I wont deny owing them money, but I call and make a payment to them, faithfully, every single month. Today I called and told them I was making a payment of $100, but they charged my card for $150. Then when I called them back after seeing what theyd done, first they hung up on me, then the agent told me a supervisor would call me back. I havent heard back from them yet.

Id give 0 starts if I could, I never received a bill, a judgement until recently I received a garnishment notice that was send to a house I havent lived in in well over 3 years, it was sheer luck to find out. I have no idea what the original bill is as my credit is clean. If I would have been given information prior, if I would have known about it I would have set up arrangements. Now possibly loosing home, car job. I am a single mother paying for all expenses myself, I do not receive child support or spousal maintenance. Definitely not the sane way to get to the money since if my life falls apart so does their ability to receive their money from God knows what.Adding to it..... BC services said after 3 months I can set up payment arrangements. Knowing I will still get garnished out of one paycheck, I set up my first payment for August 9th. Which they pulled out yesterday July 9th, which now leaves me with nothing and at risk loosing my ONLY way to get to work.

Seems like a scam between the comments and they are in a building with many lawyers, also that the map says they are in downtown Colorado Springs, but the website says Milton, NY and they serve the counties of Orange, Ulster, and Dutchess...I live in the middle of the 2 states that I have been told by several New Yorkers (when I went for a wedding so maybe it was give the torist a hard time week or maybe because its a HUGE representation of the melting pot this country was founded on - maybe they only knew what they of most? I obviously dont know more than I was told that many times per day in random conversation!), they said that I lived in the non descript middle between NYC and LA, so I dont know why they call so much when I am asleep, seems like fraud - if not, send me a letter!
