We have gone to Jewelers Services several times now. They have restored sentimental pieces for us (including my husband’s wedding ring which belonged to his father and a watch that belonged to his grandfather). Not only do they do excellent work, they are knowledgeable and professional. Their prices are also incredibly reasonable; it’s almost shocking! Ted just polished and cleaned our wedding rings for us today without charging us. This family has outstanding customer service and business practices; we have been and will keep coming back!

Everyone at Blum Jewelry is so friendly! Matt and Barry both helped me create a unique piece with my grandmothers wedding ring. Barry is very knowledgeable about jewels and gems and helped us go through some very old pieces. Some of them I guessed were costume, but he was honest and let us know that they were solid silver. I was able to sell a few items in order to cover the costs of creating a necklace and some bracelets that I know my family and I will enjoy for many years to come. I called them about taking a couple of links out of a fairly intricate bracelet and the discussion exemplified expertise and professionalism. Matthew looked up the bracelet online while we discussed it, quoted a a very fair price and left me with confidence that he would do a great job with it. I just dropped the bracelet off and I couldnt be happier!

Matt Blum repaired a diamond ring for me. He assured me that a new white gold crown would be fine with the yellow gold band. He was absolutely right. The white gold sets off the diamond beautifully and the new crown secures the diamond better than when the ring was new.

I have a tungsten carbide wedding band. It’s a cheap ring, and given the nature of that metal, it’s very hard to work with. Unfortunately, I broke the ring into 2 perfect halves. Ted was able to fit the ring with a sleeve that A. fixed the ring and B. actually made it look better. Ted was upfront with me about the cost and was in constant communication with me about the timing of when the ring would be finished. I am so happy that I entrusted one of my most prized possessions with Ted and would do it again (hopefully I never have to) without giving it a second thought.

Ted and his son reset the diamond from my 1970s engagement ring. The new ring is perfect, and I couldnt be happier with the result. Ted worked with me to get everything just right. He modified a design that I liked from another ring in his shop, making a new band that would best show off a pear-shaped diamond. Now my diamond looks better than it ever did before. It was a pleasure to work with these talented jewelers.

Highly recommend! I was looking for a jeweler to rhodium plate my white gold rings. When I spoke to Ted on the phone, I could tell he was an expert in the area (plating is actually quite complicated, I have learned). Ted worked on my rings right away, and I browsed through their collection while I waited. Barry has curated a very unique and beautiful array of jewelry. This place is incredible! The pricing is competitive, they are extremely knowledgeable, obviously they are local and most importantly they really care about the work that they do and their customers. I brought my grandmothers ring in to be repaired, and not only was this business quick but they also took extreme care of this important piece. I went to the Jewelry Services shop for a couple of minor repairs on rings. I could immediately see Ted had been in the jewelry repair business a long time. By the next day he had done the repairs. Very skilled jewelers. Very trustworthy as well. They resized a delicate antique ring for my wife. They mapped out the stone for me before I left it with them, some jewelers wouldnt do that which is a bad sign. That protects you from someone swapping your high value stone out. The store is very cool, almost like traveling back in time. Dont hesitate visiting a real jeweler that has been around for a long time, these other big box stores dont do anything in house and the salesperson started last week. Do yourself a favor and check them out. They also do firearm engraving.

I took my wedding ring of almost 20 years to be serviced. Very honest and knowledgeable about “fixing” the ring. Was quoted around $700 elsewhere, having it fixed here for just over $100! Friendly and personable! Just gained another customer for life!

Will not be returning for any further service based on how I was treated once the guy knew I didn’t have a lot of money. Immediately had a rotten attitude and tone with me once he realized I didn’t want to pay $30. On top of that, the stone is now loose in my setting. I literally said when I was there that another place would have done it for $5, yet you charge $30 which is outrageous. Definitely won’t give you another chance.UPDATE: Now having to pay $90 at another jeweler to repair the damage you did to the prongs on my ring which are barely even in good enough shape to be repaired. DO NOT COME HERE!! Horrible service!! I wish I could give zero stars.
