So very disappointed. This being the most devastating time in my life. Ive never had anyone flat out lie to me the way this place has. My husband was ready to be picked up the very next day. I spoke to the corner myself when I contacted this business they told me they couldnt pick him up for days because he wasnt releasable. The organization is not in communication at all. I spoke to two different people and they both had no idea what was going on. My husband was not cremated until way late so we didnt have ashes for his funeral. My husband had a very important necklace he wore every day. When I came to pick up his belongings the pendant was missing! I asked them were it was I was informed they had cremated him and the pendent. They still had it. But, did I want it back? Also since he wasnt picked up until days later we werent able to get a viewing. His mother was so upset over this.I asked if they could get me a fingerprint they said yes of course. When they gave me the fingerprint is was a small print, my husband was 6 ft 2 over 200 lbs and had very large hands, the print matched my pointer finger, leading me to believe this was a female finger print. I could go on for days on how disappointed I am. Please if youre looking for an attentive, professional place to take your loved one, please do your research. This place will leave you very disappointed.

This place and the three people who have been helping me are AMAZING!! This process hasnt been easy and I havent had to be stressed about it one bit! Thank you so much!!

This place is absolutely horrible. They took forever to pick up my friends husband from the coroners office even though he was ready they next day. They told my friend they would take pictures of his tattoos but then said they couldn’t do that. They had him for over a week and didn’t cremate him in time for the service. They won’t give my friend his belongings until his ashes are ready. This place is a joke, I’ve worked in funeral homes and I know it doesn’t take almost two weeks to do a simple cremation. I will never recommend this place to anyone.

They were very gentle and helped us a great deal through a difficult time.
