We have been with Boxer in Citadel Terrace since we started our business. (around 3 years). We have moved a couple of times as we started to grow. We are only leaving because we are expanding some more and they do not have availability, which we believe is a testament to their service. The entire time we were there the staff were friendly, respectful and professional. The building was always clean and well kept. We would definitely rent from them again.

I have nothing but praises for this property and the manager Corey McCoy. When I first visited the property, Cory was very helpful and got us in the building on the day I wanted to move in. Him and his staff have been very helpful since weve been here. The common areas are awesome and always clean when I get here in the morning. Which is big for me since I have clients that sit in them before they see me. I would recommend this property to any business in Colorado Springs.

Boxer property took over managing the property a few years ago and they have done an exceptional job improving the building aestheically. They are extremely professional and do an excellence job of ensuring the tenant and property is well maintained. Corey is a proactive property manager ensuring all concerns are addressed and resolved quickly. One of many things that I like about Boxer Property is the wide open communication. I can use the website to handle maintenance, payment, requests document and more. I would highly recommend their management services.

Great place. great people. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a good place to start. They have a ton of single office units but are willing to move walls open units up and have more of a community style collaboration for the environment.

Corey is amazing. we got into the property in a short amount of time the lease process was extremely easy. I could not be happier with the overall performance of the property and staff. Would highly recommend to any startups because of how easy the process is.

We began looking for office space in 2016. We met Corey McCoy and our search was over! Corey spent several days with me and my team showing us suite after suite on the 5th floor, which was under construction at that time. He was very patient and listened, truly listened to what we wanted to achieve in our suite from the sizes of the offices to who would be in the various offices and would they prefer the office closest to the door entering the suite or did this person require being toward the back of the suite. He even gave us ideas on how to arrange our office furniture! Another plus the building offers is the the use of conference rooms that range in various sizes from 4 to 30 people!We are going on our second year in this building and are growing out of our suite. We love the looks of the Citadel Terrace Building’s interior and exterior so we are in the process of moving to a larger suite.Being a Property Management company, it’s essential to have a location that is centrally located to our properties and can accommodate visitor parking.Corey provides the best customer service. Anytime we had a question or needed a repair, we had immediate response! Corey and his team rock! They always have a smile and a kind word for everyone! We are in the process of finalizing our new larger office space and hopefully it will be ready to move in late March! Corey has been with us every step of the way working on the tenant improvements. He gave us so many great ideas that would work within our budget!I shopped around looking at other office buildings but none compared to the service I received from Corey. If you are looking for an office building that provides quality customer service in a nice clean building then call Corey McCoy. He will take good care of you!

Because of its classy look and friendly staff, Boxer Propertys offices at the Citadel Mall ranked as our #1 pick when we shopped for space in 2014.Michele Gonzalez, office manager, aided by her savvy team, responded promptly to every request weve submitted.The location could not be more convenient, although its proximity to Starbucks may have enabled an addiction we find hard to break.New tenants each month, and ongoing upgrades to the facility, ensure that the best for this building is yet to come.EVENT DRIVEN, LLC is so grateful we landed here!

If you never want to receive your mail for your company this is the place to come. The mail man does not deliver things to this address correctly. When they do they leave your door open so anyone can get to it. Terrible onsite management. Never responded to issue in the office and even though we provided proper 30 day notice and turned in keys timely they continued to bill us past our lease expiration and charged bogus fees. The onsite manger is useless when trying to get a resolution. Dont put your business in jeopardy coming here.

This past fall we leased office spaces at the Citadel Dr locatino after reviewed a number of candidate office locations in colorado Springs, The newly renovated Boxer Property location provided the best possible combination of location, office size options, prices, terms and services. Additionally, MIchelle and her team are highly professional and easy to work with.
