Pro Tech is a RV business and they did a great job repairing the 5th wheel. They were very professional, friendly and quick. They laid out everything they were supposed to do and followed up with what they did. The invoice was provided in writing and backed it up. Pro Tech RV is everything good and then some. We had a problem with our travel trailer on the first day of a month-long trip. I called several RV dealerships and everyone was booked until December. One of the dealerships gave us Pro Tech’s number. From beginning to end it was a professional, efficient experience. Brennan was so very helpful. They got us in on an emergency basis. And the price was still extremely fair. They began the work on schedule and finished quickly.The repair tech was so pleasant and efficient. Brennan was excellent. Justin and the ProTek team did a fantastic job with our camper repairs. We had significant damage from an accident that required both body and suspension repairs. As well, the team was very helpful with towing coordination and accommodating changing planned appointment times due to scheduling issues with the towing company and alignment with the insurance provider. Justin and team were extremely thorough in determining what repairs were needed related to the accident as well as additional recommendations for non-accident related repairs that should be done while they are working on the same components. Justin even recommended avoiding other non-related cosmetic fixes because it just wouldnt be worth the cost. Communication was top notch during the entire process and was very helpful with coordination with the insurance provider. The quality of the repair work was great. We have already recommended the ProTek team to our RV friends and will be coming back for future maintenance and any repairs. Highly recommend!

Justin was great! I needed a quick assessment of my RV frame with photos for the manufacturer and insurance company. After calling over 15 shops, all with more than a month wait for a quick assessment, ProTech was recommended to me. Justin squeezed me in the very next day!! Wow! Solo travel in a new to me RV with a house battery that had crashed. Unsure if it had run dry or what. On the road for 4 more weeks. They emailed me back at night, I stopped in and they showed my how to access the battery water level and checked the cells, half the cells were bad. Battery replaced and they taught me things I need to know about my RV! What amazing service. Thank you for making me feel safe!

Fast delivery and the exact part we ordered. What more is there?

I bought my first camper back in September of 2020. Took it on a trip and on the way back both my truck and camper got hit by a non insured driver. Not knowing any better I took my camper to the dealer I bought it from. Over the course of four months and a lot of back and forth with the dealership I had enough. I talked with the AWESOME staff at Pro Tech Rv about fixing my new not even registered yet camper. They said no problem bring it down on this date and we will assess the damages and get your parts ordered. Within 3 weeks they had all the parts. I dropped the camper off and 1 week later I picked it up and it looked as if it had never been in an accident. The staff kept me updated with parts, repairs and even a minor issue of not ordering a part on time to have me back my camper on the date we discussed. The fact that they kept me updated from day one and admitted to a minor screw up it didn’t bother me at all it would take a couple days longer than planned to get the camper back. Pro Tech Rv is hands down the only place I will take my camper for repairs or service. I would highly recommend everyone else to do the same!

From Brennan at the front desk to Justin coordinating the service we needed, along with many of the techs (Jared and Mitch,) we have been accommodated (for scheduling AND adding issues to the work order.) Pro Tech worked with us for over-winter storing so that our repairs could be taken care of when their schedule opened up. We have taken several RVs to them over recent years and use them for our current rig, too. We are able to, with confidence, recommend Pro Tech RV!

Brennan and Justin were prompt and accommodating in response to all of our rv needs. They were helpful and worked with us to come to an educated decision regarding our rig. When it was determined it was best to total the unit, Justin was willing to park the rig pending pick-up by the insurance company. Their rating is high and their schedule is booked -- there is a reason for this. They provide excellent service!

