One was over 75 years old. Heirloom pieces. Stunning. She also took gold cuff links and under her leadership turned them into lever back earrings. Finally, Janette’s expertise, creativity, and innovative approach resulted in two custom “sister” gold thumb rings that were inspired by my mother’s emeralds and diamonds. Luisa Graff Jewelers is the only place I will go for all my jewelry needs. My husband had bought me some jewelry from another location before coming here 10 years ago to by my ring and let me just say the experience I had at the other location doesnt even come close to the service I receive from Luisa Graff. I have recently been in several times over the last 3 months, one being buying a 10 year anniversary ring and the other times have been to resize and fix jewelry I already had. I mostly work with Leslie (spelling I hope is correct) and she was so wonderful in helping me find my 10 year anniversary ring. She let me take my time and she didnt care how many rings I wanted to look at before I decided on one. She never pushed me to just get one and leave, she really took the time with me and made me feel so welcome. Every time I have come in everyone is so friendly and very helpful. I have also worked with Sam for some repairs and she was so helpful and she was willing to check on some pieces to see if they could be fixed before doing anything. I also worked with a couple others that I cant remember their names, but they have also treated me wonderfully and really helped me in all my other repairs. They clean my jewelry when ever I come in and if I purchase anything new they always make sure I get the emails for the warranties on my jewelry so that way I have everything I need before I leave. I even have brought in an estate piece that I never trusted any other place with and every one here is so caring and gentle with it that I now only trust Luisa Graff with all my jewelry needs. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

I cannot rave enough about Louisa Graff Jewelers. From the second my husband and I walked in we were treated with nothing but the highest level of customer service. My husband and I got married at the courthouse and have been planning our Wedding since then. I was going to order some rings online somewhere because there was a good deal. We didn’t know his ring size and we were trying to figure it out and finally decided to just go get sized.We came in just to get my husband’s ring size and left with two wedding rings. Very helpful lady named Gloria showed us rings in our price range and helped us find the right sizes. They had some very affordable rings! I was expecting all of them to be $1,000 plus.We looked pretty scrubby because we just got off work but she treated us very nicely. Sometimes people ignore us in nice shops like that because we’re young and don’t look rich! So I appreciated how we were treated there.

I have been shopping here for years. My wife just loves their jewelry. Carolyn and the other associates are very helpful in helping me select the right piece whether it is Christmas, Valentines, birthday, or anniversary, and they even keep a wish-list file for me for next time. Today I took advantage of their annual estate sale and bought a watch my wife has been wanting for some time at a very good price. Returns and exchanges are easy to do on those occassions when my tastes dont quite align with hers. This is now the only jewelry store I shop at. Excellent products and service.

We had heard a lot of good things about Luisa Graff, so when it became time to give my wedding set a little TLC, we went in and talked with the nice folks there. Gloria assisted us and was very pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable. As it turned out, we not only got my wedding set repaired, we upgraded my center diamond too! Gloria spent loads of time with us, helping us to pick out just the diamond we wanted. They then got everything fixed up and ready in time for my birthday - a couple of days earlier than estimated! While the prices were a bit higher than buying a diamond on the internet or at a discount place, the level of service and the overall experience were worth the extra few hundred dollars. Plus, we got to pick out the diamond right there instead of going by photos. We likened it to enjoying a great dinner at an upscale restaurant. You get what you pay for, and we wanted quality. We are very glad we gave them a chance!

My favorite jeweler! The pieces are very well designed, crafted and beautiful—on par with some jewelry stores in Santa Barbara and Newport Beach where I have purchased other pieces. I chose an engagement setting from Luisa’s as I already had my center stone, an heirloom from my mom. Much care was taken by the staff to find me just the right ring I would love forever. And I get so many compliments on my stunning ring. A huge shoutout to Colton Barton for fixing another ring which had lost two stones. I feel I get great work done at Luisa’s for a fair price. The entire experience from first stepping in the front door is elegant, comfortable and fun. You feel pampered with drinks, cookies and nice people. (And of course diamonds!)

I called in to see if they would do trades or buy watches. As an avid watch collector I have a few watches and wanted to get a chain and see if I could exchange one. So I called and was greeted by Ann who was super helpful on the phone but failed to mention that they only want to buy things with silver, gold, or platinum in it. Felt like a very up tight atmosphere after the time that I drove 20 min to be informed that the individual that was supposed to meet with me wasn’t available when I showed up with my watch. Very unprofessional experience and will not be shopping here ever again.

Every time I have gone into Luisa Graffiti I have had very friendly and super helpful staff. They make suggestions and try to get you just what you want. They offer to clean your good jewelry and will check the status of your items for broken prongs or loose stones.

