I came across Jordan from CompTechNfo quite randomly, but man, am I glad I did!Not only did he spend time with me on the initial phone call, but when he called me to let me know what he found, it was very easy to follow what he was saying. Ive worked with too many IT people in the past that arent good about making sure us non techie people can understand, but that definitely was not the case with Jordan.He was able to get me in right away, and had my computer turned around in 24 hours. I purchased some computer parts and installed them and unknowingly smashed the pins in my mother board. It was Christmas eve and I called all over town but no one would be available until after the holidays, until I called Jordan. He let me drop off my computer whenever I when to work Christmas morning and had it ready for me when I got off. I couldnt believe it. We had to swap out the mother board because of my mishap. He saved my butt and I couldnt thank this young handsome strong man enough.

Jordan has been my go to guy for all for all my computer repair needs. One of his skills I appreciate the most is his ability to keep my computer free of viruses with the security programs and firewalls he installs when restoring my programs back to the original settings. Through the years I have used him for all my upgrades and replacing outdated hardware when needed. I am so grateful to have him available when my computer is not acting right because I work online everyday.
