Wasnt sure exactly what to expect going in because Ive never purposely sought out the help of a Hypnotist previously.I went to CSH for help with my Piano learning. I had trouble focusing during practice sessions (inundated myself with minor distractions) that I knew was hindering my progress but was unable to break-away from my habits. CSH explained in great detail exactly what it is they do and didnt promise overwhelming success but did tell me what I should expect after our session.Immediately following my session I wasnt certain I had ever went-under because I fully remembered everything that transpired. I felt good about the suggestions that were made and left with an open mind.Oddly, that evening after arriving back home I had no urge to sit at my Piano and play anything! It felt strange to say the least because I typically take almost every opportunity to practice something, especially since I was now working from home.Once I did begin practicing again (a day or so later) I found that I was distraction-free. No talk radio, no tv on (on mute) in the background, no soft contemporary classical music playing in the background. I was focusing like a laser-beam.This, in turn, has helped me learn my practice pieces better and faster AND it made my practice time fly-by.I was honestly hoping to see my skills suddenly improve ten-fold, but like I said, I didnt know what to realistically expect going in.I am very happy with my experience and results with CSH and will be scheduling future appointments in hopes of seeing continual improvement in my Piano learning!Thanks Colorado Springs Hypnosis!!!Dude on The Piano

Are you kidding? I could have had saved myself a lot of unwanted pounds and cigarettes had I met these guys years ago. I initially worked with Charles, and immediately stopped smoking. I wish I could say that my excess weight was caused by stopping smoking, but no....overeating especially sugar for years. Brisa has worked with me several times, which she said was necessary. Im not surprised that overeating has a ton of baggage. I feel happier, lighter (in heart and pounds) and crazy lucky to have met Charles and Brisa. Cheers to you both!
