If I could give this place a negative star, I would! I cannot believe the service I have received from this company. First of all, their turn over rate must be outrageous because you never know who you are going to get on the phone. Their service is less than mediocre, and in fact, the help they have provided me with, has just messed up my system more. Their owner can cause all the problems he desires but he doesnt handle them. They never have technicians available to help you, which was in the contract. I cant even get anyone to get popups off my computer, isnt that basic computer technician knowledge! Blown away by the unprofessional manners shown by this company. In my opinion? Dont use them because your computers and phones will be more broken than when they started and you will just be out buckets of money.Also, five reviews? Theyres techs from your company....and made up people!

I have never had a better IT experience than with Technowledge! The engineers are all very helpful, and they just brought on a Management Director (Charlie) who is one of the friendliest people Ive ever had the pleasure of talking to.

I own and operate a small business with nine computers configured in a domain. Technowledge provides me with IT support. I can handle the easier stuff myself, but I escalate issues to Technowledge when I need to. Ive had a number of other IT-support suppliers. Technowledge is *by far* the best. They provide proactive support each month to keep things running smoothly. They also provide incident support, such as the time that my server decided to drop dead. On that occasion they detected the failure and quickly did everything needed to get me up and running on a new server. Rick, a member of their team, personally drove me to a computer store in Denver and helped me to put together a replacement server from components, which saved me a bundle. Extra credit for that one, Rick!They keep on top of developments in software and hardware to keep my systems up to date. They set me up with a hardware VPN between my home office and my business. They take the time to show me what they are doing. They arent free, but their services pay for themselves by eliminating the costly problems which they prevent. It is SO MUCH NICER to run on fast computers that work smoothly. My receptionists appreciate not having to apologize for making people wait. The mood at work is happier, thanks to TECHNOWLEDGE!No, they didnt pay me to write this. Ill send them an invoice and see if they pay it...
