Hired them to clean our hood at Roll Up Food Truck. Got us right on the schedule and the tech showed up right on time the following week. Got us cleaned spotless for the price I was quoted over the phone. Confident and direct sales people over the phone was great considering most other services we called almost acted like they didn’t want the job. Be specific about your needs and these guys will take great care of you.

Was called for an interview and I agreed, showed up at 10 am to 2 girls on the phone barely acknowledged me or my interview time, gave me a sticky with the email address so that I could email my resume but sticky was barely legible and I couldn’t ask questions as they were on the phone distracted and rude. I always thought if you were told to go in for an interview that attention would be directly on you as that is your allotted time. Guess not so much with this company. Unprofessional, disorganized and out right rude. Would not recommend as a place to seek employment. -5 stars

Highly unethical business practices. It sounds from talking to the workers that the company is in active violation of multiple labor laws. I’d be shocked if this company doesn’t find themselves in the midst of a lawsuit before 2021 is over. I value businesses that treat their employees and customers fairly, and Five Star Safety Clean is not one of them.

This company is highly unprofessional, disorganized, no operations whatso ever. THEY ARE NOT BBB ACCREDITED. They notify their employees of their schedule literally the night before at 1 a.m. expecting you to be on time. They will call you at 2:45 demanding you go down to their office at 3 with zero notice or way to accommodate your family. THEY PROVIDED USED GLOVES to use to work in. So obv NO COVID REGULATIONS. Those gloves are going into clean your kitchen. It appears based on the reviews that this IS NOT A REPUTABLE COMPANY. Zero stars!👌💩

Would give them 0 stars if I could for falsifying fees and carrying out business unethically. We got a free quote with this company to clean the hoods in our restaurant, and due to the quote being too expensive, we went somewhere else. They called us back with a lower quote, and we told them we’d call them back and let them know if that would work. They called us for a “reminder of our appointment”, which was never made, and when we told them it didn’t work, they demanded we pay $100 in cancellation fees. They’ve been harassing us and sending “bills” in the mail for a cancelation fee for an appointment that was never made! After many phone conversations with them, they refuse to drop it and keep demanding this fee. Luckily, we know our rights and won’t pay them a dime, however if they’re willing to scam people for money, it makes you wonder how desperate they are and what lengths they will go to. I would not recommend their business unless you want to be harassed and deal with these unethical practices.

I told them to clean the hoods they didn’t clean it very well it costed double the price that we paid for Express cleaning which had the same amount of time but did way better then them.I don’t actually think that they are professionals because they didn’t clean their mess before they left.I would give them 0 stars if I could.Wont choose them anymore going back to Express cleaning.

We are own a restaurant in the town.We had set up an appointment on Sunday 8AM.We were at the restaurant on time theyre no show no call and next day they called me and said sorry and we fired the technician.Wow, if I could give them 0 star, I would.They dont care customers.Every single time they tried to raise service charge and I am not happy with this company.I wouldnt recommend this company.

Great company! I have been using them 3x so far because I have not found a decent hood cleaner through several companies and tries. They are reasonable and go the extra mile for us. I highly recommend them.

Horrible. Poor job first time and worse second time.

I called and received a quote over the phone to clean a commercial restaurant hood. the price I received was for 475.00. however when I received the invoice it was 675.00. I was told that since it had not been done for a number of months there was an additional charge, they did tell me that the hood had not been cleaned for a while but I was never informed that I would be charged an additional amount, on top of that the job they did was not done well (see attached photo) Another company told me to stay away from them but this was my first time I ever required this service. Dont make the same mistake I did say away from this company.

Badly in need of new management. I’ve had them not show up for one reason or another (usually without a call) not once, not twice, but FIVE times total. They are also super nonchalant about it. The lady even told me after admitting her scheduling errors “good thing I’m the boss, I’ll write myself up”I’ll pay more to have someone show up!

Cant give any stars. First time they had to come back 2 more times to finish a terrible job. This time worked half an hour, said they broke a hose and left. On the re-schedule its a no-show, no-call! We are done.