Horrible service! In store 2 hours. Item had to be ordered and question on inscription. Carolyn Shada told me she would call me back in 1 or 2 days. 2 weeks later no call. I called back and told store manager would call me back. 3 days later, no call. I called back, was told Mr. Graff was sick then told he was too busy to speak with me and I would have to talk With someone else.Sales manager Rain spoke to me. First thing out of her mouth was excuses for the employee. Covid, theyve been busy, problems with merchant. No offer of resolution made. Go somewhere else! I did and got much better price and service. They only care about your dollar! Bad experience!

Luisa Graff is the only Jeweler in Colorado Springs that I trust with my jewelry. They were able to fix damage caused by a different (main stream) Jeweler several years ago. So I brought two precious rings to them to be resized and just received them back. They fit perfectly and are clean, shiny and freshly polished. I was looking for places to take my Great Grandmothers ring to be repaired and resized. I went to multiple places and got very different estimates and opinions on what work needed to be done. I am SO happy I went to Luisa Graff. Sam was my initial consultant, she was honest, thorough, and I immediately felt like I could trust them with the ring. When I brought my ring in for repairs, Amy got everything set up and helped us find a band for my fiance. She was patient, showed us many options that fit our price range, and we never felt pressured to purchase anything. We have received all of our rings, and the work that was done is flawless. I am EXTREMELY impressed with this establishment and Amy and Sam were phenomenal from start to finish. Sam even sent me photos before a repair was made ensuring I was still okay with the decision. All of the work was done in house, so I never had to worry about my ring getting lost or mishandled. Not exactly happy with my experience so far. Been waiting over a month for my fiancé’s ring, and have had to call to make sure the employees are keeping up with the status of my order. After waiting a month, I called and was told they would check on the order status but that the order was confirmed by their vendor. When I called the following week, they told me the ring had just been shipped by their vendor and should be in by the end of the week. The wedding is in less than a month and I am just hoping it gets here in time at this point.

I cannot say enough good things about Luisa. My now husband and I first bought my peach morganite engagement ring from them back in June 2019 and then picked out the wedding band for it shortly after that. Both bands we picked out were rose gold and it’s absolutely stunning paired with the peach morganite stone. At the time when we bought the wedding band, we were told it would fit flushed up against the ring. It wasn’t until we went back in after getting married to get it soldered together that we found out the band we had purchased was not in fact compatible with the ring and could not be soldered flushed up against the ring like we had envisioned due to the large basket underneath the ring. After expressing this to Gloria who helped us with the soldering process, she promptly apologized for the misinformation we were given back when we purchased the band and offered to have the band completely redone at no extra cost so it would sit flushed up against it. We were pleasantly surprised to hear her say that, as it could’ve cost much more to buy another band that would fit it, something we had not anticipated doing. Needless to say, she pulled all the stops to make my wedding ring look stunning and we’re extremely impressed with her and her manager, Andrew’s careful attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile with us. If you’re on the hunt for a truly unique ring that will last a lifetime, I highly suggest visiting them first.

April our salesperson was amazing....she was so kind and helpful. Didnt feel pressured as we had in other stores. We were very impressed with the large selection as well. The month of April has a special meaning to us as too. We met in April and our ring will be ready in April and when our sales assocoates name was April it just was meant to be. Would highly recommend Luisa Graff and April!

Fabulous Jewelers who offer quite an array of pieces. From engagement rings galore to fine estate pieces! They had the vintage pearl ring I dreamed of and it was in my size! Love how ornate the ring is and so fortunate to find it!!! Thank you for your help! I’ll be back!

Amy was just peachy! Helped my finance manager and I.. I mean my fiancé and I with everything we needed! Very fun and sweet lady. We were able to joke around and get exactly what we needed. As a former horse salesman, I appreciated how she did not seem pushy which is actually why I ended up getting a band too. Didnt plan on getting anything other than what we were there for. But I got a great band, nice cold corona, and she helped with my necklace too. Lets hope it snows on the 21st!

My husband wanted to buy a new ring for me... had to have my wedding ring cut off due to surgery. We took the old one in with us and asked if it could be repaired... WOW you should see it now!!!! It looks better than New!What a professional staff! Kind, helpful and superior workmanship!We have found our neighbors to be our Jeweler for life!Oh and by the way... they said drop by any time to have it checked and cleaned... I took in my custom designed ring that had some issues to Luisa Graff Jewelers. The business I purchased it from refused to fix it or help me without paying a large amount. Luisa Graff had amazing customer service and made the whole experience comfortable.
