They were awesome as far as getting us in right away, their friendly staff and pricing... however, we brought in a diesel, F350 for a pre purchase inspection and were told the truck was good and only needed scheduledmaintenance, incl. Injectors which all should run us about $2500. Turns out that within a week we needed a transmission, there are major seals that leak underneath both front and rear as well as on major parts of the engine. We are currently in $9k (so far) in repairs on this vehicle that we were told only needed scheduled maintenance!I know that sometimes things happen that cannot be predicted, but so many missed problems?? Really dont understand offering pre purchase inspections and charging someone for this service, if they really dont take the time to actually inspect!! We thought we did our due diligence in having this inspection done before spending thousands of hard earned money to buy this truck, we are not Mechanics and this is why we hired them to do this service! not expecting that wed be an additional 10k in after all is said and done! 😞

My truck is not by any means a show truck, but I take great pride in it and it’s my baby. With that being said TRAVIS IS MY DIESEL GUY for sure. He does great work, in a timely manner, was patient and knowledgeable with all my questions and he always kept in touch. I can’t rave enough. If I could give more stars I would!!!!!!

Great, straightforward shop. No muss no fuss. Tell Travis what ya need and he’ll get it done for ya. Came here on a recommendation for a friend. Just got a simple oil change this time but when it comes time to do some more “real” work on the truck I’ll be coming back. Pricing right in line with what you would expect for the work being done.

Stopped by with a truck emergency. Travis was very friendly and helped me out even though I could tell they were very busy. Luckily it was a simple fix and I was on my way! Highly recommend.

I was sold a high performance clutch that only shifts with 3 second delay. Unacceptable. The shop refused to warranty their work or partsPrior to the purchase, I was not informed that the truck will no longer operate the same: 3 seconds between every shift, difficulty (up to 10 seconds) to get into 1st).I brought the truck to BH diesel twice after work was completed, with complaints of unreasonably slow shifting in every gear and occasional grinding in 1st and reverse. These issues did not exist prior to the work they had done. The owner claimed I did not know how to operate the transmission, that it must be shifted into 4th gear first, before shifting into 1st.I brought the truck to a different transmission shop, three of their mechanics recognized issues immediately. One mechanic could even hear a bearing grinding. They have replaced the assembly with one that shifts perfectly every time, all the time, does not slip under load, and has a great reputation to honor their warranty.

LOVE these guys. I live 40 miles away and pass 4 other diesel shops daily, but take my truck to Travis. Great service and great pricing! Highly recommended!

Took my 2019 durmax for lift kit install and they did a great job. They got my truck in and out and for a great price. Actually several hundred below what i thought could not be happier. Will be bringing my truck to these guys from now on. Thanks guys.

I had some work dont a little over a year ago and it was the worst quality work and put myself and my families lives at risk. Everything Travis did i had to have Zane at Legend Motor works redo less than a month later! I I would discourage anyone who was thinking about using BH diesel. And go elsewhere. Highly dissatisfied

Told me my f350 was ok. When clearly something is wrong with my turbo. Plus my buddy had trouble with this guys time frame.
