Ive used Water Works for over 30 years and I believe the quality gets worse and worse while the price continues to rise. A couple of days ago I went in for the Ultra Clear Coat wash, a full wash/wax/frame blast treatment including cleaning and dressing the wheels and tires for, I believe, about $24. Well, that has been replaced by the Ultra Ceramic Shine package for 5 bucks more and they DONT do the wheels and tires! I assumed they would vacuum the rear area of my massive Mini Cooper. Nope, thats extra. Water streaks and spots all over the place. Ive had enough. I will not pay this kind of money for this kind of service any more.

More than $100 and two hours later. I didnt ever start taking pics till I was half way through vacuuming my vehicle. I was giving a coupon for a free car wash because of how long I had to wait that I will never use. I do not recommend unless you have half a day for them to detail your vehicle and the other half of the day for them to fix what they missed. Very disappointed.

I got the top of the line detail service. = Smudge windshield, interior detail didnt get into corners or edges very well, couldnt even sweep out the back of my truck, leather seats were not cleaned properly still dirty. and for less $ I could of gone elsewhere and got my engine cleaned too. They just happened to be close

Ive been having my various vehicles cleaned @ the Academy water works since like the1980s but after an August 23rd argumentative debacle, never again.Good-bye, water works, there are newer, better places out there that will take superior concern cleaning your vehicle, diligently, completely and without a smarmy, negative attitude.So, if your contemplating having your vehicle serviced there: BEWARE! The best thing water works will clean out is your wallet. I spent twenty-nine dollars for a semi-cleaned interior, front and back.I did contact the manager and was told to bring it back in an well make it right for you so I went back and was confronted by an entrance attendants extreme snide attitude expounding we dont do the back (the back of my small car hardly measures 4 x 3), thats four dollars more and we have a big sign that says that. There is also a sign inside the waiting area that states that if you are not satisfied with the work, water works will make it right. Ya, for more money.So, after all these years, I will be taking my car and my pick-up and have them cleaned, but not at water works. And I highly recommend you dont either, unless you prefer to misspend your money on a partially, ineptly cleaned vehicle. So, loyal customers and new clients both, do not believe the water works hype that our customers are #1 thats blatant B.S. and, quoting from the water works website QUALITY If a customer is not completely satisfied with any service the service is free.But in all actuality, if you arent completely satisfied with the cleaning job: tough nuggies.

I spent $33 to dress my own tires and clean my own wheels!!??We all know, as soon as one detail is missed, you start to notice others.They didnt clean my cup holders and the vacuum job was done by a person in need of spectacles!!$33???...And we were there for about 40 minutes.Ive been here in my past and for what you pay they could have updated the walls art from the early 90s.

I went to the water works car wash on north academy on Saturday at approximately 1:30 pm with no appt.  It took four hours because there was a two hour wait and it takes about two hours. I got the top of the line detail and car wash, it was $169.00.  You can get a 10% discount for signing up for preferred customers, its free.  Everything was fine with a few minor points.  1.  They didnt clean the front license plate off.  It was dirty from all the snow we had.  2.  They shampooed the car and the carpet took about two hours to dry.  I dont know how it works in the car wash, but it seems to me that you could do the floor mats first to give them time to dry. But, u dont run a car wash and I didnt dock then for that.  3.  In the center console, they didnt clean it out.  There was change in it, $1.53, maybe they didnt want to complain and say my change was missing!  (So now Ill complain it wasnt clean). 4.   There was a little dirt in the grooves of the shifter and right behind it, there is a small box with some dirt in the corners.  5.  The cleaner they used on the console, left a film.  Like when you clean a surface where the surface isnt porous.  Other than that, I thought I asked for lemon air freshener but I dont remember. I would have given 4.5 but I rounded up. But then, it was being detailed.

The last full-service, hands on car wash in COS? Great service, great staff, and most important a spotlessly clean hand wash and interior vacuum. Don’t miss it!

So impressed. I came by with an ask for a full interior cleaning with only 20 minutes until closing. The team said they weren’t sure they could do the whole thing in time but I could come back to get it finished. They then proceeded to work 40 minutes past closing to make sure the car was done so that I could pick up my parents with a clean car. Great team, definitely planning to go back.

I am new in town. I had my car cared for at Car Care and Repair (great place). After that I wanted my car washed and they suggested Water works. The machine did not take my card. The visual and audio instructions are different. I put my card in every which way to no avail. I then clicked the HELP button and no one answered or came. I was hoping this will work because it is very close to my residence. I even went to the ATM to give out tips. I may try them again. I saw someone across from me who seemed to have the same problem with their card. If this is an ongoing issue, there needs to be someone nearby to occupy the audio system.

