I owe this company a long-overdue review for the four times we hired a limo for the annual Colorado Arc Film Festival. Heres what we submitted to Yelp after the event in 2017: We had an absolutely spectacular time on the way to and from the Film Festival, and Eric wasnt just a chauffeur, he was a host! He hosted the most rocking party in the city last night. We could not have been more pleased, from the vehicle and the route, to Erics patience and skill at handling some tricky terrain. Plus, having Jacks films playing on the cabin monitor was an incredible bring-down-the-house bonus!

Appreciate the promptness of customer service representatives, convenience of timing & luxury of the service, however I didnt appreciate the political & medical misinformation conversation that took place with the driver. Hard to stop that when youre physically in a car. I would think limousine drivers should know to keep their opinions to themselves in light of representing a company/brand (basic professionalism).

This is the ONLY company we use for special event drivers and event travel. Always professional, and they make us feel like royalty every time. Polite, fun conversation, and responsive service (because I always think about getting it scheduled in the middle of the night). Thanks for being the best in the business!!!

Great service, reasonable price, friendly and professional. They helped make a Bachelorette Party during covid an unforgettable night! Eric was an awesome driver, and he even drove us around to see Christmas lights after our dinner stop. Would 100% recommend!

They were a lifesaver(Erica took my call),when the taxi I had called(Pikes Peak)never showed&would’nt answer their phone so I could find out if they were even going to show&I couldn’t find another ride,taxi or otherwise. Honestly,it was quite a bit more than I had intended to spend on a ride,but was worth it. My driver: he was awesome,very patient,friendly,professional,informative&just really cool. The vehicle was nice,too. Clean&comfy. I will definitely be recommending/re-calling them!

Used them to pick up my daughter from her wedding in Woodland Park. Their customer service was phenomenal and the driver was prompt and professional. My daughter and her husband said their driver was awesome on their way to the destination and they really enjoyed talking with him and he made sure they got to the destination safely. Service seems to be even better this past month, especially when Eric is your driver.

Two days before Christmas I planned a night on the town for the two of us, including a ride to our restaurant of choice & looking at lights afterwards. Having used A Ride in Luxury before with their phenomenal service, it was a no brainer to call and use them again. Our driver Derek arrived right on time and was a delight from the moment we met. He was fun, engaging, and very attentive to our mature needs. When he realized that my gentleman companion was very tall, and had a bit of an issue in getting in and out of the beautiful sedan I had rented, he surprised us after our dinner with an amazing upgrade to a stretch SUV that accommodated us wonderfully for the rest of our evening! (and he did it at no cost to us!!!) He took us to look at some amazing Christmas light displays that we would never have found on our own, and charmed us with his conversation and wit the remainder of the evening. It was a night we will long remember in so many ways. Thank you for an amazing evening!! (and pay Derek extra ~ he earned it :-)

These guys are great. Ive used them a couple times now and theyve always been professional. We ran in to an issue at one point with one of the vehicles, but they had a backup plan in place, everything worked out, and they went the extra mile to make sure everyone was happy. Im glad I found a place I can count on!

I called A Ride in Luxury last minute to secure service for a wedding date only days away. I received an immediate response of availability along with a detailed quote that enumerated all additional costs. I booked them and thereafter had to obtain specific information about the car/driver/plate because service was for an event on the Airforce Academy Base. A Ride in Luxury included the specific directions in the invoice and followed-up with the requested information. (Not an exceptional request except that this was the ONLY vendor who did not need reminders on what was needed or require several iterations of the SAME information that had already been provided -which was common among the wedding vendors I dealt with and constantly following up on hanging chads is the LAST thing you need on your big day!) On the day of, everything went more smoothly that I would even have imagined because of the consummate professionalism of the driver sent (Derrick). He was dressed impeccably, amiable and calming demeanor and anticipated details that were exceptionally responsive and thoughtful (carrying the huge dress train without being asked; picking up the marriage license from the officiant after the ceremony (anticipating we might forget!), and generally making the day go more perfectly than it would have without his attentive orchestration. Aside from that, Derrick was an extremely pleasant gentleman who was with us on our big day and in a relatively private moment, with an ease that again made the experience much less stressful or awkward that it could have been. It is evident that A Ride in Luxury and Derrick take great pride in providing seamless service and attentive assistance during their clients important events. If you would like your event to go more smoothly and not feel as if you have to worry about each incremental detail, I encourage you to rely upon A Ride in Luxury and hope you have the pleasure of having Derrick shepherd you thought your important day/event!
