Very friendly school, instructor is well knowledged. Lessons are easy to follow. Highly recommend
Love to watch my grandsons learn so many life skills here!
Myself, son and daughter have been doing kudo and BJJ at this dojo for 2 years. They both love the classes and the facility. They recently expanded and will be offering more classes. The instructor is great with the kids. Very stern when needed but fun too.
I love this dojo. From day one, it felt like home. Going to BJJ or Kudo is what I look forward to the most throughout the week. If youre on the fence about learning here, please just give it a shot. You wont regret it.
Instructors are reputable, skilled, and at least one is a certified coach in the field. Offered classes include Kudo, Judo, and Tai Chi—any of which, even by itself, offers an impressive array of teaching. At the time of writing, classes are charged on a daily basis: *$30-$40 for adults, $20 for kids and Tai Chi. Relevant equipment is present, such as floor padding, punching bags, and other gear. My only con is that in general the location seems a little rough; not in the best spot per say, and interior isn’t real glamorous or anything. It smells like chlorine. This being said, the kids classes actually dive into some techniques, and it was fun watching them learn to grapple. I want to thank the sensei for letting me sit in.And while it isn’t necessarily definitive to review classes I haven’t attended, this place didn’t have any ratings. So I figured my attempt at informing couldn’t hurt, and hope it’s instead helped you in your decision.*Owner may request pricing revision when required.
