I only saw one provider here, but I am disgusted by the treatment I have received at this practice. This was the most egotistical, hypocritical, biased, cowardly provider I have ever had the misfortune of trying to work with, and transphobic to boot. I am so angry and resentful that I wasted my time here.

The staff at Mayfield beautifully helped walk me through one of the hardest experiences of my life. They helped bring joy and hope into a really dark season. They are some of the most down to earth, knowledgeable staff. The environment of the office is friendly and welcoming. Nothing but good things to say about my experience. Highly recommended!

This place absolutely cares about the people of Colorado Springs, they have done so many free trainings in the area and are really great at responsiveness. Id recommend Mayfield Counseling Centers to all of my friends and family without any hesitation. Their podcast and Who Can Relate curriculum are incredible as well.

Mayfield counseling is full of experienced and caring counselors who go out of their way to assist you. Their office has an extremely friendly atmosphere. They truly live out their mission of partnering authentically to restore relationships and change lives!

Had bizarre communication with 2 different therapists trying to schedule appt. Had equally bizarre experience with admin assistant and owner...both sent odd e-mails. Ended up very confused....my life is too hard to deal with confusion at a therapist office. Also, not sure how I feel about having therapist assigned to me. I am glad others find this helpful. Not meant to be for me.

Very unhappy with this place.

Not user friendly. They are extremely hard to schedule with. It seems that they do not have a central scheduler so it must be up to each individual therapist to schedule themselves? They must have assigned me a therapist who is not good at scheduling because no one is reaching out and when I call the mainline to followup no one has been calling me back. This has happened twice to me now. The first time they assigned me a therapist who was very delayed at getting back to me, so much so that they assigned me another therapist, but there was a miscommunication because I wanted to be seen at their north office and the therapist they assigned me only works at their other location. So now Im in the waiting game again and I feel that no one is going to call me back. Maybe I got assigned to the first therapist again!