We recently had an accident with our fifth wheel. We came to ProTech for an estimate and needed help coordinating with the insurance company. The front desk schedules repairs taking into account the next trip that is scheduled. They plan to service the vehicle in advance of the trip with enough time that if they find further work, there is time to complete the repairs without impacting the trip. Friendly, honest, finished the work way ahead of schedule. I usually see them working on large RVs, however they treated me and my little pop-up camper like I brought in a $100,000 Class A. Very impressed and I will be back.6-11-21 We continue to be wowed by this shop. One of the wall seams in our old pop-up split and I was pretty sure it was done for. Justin in the body shop had it back together and the other three corners reinforced and good to go. Once again in much less time than I thought and for a lot less money. Also had a minor furnace issue corrected free of charge. Thank you again Justin, Mitch and Brennan.

Pro Tech is a very professionally run organization and there is probably nothing that can not tackle when it comes to RV’s and trailers. They definatley saved my trip trip across the country, when we encountered a mishap with our electric trailer jack.

Weve had our previous bumper pull trailer serviced at Pro Tech RV, and just recently took our brand new fifth wheel there for a hail damage insurance estimate. The people there have always been friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with. Had severe hail damage to my 2018 Windsport RV, Protech RV fixed all damage in a month including windshield, (windshield took addition 7-10 days, nothing to do with Protech). Never are they a hassle and they are always polite and professional!

Pro Tech is the only RV stop we will make for repairs or services. We have been customers multiple times and recommend them over anyone else in the Springs or elsewhere. When I call they get me in almost immediately and are ALWAYS much more affordable. Other places we call always have a 2-3 week wait before even getting us in. Pro Tech RV is by far the best RV repair shop in Colorado. The staff is not only very congenial but they are very accurate and extremely timely. The shop is run by Brennan and her attention to detail is outstanding. I had over $35k in body work, repairs and accessories added in a job that should have taken a month to do, IT WAS AWESOMELY DONE IN TWO WEEKS🤯🤯. I will go nowhere else. Coach wash poorly done $98 discounted to $70 due to poor quality. Oil was two quarts low after oil change. No sign the zerk fittings had been lubed as promised. Very expensive can only hope the appliances were indeed serviced as promised. Front desk super nice, but overall for the $600 spent not feeling good about it probably would choose another store next time.

We needed our Explorer equipped for towing - base plate, electrical, breaking etc. In spite of us missing some parts and some parts needed to be modified, Richard at Pro Tech just made it happen. Very professional and conscientious.We will be back when we need work done on our RV and we highly recommend Pro TechFive months later and in a bind....Had some electrical issues on the Ford and was leaving for CT in less than 24 hours. Again, Richard and Brennan made it happen. It was all fixed in less than half an hour. Impressive. I will be back.

We were new to Rv full-time living our second day in our RV our sewage tank stopped draining and backed up. we tried everything and nothing worked we called and they came out and worked Relentlessly into the late night To try to get it unclogged, the Tech soon found out that the pipe that goes from the toilet to the tank was too long and was not allowing papers to go into the tank so it was really clogged. The factory that built our RV had not done it correctly. It was a extremely amazing experience to have somebody who was not only professional and knowledgeable but also did not take advantage of use and are lack of knowledge the prices were fair and the service was beyond five stars. I will never use anyone else!

We stopped for propane but the stairs on our Class A werent going out when I opened the door. Ryen crawled under and found a loose ground wire that fixed them. He also lubed them up. We paid for the propane and asked what we owed for the repair. They said nothing. We tipped Ryen for his time. He didnt want to take it and was super sweet about it. What a great place for repairs. Highly recommend!

We purchased our newest RV from Camping World, so we kept taking it back to them for the warranty fixes. But they are so terrible! Pro Tech is awesome! Always friendly, they keep you updated on your unit if a part needs to be ordered or there is an unforeseen complication, and they fix it right the first time! They go above and beyond to do a good job. So far, they have cleaned up any mess they’ve made, which makes me happy!

They have gained my trust and will be our new facility to maintain and repair our Unit if needed. There honesty and free inspection have helped us tremendously. Also what another shop had repaired and the repairs failed, Pro-tech contacted the manufacturer to see how to properly fix an obvious design flaw/function

We were camping in the area and had my propane regulator and trailer jack break on the first night. They helped fix it on the fly, provided expertise, and even let me borrow tools to replace the parts.