Real quick to have you pay full price before the work is even started. Got a 65$ vacuum and a detail. Had to wipe it down myself when I got home. Almost embarrassed that they would even give me my keys back! I was told “we tried” with easily removable marks and crumbs on my seats still. No detail whatsoever ever!!! Literally none. Not even a wipe down w a rag or paper towel anywhere! $99+….for what? Will try south location. Maybe they’ll care more about happy customers and good (actual) DETAIL work.

Today it took 2 vehicles to this location. A truck and a car, they did a good job on my truck. But they didnt do a good job on my car. I showed the person drying off my car that the roof still had birds dropping on it. And he need to get all of these off, he only removed 2 out of 4. So we just left, the previous time they got all the birds dropping off the roof. And thats the reason why the score went from 5 to 3 stars.

We went to have our car washed Sunday. When we pulled in the attendant was helping the car in front of us. There were two cars in front of us and three in the second lane. The attendant proceeded to help the car beside us and never acknowledged us. We continued to wait for over 15 minutes without being helped. We were the only people sitting in a car. The final straw was when a new car pulled in and the attendant immediately approached the car to see what service they wanted. At this point we left and will not return to this car wash. Unbelievably horrible customer service!

Never really too busy and the hand dry is a great add on. Vacuums are amazing too. Id recommend.

Overall, I like this carwash. Ive only used the self service wash which is a drive through with an in person towel dry. And they have self serve vacuums included in the car wash price. The only reason for 4 stars is because I have received a couple dings from the brush contact on the car. Also, Ive had the experience where I paid for an upgraded carwash and another vehicle managed to get my place in line. The attendant did not check my receipt to make sure I got the car wash I paid for. Instead, the car ahead of me got my car wash and I got their basic wash.

I paid $35 for a car wash and it’s obvious they didn’t care about detail. My seats obviously weren’t vacuumed or wiped. Won’t be returning

Not happy at all! Worst 11 bucks ive spent yet! Used the car wash and now my vehicle had a bunch of chips and dents in it! Didnt get very clean either and scratched my paint. Will NOT be coming back.

Horrible! Same way my car went in is the exact way it came out. You can get the same service, passing your car through a gas station wash. Will never go back.

The machine did not recognize my debit card. When clicking on help no help came. Sat there for about 15 minutes with no response.

For my dads birthday, we purchased the full detail package. The incredible staff here brought his 97 truck back to life. The interior was in dire need of a good detailing after years of normal use. They did a phenomenal job!!! With the exception of the cashier/receptionist who could use a little personality boost, the rest of the staff was very friendly and professional. This was the second time I have used services at this location. They stepped in and re-detailed my Expedition after another business completely ripping me off. I had paid another business to detail it, but it looked awful when I picked it up. So I drove it to this Water Works location to see how much it would be to have them detail it. They gave me a super deal and had my vehicle shining pretty, that same afternoon. I cant say enough good things about this place. They are AWESOME!! I wanted to include pics, but I dont see an option for that.

They usually get a five stars from me been using them for 25 years or better now. Theres been some ups and downs but it seems like they didnt put a whole lot of effort in yesterday. On the full service I remember getting vacuumed out much much better. And I brought in all three of my company trucks yesterday and we all kind of felt the same way. But they were very friendly and very fast

Just got a basic wash. The employees were friendly and did well - got the sticky tree gunk off my windshield! Vacuums work great.

I wish I could give them less than cero and not because they did a bad job but because that day I was moving so I was buying my kids their new beds and stuff and one of the employees rob me more than 300 dollar I had on my SUV. They were hidden, very hidden believe me. I thought they were honest people. I would never go back or send anyone there either, but most of all THANKS for stealing from my kids.

I expected more for what I paid (nearly $80) and they didnt wipe down the dash even after I pointed it out, they didnt touch the sunroof glass, and I had to ask them to redo the windshield and back windshield... They did give a free wheel cleaning though

Awsome, We even left a wallet in the car with Money and credit cards and left for a while and everything was still in it. Trustworthy place and great job on the external and interior detail as well.

They did a good job, however when drying the water off there were some spots missed in the window. It is a good idea to do a quick walk around your vehicle before leaving. They are happy to fix anything wrong.

I had my car fully detailed the lady at the front said it would be an hour and a half so I went for a walk. Came back an hour later and my car was on the side of the building no one around it with my drivers side door wide open and no one was around. I went to the lady at the front she was a little rude about it. She got right on the radio about it. I was there for 3 hours no means to make anything right.

Solid car wash and conveniently located. Great at blasting off grime/debris after a snow day. Would recommend to others.

I went in for a quick wash. Decided to spring for the $19 one so I could get the inside of my windows cleaned. They did a phenomenal job. They cleaned the door sills, the windows. They even cleaned the dust out of the AC vents and the console. Best $19 I ever spent.

