Super unprofessional. Called me a liar. Agent said he knocked on my door when I was in the backyard thought we we’re hiding from him. Not the case here. When I called and complained the “supervisor” was very unprofessional. Would not tell me his name. Also sent me an email further trying to intimidate me. This company is handling child support papers and told me they would lie to the court on body cam!! Going to make a complaint to the courts next though you should all know. Again they responded below very unprofessional we filled out the child support paperwork why would we hide. Your wana be agent never identified himself nor would you when I called. You said and I quote “your not going to bury my company” well if you did nothing why wouldn’t you have helped the situation? Because your a shady company. You said you left paperwork at out house again lied. So ya we will be talking with the court system about your service.

My experience with Andrew was not professional he cancelled twice, he quoted a price but did not provide the service and time I paid for. He claims he found nothing but my home is still being hacked through WiFi and phones. He promised a report on people who we think are doing this but completely left out the report on the one individual. I believe he was paid off by this group if criminals to give us false information. Please check him out before hiring him. His credentials look amazing but he is not the person he pretends to be.

I cant speak more highly of this organization, they have excellent communication, fast, reasonably priced, and most important get it done! A complete contrast to the El Paso county Sherriffs office (I tired 1st), where they dont answer the phone and only work 10-2pm, hence never get papers served to anyone who isnt home during the middle of the day. I would highly recommend skipping the Sheriffs office and starting right with these guys for your server needs. They were fantastic to work with, and basically the same price as the sheriffs office and easier to pay (no certified check), and offered services like skip tracing (find current whereabouts) that the sheriffs office will not. I first used this company 6 months ago and they did a great job for me. Now, six months later, I had a follow-up paperwork issue that needed taken care of in a timely manner. THis time their assistance and service was just as great. And they didnt charge me an extra penny to do it, either. Not sure why this place has 5 stars. I paid them 3k to find my adopted sister. They took the money, provided me with background checks into the people who supposedly adopted her and everything about them which wasn’t good. That’s it, nothing about my sister and never heard back. Working with the state attorney general in hopes of getting my money back but to those of you who are looking for a private investigator, please be cautious. I do not recommend this company.They literally seemed busy at first but I kept telling them the only thing g I wanted was to find my sister and her whereabouts, I even highlighted that they didn’t need to share the location just to tel me she was at least ok due to the circumstances of the case. At first they game me background reports and there was about the persons who adopted her, there was a ton of scary facts but no end result in knowing if my sister was safe. In fact, they stopped contacting me. No updates nothing.

When I files my claim at court they advised me to use Sheriff for delivering Summons, but they tried only once mid-day & mid-week when normally contractor is not home! and charged much more! so it was useless. Trailfinder, they tried several times until they got the contractor at the address and they delivered using bodycam which was amazing & well documented! Great job! & much less cost! I was in a rut to find someone in Colorado to serve paperwork in a rush. Andrew and his partner delivered the paperwork as soon as they were able to and updated me with a complimentary body cam video of the service. I also received the certificate of service which they offered to file directly with the court. The only thing I would ask is that there was a bit more communication in the beginning of the service process. Hiring someone in Colorado when I am located in Florida left me with a lot of uncertainty, due to the fact they require you to pay in advance and payment is not determined on the outcome of the service. I understand they are busy and its hard to contact all clients every time an attempt is made, but a tad more communication is all I would critique. Otherwise, I am glad I went with this company and would recommend it to a friend.
