Dianna is great to work with in fashioning a plan to support my emotional growth. I find her insightful and relevant.

I went to my first session with Dr Moore and could not find her building. I called her to try to get directions and she did not answer. She called me 20 minutes after my appt time after I had driven off already. She asked if I was coming and I told her “I drove around for 10 minutes and couldn’t find the building and it gave me anxiety so I left” she did NOT ask if I was okay (which I was definitely not). She then continued to tell me “we can try and set another appt but I don’t have time to make appts for people who don’t show”. It was extremely rude considering I DID show up I just couldn’t find the building and there was no answer when I tried to get help...and she showed NO CONCERN for my well being. That response translates to “are you going to come give me money if not I don’t have time for your emotional instability” as if people who are going to see a therapist have got their **** completely together. The conversation was very disheartening and showed me how little she cared about people that aren’t her.
