I decided to go with the preplanning that the Shrine of Remembrance was offering. My wife Dawn was at stage 4 CODP for over 2 years. Demetri Rombocos took care as I set up the arrangements for what we wanted to do. He setup an easy payment pan.When the day came that my wife Dawn did pass after hospice did their paperwork I was given a chance to call family to see if any want came see her. I called the Shrine of Remembrance and within the hour Dino Rombocos and an assistant. At all times the staff showed respect to me and my wife.At meeting to make the finial arrangements with Demetri he already had the approval for date and time for burial in Pikes Peak National Cemetery.Service went off great even under COVID 19 rules at the time. I have used them with other family members. My arrangements are with them as well.Overall I believe that the Shrine of Remembrance truly cared that this most painful time should be treated with care and respect.

We would like to thank the entire staff of Shrine of Remembrance for taking such good care of our family when my mom passed away. Mr. Dino Rombocos personally came to our home to take my mom under his care. He and his assistant were extremely gentle and respectful.- I apologize for not remembering his assistant’s name.The Shrine of Remembrance was recommended by a neighbor who also mentioned that they were more expensive. Honestly, we felt that everything was very reasonably priced. - Especially with how respectful everyone has been.Most of all, we would like to thank Ms. Stephanie Craddock! She handled most everything for us. Stephanie is caring, attentive, and very respectful!Thank you so much to everyone at Shrine of Remembrance.

Just a suggestion, please dont close a chapel because of a meeting at said chapel. I wish they would understand that that is not right.

I can not thank the entire staff at SoR for the professionalism and friendliness. Costas, Deano, Chris, Tracy, and especially Stephanie were all simply terrific. Highly recommended - you will not be disappointed or sorry by using their services.

Joe was absolutely wonderful during this difficult time. The place is beautiful and Joe took care of everything for us. We were given a full tour of the gardens by Acosta which was so serene and comforting. They are very caring and we were not pressured to purchase additional items. The pricing is very affordable for all we received. Thanks again we really appreciated your help and kindness.

7 months ago, my son Osiel Lozoya passed away and Ive been wanting to thank you Shrine of Remembrance for your kindness. Joe was our funeral director and he did an excellent job accommodating to our needs. Owner and every single employee who we had contact with were very helpful and professional.

The Shrine of Remembrance is THE premier funeral services facility in our area. Wouldn’t surprise me if it was the “Best in the West.” This family-owned business has become a landmark facility in our community. The grounds (more accurately gardens) are meticulously manicured, and the cathedral-like chapel is stunningly beautiful and peaceful. The entire staff is attentive to every detail of a grieving family’s needs.I’ve have known the family that owns and manages this facility since 1994. My son, brother, and many friends lay in perpetual rest there today. And as I repeatedly remind the owner and his two sons: I don’t regard you as “caretakers” but as “guardians” of the family and friends who’ve been entrusted and blessed to be in your care.God bless Costas, Demetri and Dino for providing great relief and comfort to the family and friends of the lost and loved souls of our community.
