I started out with Huff & Alexander before Kristine took over this business. I have been having my taxes done here for nearly 30 years. Kristine has always done exceptional work. When my brother died, she handled all of his financials. All of it was completed quickly and professionally.

After MULTIPLE messages left with reception, on voicemails, and via email no one gets back to you. Weve been waiting MONTHS for our taxes to be completed or at least proof that an extension was filed (as we were told it would be) however nothing has been given and no calls or emails have been returned. I recommend NOT using this firm.

Spent an hour discussing tax law with Kristine. She is very knowledgeable (answered all my questions), friendly and has very reasonable rates.UPDATE April 2018: After 4+ emails, 5+ phone calls and 3+ voicemails, I have not received communication back from Kristines office. Got left high & dry on promised book-keeping work that had to be done before tax filings. If I hear back from her, I may update this review, but right now, have serious problems with communication with this practice over the last month. I imagine/hope that this lack of communication is due to some catastrophic event for the business, I want to assume the best of people. While Kristine is still very knowledgeable and friendly, I cant continue to run my businesses and rely on her practice.Kristine, if you see this - call me please!
