We’re a new customer and Maid to Shine did a great job on our initial general cleaning. The house is spotless and smells clean without any strong cleaning product smells. Ell from Maid to Shine has been cleaning our house for 10 months now, first in a rental, now in our purchased house. She has done a thorough job each time and always treats us with respect and kindness. In addition, since we both have severe allergies we had each house cleaned from top-to-bottom, several ladies came in and boy did they do a wonderful job. I just had my deep clean done. The ladies were so nice and friendly and worked very hard. I had a whole army here cleaning and that was excellent. I was surprised that they dont pick up trash or laundry or straighten up. I have 3 kids and was so excited to have their rooms cleaned and only surfaces were cleaned and beds made, but the rest of the house looks incredible. My kitchen and appliances are sparkling with the exception of my sink because they also do not do dishes. My stairs tub and toilet are beautiful. Also excellent customer service.

They were able to get things clean that I was struggling with. Looking forward to having them in every other week.

At the beginning of COVID I started to let my house cleaning lapse. As COVID progressed it got worse and worse, and eventually it got out of control. I called Maid to Shine and Kate was able to get me scheduled for a clean the next week. The window for arrival was between 8 and 8:30 and they were promptly there at 8. Throughout the day, Raine, Jodie, Ell, Stevye, Madi, Sam, Katie, Annette, Savanna, and Shelby cleaned parts of my house I didnt know you could clean. I went up to get some water from the kitchen and they were scrubbing the gap between the light fixture and the housing, now thats detailed! I am very happy with their work, and will continue to use them on a weekly basis to keep my house in order! Thanks!

The cleaning staff does a great job. Im a very clean person in general - and am amazed at how detailed a job the staff does. They are personable, professional, and communicative. Fantastic cleaning service! We had a pipe burst in our kitchen a few days before our first cleaning, and the company worked with us to reschedule without us having to incur the typical cancellation fee! It might not seem like a big deal, but we had a signed agreement, and they were under NO obligation to help us out like that.My wife and I were truly amazed how clean our house was after just a first time general cleaning. We booked ongoing, and the monthly maintenance cleaning provided by Jodi is terrific. Very reasonable price that is WELL WORTH every penny.My wife and I both work full time, take online college classes, and we have a toddler and a fur baby, so we dont have a ton of time to dedicate to cleaning a house that never seems to stay clean. By having Maid to Shine come by, we are able to keep up with cleaning and our house is able to actually STAY clean! All of the cleaning techs that we have encountered are incredibly friendly and professional. 10/10 I would recommend!

We have been using Maid to Shines services for several months now and I have nothing but wonderful things to say, especially regarding the particular employee that comes to our house. Her name is Elle and shes been absolutely amazing with our house and our dogs. Shes incredibly respectful and she even made a point to ask me if she had been pronouncing my name correctly. She does an amazing job cleaning our house, shes always on time, respectful, and professional, but her attention to detail is amazing. Maid to Shine also was very accommodating when we had to cancel a particular weeks visit. Definitely would recommend.

I’ve been away for military training for the past 8 months and my husband has been struggling to keep up with everything on his own (especially because we have two dogs and a cat). He has been back and forth to visit me and between that, his work, cooking for himself, and taking care of the fur babies, he is exhausted and has trouble finding the energy to do more than a basic cleaning (which he does daily because our dogs shed like no other). Needless to say, he was absolutely ecstatic when we came across Maid to Shine...even more-so after they finished the initial deep clean. They left a detailed list that went through everything they accomplished while they were there. Everything was thoroughly cleaned and my husband was more than impressed with the work they did. They even neatly folded a pair of shorts he had left on the floor! We are signed up for the biweekly cleaning and my husband and I are SO relieved with how easy this whole process has been. He is much less stressed and we couldn’t be more happy with the services and personnel :)

I am so impressed with Maid to Shine and their team. Ashley, Devin, and Jen just completed the first time general cleaning on my home and it is sparkling from top to bottom. I recently broke my ankle and have not been able to clean my home very well. I decided I needed some help, especially with Thanksgiving approaching and family coming. They came to my house today and exceeded my expectations. My bathrooms are squeaky clean. My kitchen, especially the counter tops and sink are beautiful. And my 6 year old sons bedroom - above and beyond. They tidied up his room and stacked his stuffed animals on his bed in such a fun way. He was thrilled to climb into bed and snuggle down with his perfectly arranged pile of soft toys. Everything and I mean everything, in the house is clean, wiped down, dusted, floors are shiny...I could go on and on. I have used cleaning services once before and the other company did not even get NEAR Maid to Shines quality. I stopped at the house for a bit while they were here and all three of them were extremely polite and personable. I felt very comfortable with them in my home. Thank you.

