to us that someone had taken over the lease. A month later they still hadnt even listed it for rent. And its not like they wouldve had a hard time renting that place in the Springs.From the people we encountered, the place is run by shady people who dont do their jobs very well.
My experience with Mrs.Myers been more then amazing.Not only is she helpfully but very resourceful.
Team Watson was an answered prayer. We had been looking for a realtor to help us purchase and sell our house for a couple months and the Watsons stepped up to the plate. They were able to help us secure our new house and sell our existing house, calm anxieties and guide us through it all. It worked out so well we were able to close on both houses in the same day! It could not have been a smoother process. I will and do recommend this team to anyone who is looking for rock star realtors.

So I just recently purchased a home from The Johnson Team, I cannot begin to say how utterly amazing this group was! Communication was instant, which was really important given how fast the market is right now. As I was selling my former residence, my selling agent Kristie Shumaker and the home stager were nothing short of spectacular! They gave me all the best tips to best increase the value of the home prior to selling, hooked me up with some good contractors, and we got the place shining for showing.When I was finally able to buy a new place, I worked with Dan Noel. Prior to my former home closing, we went out to scout some homes so he could get an idea of what I liked. That made it very easy for him to pick places to view once I was able to put an offer down on the house. Dans knowledge and expertise was ace and never once did I feel like he was leading me away from what I was interested in. Everyone on the team was attentive to my needs, flexible with their schedules, and, most important, super friendly and honest in every way. Were I to move again in the local area, Id use their serves once more! I cannot recommend them enough!
I recieved a property from another management company and remax had taken over it while I was a tenant. Upon move out I supplied a cleaning reciept for house and carpets. After moving out they charged me again for the cleaning $300 and an additional (Rocky Mountain fee) $50. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY! Worked with Bonnie Kurtz and Shelley Zapata. Terrible customer service as a property manager. I sent my 30 days notice about 45 days out and never received a reply of acknowledgement. Had to follow up with my property manager agent via cell to ensure she knew I was moving out, as she couldnt keep up with email. Now its been around a month since I moved out and still havent received my security deposit back. Yes, they are allowed 60 days to return the deposit but it has never taken any other company I rented from while in Colorado Springs this long.The positives are many of the tasks dealing with the agency are able to be processed remotely/online. Such as signing lease digitally, written 30 day notice sent via email, maintenance requests on website as well as online payments without extra fees. Although the poor customer service outweighs these conveniences for me.

I HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY THEIR AGENT STOOD ME UP. After 3 hours of driving with a newborn to make a 10:30am appt in traffic the whole way . Their excuse is because they can not show you a house without an application meaning they run my credit without me even viewing a home this is highly illegal and I will be reporting this company to every website I find bbb will be notified also . Your agents are unprofessional and you are CON ARTIST I HOPE THEY SHUT REMAX DOWN . You make your clients do a credit run before showing a home & then stick them with a completely diffeeent property .
