This place is a joke If you have any issues with bni count on the fact they will just dismiss your concerns or run you in circles instead of actually addressing the issue. They are very deceptive and only concerns are landing new members as to make a profit and take advantage of small businesses not networking like they claim. While there are some reputable bni groups I urge you to stay away from the platinum chapter. They immediately blocked a paying member for wanting to address legitimate issues and concerns. Far from professional.