My mother in law spent over $1,000 for 6 people to come by and clean the WHOLE house. The house consists of 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. They were to not only do those but do the ceiling fans, floors, carpets, everything. Even though my mother in law works from home, she was asked to leave the house for 4 hours so the team of 6 people could clean. We know there were 6 because my mother in law some them exit their vehicles and they left 6 business cards behind. For 4 hours she was out of the house and her dogs had to be locked up at someone else’s house to ensure the safety of the cleaning team. Upon returning after the 4 hours, they cleaned 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, the kitchen and the laundry room. That was it. The floors look untouched, they didn’t make the beds in the other rooms, didn’t wipe down much of anything and certainly didn’t even touch the ceiling fans. I personally know this because I’m at the house now looking at it. My mother in law works exceptionally hard for her age and takes care of everyone and this is how your company treated her? At this point, my mother in law left your team a voice message asking for a call back: she expects her money back instead of the team returning. Had they done when 60% of what they should have done, we could have bargained and maybe have them come back. But 1/5 bedrooms, 1/3 baths, 1 kitchen and a small laundry room in 4 hours when the whole house needed done is absolutely unacceptable. I will remove my review once this is resolved appropriately.

We had Marissa and Desiree come to our home to do an initial overall cleaning. They were awesome! Our house has not been this clean in years. I was reluctant to hire another Maid Service after several disappointments over the years. Many maid services would start off great and then start cutting corners, spending less time at the house with subsequent visits. My family and I would spend the night before the Cleaning team came, “prepping the house”. One maid service would not vacuum unless everything was off the floor. House cleanings with other maid services never took longer than 1-1 /2 hours, which is crazy for a 3600 square foot house. I knew that Maid to Shine was different at the first Cleaning. Two ladies were there at all times and breaks were covered without delaying the cleaning. Ashley, Jessie and Kara were very professional and went to work immediately. They were all very detail oriented and truly showed a passion for their work. I could tell they are happy with their work and enjoy working with each other and with the company. My first Cleaning was a General Cleaning which took about 8 1/2 hours. The results were amazing and worth the money. I will be doing monthly cleanings from now on, and I can’t wait to come home to a beautiful house after a long day at work! Thank you so much!

We have enjoyed using this company for the past several years. Our current cleaning lady is Mo and she’s fantastic! She gets five stars! I’m only giving four stars because sometimes we get cleaners that aren’t as spectacular as others. But I will say that seems to be changing because now they have managers come out randomly and check their cleaning!

Her first time, she listened to me about what my priorities were and what I wanted. I feel like each technician is willing to tailor to what the home owner wants and always aims to please them. They always do a great job cleaning and the peace of mind it brings me is invaluable. They are also very good about rescheduling appointments which is very appreciated. Being military, my schedule is unpredictable sometimes, but they have worked with me when I needed it.

We paid for their deluxe cleaning prior to listing our home and it was worth every penny! The house looked and smelled amazing and the girls were so sweet. They saw that our dogs had run low on water and filled their bowl for them as it was a warmer day and that was just one small area they went above and beyond. I have been using Maid to Shine for a little over a year, I believe, whenever I need a little extra help, and they have been wonderful! They do a great job!! I have used other companies over the years, and Maid to Shine really does the best job!! On Friday, Rebecca and Kara came and cleaned my house and they did a wonderful job!! Thank you ladies so much!! You dont know how nice is is to come home to a clean home after putting in 14 hour days between work and kids activities. Thank you, thank you!!

It has taken me far too long to get around to writing a review for Maid to Shine. Ive had nothing but good experiences with this company. I have been thoroughly pleased with their performance and courtesy every time we have used their service. They were able to get rust stains out of my bathtub and have always been nice to my kitties. I highly recommend them!

I have used Maid To Shine on and off for 4 years (only based on personal budget). Not only are they outstanding and never disappoint, if your lucky enough to get Kaitlin as your Maintance Service Specialist, you get much more than you pay for. Not only does she clean to the Maid to Shine standard, but she goes above and beyond. I have a very protective dog and I am never available to be on site when she comes to clean. However, she treats my dog like a queen and because of that my dog loves when she comes. Kaitlyn does little things that makes me feel that she goes the extra mile (ie, folds all the hanging towels like a 5 Star Hotel). As a retired Service Member, I go through my house looking for missed areas. I can happily say I have never found anything when Kaitlyn cleans. Make an appointment with Maid to Shine and request Kaitlyn, I promise you will never be disappointed!

Jodie and Raine did it again, they made my home spotless and a joy to come home to! We are grateful for their attention to detail, ensuring all bedrooms and bathrooms are in order. They are fast too!!

We have used Maid To Shine for a number of years. We contracted with them so long ago I dont remember how long. What do I like about them? The price! The excellent job they do! The fact that usually I have the same person coming to clean unless my regular cleaner is on vacation.My house cleaner Jordyn does a great job!Saves me time explaining where everything is. They use my cleaning supplies if there is a special product I want used but their products are all environmentally friendly. They have always done a great job! They send reminders if my cleaning date...a great help! I also like the fact that they pay their staff well! One cleaning company I used for a short time always had turn over because they did not pay well or treat their employees well. Maid to Shine does not have that problem! I appreciate that fact...how they pay and treat their staff is important to us! We totally recommend them to anyone who is considering a home cleaning service!

Why did I wait so long? My husband and I are empty nesters with two dogs and we both work full time. When I saw the fabulous job Raine did, I could not figure out why I waited to make this happen. From my first phone call, Gail was professional and pleasant while answering my questions and getting our first cleaning set up. With flexible scheduling options, Maid to Shine has given us back more than five hours a week! The surprisingly affordable and excellent job they do has allowed us to spend our weekends doing things we enjoy ...and the reduction in stress was noticeable right away and feels great!