Wont return. They underfilled propane and charged us for a full tank. 3.7 doesnt fill a 4.6 tank. The people filling need to focus on a proper fill, and safety. (worker didnt use gloves while handling equipment) chatting with customers during the fill probably distracted him.

Visited ProTech RV today to adjust my Equalizer hitch to my new truck. They were fast and efficient in the work. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes.

I went there because of what I hoped would be a simple repair on toilet in my Rv 2017 Thor Freedom Elite. One can never tell because as a single woman going to a repair shop ... well I could be taken to the cleaners. Not only did they fix my problem with no charge but offered to give me a free 10 point overall inspection as well. After having two different people refer me to them I thought I’d give them a try. Pro Tech RV is great. They go the extra mile to get your camper ready. Had a few bad experiences at Camping World and wont go back. Had a recall on my camper, brought it to Camping World. Also asked them to replace the door strut. They charged me to look at the door strut and tell me they didnt have the part. Pro Tech charged me less for parts and labor to replace it then Camping World charged me to look at it. On another matter, Pro Tech employee stayed after hours to finish adjusting the hitch to a new vehicle so I could hit the road. Went to Camping World for a part and the parts guy wouldnt get off his arse to help me find a part while I was limping around the store with a bad foot. Im done with Camping World and glad I found Pro Tech RV.

Tried going to camper world because it was closer but it was a waste of time to say the least. This place had just what we needed for parts and had great customer service.

I Have a FIFTH WHEEL HITCHICKER 15 Years ago I started having my awning and brackets replaced.Since then Hot Water Heater; Furnace; Slide Outs; Levelers; Refrigerator complete over haul; Brakes and Linings; lnstalled a Solar panel; The workmanship was perfected the pricing competetive. Occasionally we would have a recall due to minor issues. These were addressed without a long waiting period, and again satisfactory completed. Thank You for the workmanship and attention.I camp 10-15 times each year and have to rely on performance. Especially when I camp in the mid - winter.

Pro Tech has been an invaluable asset.I had just became a first time owner of an RV and was hesitant about driving it consistently, because of what was currently wrong with it. After taking it to Pro Tech, and having the estimate done and appointment scheduled for a month and a half out, Pro Tech allowed me to keep my RV at their facility until my appointment so I wouldn’t have to worry about driving it back home. Furthermore, during the time my RV was being worked on, reguardless of how many times I called to check in and make changes to what needed to be done, the staff at Pro Tech remained professional and assisted me with all my issues. I will be using them again for my future RV needs, and recommend their services to anyone that needs it.

Knowledgable staff, invaluable service. Josh at Pro Tech has helped us with two different projects on our 1964 Airstream trailer renovation. He patiently answered all my questions about our electrical system and helped me choose and order parts. Hes currently walking us through the process of installing a propane system and boat heater in our trailer.By far the best shop Ive found in town for parts, advice, guidance.

Incredible service from appointment to completion of work. Work order was to install new tires and re-pack the bearings on our 1999 fifth wheel, purchased in 2012. Weve lived in it full-time, but hadnt taken it on the road. Tech found stress cracks in the brake shoes and replaced them with our approval. After the repair, we now know the brakes were not working when we brought it in. As newbies, we would not have known how the brakes should be working. Now we do! Im not much for reviews but when a company consistently does good, Im giving them a review. I love their staff and the work they do. I had an Invisibrake installed there and they did a great job at a very reasonable price. The Chevy dealer messed up my wiring in the towed vehicle and Pro Tech fixed it with excellent troubleshooting in an hour. I have brought it back to Pro Tech for other things and they are very pleasant RV experts, and very reasonable in price. A no frill location. Dont go to Camping World for installations or repairs, go to Protech RV if you want it fairly quickly and without hassle.