Havent used this car wash for awhile because it was out of my way to go there, after using other car washes in town that just didnt leave my truck as clean as I would like I went back and they have upgraded and do a superb job and were less expensive than others Will definitely go out of my way to use them.

Pretty good deal. They cleaned the car super well on the inside. That said, the outside still had dirt in a few places. I shouldnt have to go through the carwash after getting my car washed, but i probably could have said something before i left, as they were all very friendly. Just didnt want to seem like i was ungrateful for the other incredible work they did.Over all, Id go here again just for the interior cleaning quality, even if i have to wash the few spots they miss on the outside myself. :)

I paid 80.10 for full detail interior with 10% off since it was my 1st time. But wasnt as clean . The detailer didnt vacuum the very back, smudges on the windows, and door panels wasnt cleaned that good

They usually do a great job but this time they completely missed my back windshield. I have two dogs and there is still slobber prints everywhere. Kind of disappointed actually

This is a great place to get a car wash. The employees are very friendly and the wash was very thorugh. The employees were very detailed with the inside. They did miss a few spots on my rear window but they give you a card you can come back and they will fix the misses. I wasnt really worried about it because my wash was free. Be careful pulling out on the street after you collect your vehicle. You turning onto a 4 lane intersection. There are cars always coming. Really bad spot to pull out.

Took my car in to get detailed. They did not put any air freshener in. They asked if I wanted Rain X but did not say it was $6.00 more. Apparently they do not wipe the inside of your car even with the top wash package. I think the workers work to fast for what it cost. I will not take my car back to them. $34.00 is to much for a wash and poor quality detail.

Poor detailing and vacuuming, once our vehicle was given back to us, there was still very visible crumbs and dust, sitting right on everything, including some white splatters all over the outside of my windows, maybe wax? We even cleaned it out prior to going.

I’m confused why I paid for them to clean my car there’s still visible dirt on my windshields and mirrors as well as streaks covering them. Still dust in my vents and in my dash despite that the dust removal being part of the package I also love how I payed for my rubber mats to be cleaned and I still had to request it be done before I left if I had time to inspect everything I’d honestly have them redo it all. I’m gonna need a refund.UPADTE: both times now speaking with managers have resulted in verbal assault my the managers and refusal to speak to me when I ask them to not raise their voice at me. Nice to know this place likes to bully their female customers into submission when I try to discuss damage my car received while in their care

Ryan & His Team did a Great Job doing a full detail on my company truck. I just started a new position with a company and they provided me with a 2010 F-150 and it was dirty as hell.. lol I told my branch manager I was embarrassed to drive such a dirty truck and he agreed to a full detail. I am very impressed with Ryan and his team in the detail shop. They had my truck several hours, as we did the complete works on the detail of the interior & exterior of the truck. I am very happy with the way the truck turned out and I enjoy going to work each day now. I will definitely return for future truck cleanings and will highly recommend Water Works Car Wash & Ryan to my coworkers & friends.. ***** 5 Stars

I paid $30 a month for a membership at this place Im not sure how long Im going to continue to do that do the car turns and contend it or homeless person that rushed my vehicle this morning when I was only trying to put some oil in my engine because my DIY Indica light came on telling me it was time to do so Im not sure how to add the picture of the person but you believe me that it will be added

I have to disagree with some of the better reviews. Maybe its because I come from a town where full service express car wash places are everywhere and they provide really great service. I dont see that many here in COS. Its not really clear where you pull up to and if you will be greeted outside. The car is usually about half clean. With this past cold snap the windows fogged up and I could see where they had wiped just the middle part of the front window. Still lots of lint and dust everywhere they did happen to wipe and the corners and edges missed. I can understand they didnt get in the crevices on a basic wash, but I expected better. Wont be returning. I can do a better job myself. I was just willing to pay to save myself the time.

I paid 70 bucks for the express detail. I was told at the start my car wasnt that dirty so they could have it looking like new by the time they were done. The express detail is supposed to take 30 minutes on top of the wash, and my car was done entirely in about 15. At first I was happy with how quick it was. Then I found out why. I took one peek into my car and saw the cup holders were still loaded with crumbs and dirt, and the girl working there said We couldnt get the cup holders that well, but I could try a little harder. Spoiler alert, it was still dirty when she was done. This was the biggest waste of money, I got home and cleaned my front console better than they did in 5 minutes with some Lysol wipes. They didnt even TOUCH the back part of my SUVEdit: the detail manager was extremely apologetic, reserviced my car, and it was spotless. I was very happy with the way they corrected the situation.

We had the $149 interior detail done yesterday. The gentleman explained the process and gave us an approximate time. He also let us know to sign up as a preferred customer to recieve a discount. Everything was done swiftly and the car looked amazing! He made sure we inspected the car to ensure everything was to our standard. Customer service was A+ Worth every penny!
