My wife and I had Mark help us both sell our home and purchase a new one both in Colorado Springs. I think Ive already left a review for the purchase, but I never mentioned the sale. The sale went fantastic. He came over and took an amazing video using a stabilizing gimbal and a drone to really capture the amazing view of Pikes Peak. We were selling our home in January and didnt know how much activity we would get. We left for a 1 week vacation mid-week. He scheduled open houses on Friday and Saturday. We had multiple offers on Sunday and ended up selling the house for higher than list price. We even signed the offer while we were on the other side of the world, with my phone! We couldnt be happier. We sold in the first weekend! Mark is extremely responsive and has so much knowledge about houses in general - he used to build homes. He is up to date with technology and most of the paperwork can be done on your phone or computer, and hes using various avenues for marketing when selling the home (open houses, going door to door and inviting neighbors, all the major websites, a bunch of others, Facebook, etc.). We really couldnt be happier with both our buying and selling process. Slam dunk on both.
