I had high hopes for quality and customer service; but sadly I cannot stand by them any longer. They held the auction and did great work, but the work was not for me. I have seen none of the payment I was promised for the things they sold. Im glad these items found new homes, but I got nothing for my mothers things.

We, too, have fallen prey of this thievery! Our sale during the first weekend of December was a success...a lot of our possessions found new homes, and A.M. Auctions pocketed the profits. There has been no bankruptcy filing to date, so no way to file as a creditor. Better Business Bureau cannot get in contact with them so unless the owner does the right thing (insert crying emoji here) and files for bankruptcy there is absolutely no recourse. So very sad...and to think that she continues to find customers to fall for her con!!! Two sales last weekend!

The only communication I received regarding an Estate Sale that this company held for my brother last October was this lame apology that came a week ago on Google. How is CoVide responsible for holding many Estate Sales and keeping ALL the proceeds? Andrena Moye took an entire household including art and collectibles and never sent me an invoice, or answer any of my calls, texts or emails. I have read many such incidents since my Estate Sale was held. Do not buy anything from her! No, Andrena... I do not accept your apology!

Beware of this company. Andrena Moye is the owner and is a THIEF. My step father died and my mother used her to do an estate sale. After the Dec 2020 Estate sale she kept all the cash and stopped answering phone calls. She literally STOLE from a WIDOW....we are also moving forward with legal action.

Andrena, the owner, has yet to pay us for my elderly parents’ estate sale after pocketing $5k. In my families’ opinion, she is a thief and we are currently seeking legal action. Our estate sale concluded the third week of November and it is the middle of January. She is now non-responsive after delaying and making excuses for why she has yet to pay our family. We regret doing any business with AM and if you purchase from her online auction, you are contributing to theft by purchasing stolen goods.

We always avoid AM estate sales. On more than one occasion, she has tried to charge us MORE than the marked price when we were at the checkout getting ready to pay. So we were very surprised and disappointed when we showed up at an estate sale and saw that she is now doing business under a new name, Castle Rock Estate Sales.

My family hired this company to hold an estate sale for the purpose of liquidating my deceased Uncle”s treasured possessions. We signed a contract and the sale was held in October 2020. According to the contract, A.M. was obligated to provide an invoice and our share of proceeds within two weeks of the sale. We have received no such invoice, no payment, and no response to any of our frequent inquiries. This “business”is predatory and felonious, and we too are seeking legal action.

Total scam! They ran a sale for us in December 2020, took the money and we have not heard from them since. Stay away from this company.UPDATE: 3 March 2021 - The owner posted on-line they were filing bankruptcy -To date nothing has changed, no filings posted and the company is still holding estate sales. STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY.

I frequent estate sales in the Colorado Springs and Castle Rock areas often and AM Auctions and Estate Sales is by far my favorite company to shop with! Their prices are fair, and they are always willing to negotiate with you (which is half the fun). The ladies who run the sales are consistently polite, cheerful and fun. I always leave with a smile and some treasures I didn’t even know I needed.

Had an extremely enjoyable experience with Andrena, had two weeks with them as a family member hired them for a large estate sale. We had two extremely successful sales that topped our expectations. In our time they exemplified professionalism and beyond that created a family like atmosphere, we were beyond satisfied with their work and have also been given the privilege to call them friends. 12/10 Will recommend to anyone in need.

This is a very reliable company. They have Great prices! Their customer service is excellent. They are very knowledgeable and offer many services. I highly reccomend this company.

Estate Sale shoppers - stay away! We have been enjoying Estate sales in the Pikes Peak region for several years now but we have never seen the caliber of unprofessionalism and poor attitude as A.M. Auction and Estate. Their items are overpriced and poorly presented. I observed some folks being spoken to in a rude and condescending manner by one of the male staff - he obviously has a chip on his shoulder or maybe was just having a bad day, but don’t take it out on the customers! If you hate to see signs like “You break it, you bought it,” then you will want to steer clear. This is our third and last experience with this company; we won’t be attending any future sales or auctions sponsored by this Crackerjack outfit!

I hired A.M. Auction & Estate Sales to run an estate sale for my family prior to an out-of-state move. I was impressed with the entire company. Ive never even been to an estate sale, but Andrena, the owner of the company, explained how her company holds estate sales and looked at the items I wanted to sell during her first visit to my home. Andrena, Genevieve, and Matt came back to set up for the sale and worked tirelessly and cheerfully to set up our items to their best advantage. Matt is a genius at setting up rooms to allow for better traffic flow and really showcase what is for sale. They even helped me pack a few things I wasnt selling and helped me keep my landlords property separate from the sale. On the day of our sale, Matt and Eric came to run the show. They came early and helped me move remaining items not for sale and tape off areas not open to the public. They even brought treats for me and my kids! My sale was more work for them since were still living in the sale site, had lots of items that were not for sale, and had to keep my landlords items out of the sale; and yet, everyone was patient, kind, hard-working, fun to visit with, and overall wonderful with me, my kids, our pets, and the people who came to the sale.I especially appreciated how Matt did not allow someone to bring their dog inside our home. We have rescued pets, but they do not come inside our home due to our pets preference to being outdoors, my family members allergies, and finally, my lease agreement. (Dont be alarmed; our landlord provided an insulated and heated garage for our pets.) The person who wanted to come in with their dog understood and even bought items from our sale.I also appreciated how Matt explained on day two of our two day sale that while most items were half off, some items were not included in that mark down. I had requested that a few very special antiques would not be discounted to that extent, and A.M. Auction and Estates Sales honored that request.I felt that everyone associated with A.M. Auction and Estate Sales did a tremendous job. I trusted them to set the prices and barter with the customers. I was very relieved to not have to try to become an overnight expert in pricing second-hand goods. It is an art form to know what to charge for each item and how much to give in to the requests for a discount. One person wanted to pay an extremely low amount for a small crystal dish. Matt suggested a price just $2 more, but the person didnt want to pay that and chose not to buy the item. I was fine with that. That person bought other items instead. At the end of the day, they are a business, and I am their client. People buying items at estate sales can get good items without paying high prices. It can be a win-win-win situation. In fact, I plan on shopping at estate sales once we have moved.A.M. Auction & Estate Sales also offers a variety of services after the sale including donating unsold items and cleaning. Its a huge weight off my shoulders!Dont be hesitant to have A.M. Auction and Estate Sales hold a sale for you, and dont be hesitant to shop at their sales. They know what they are doing, and they do an excellent job.

I have never been treated so rudely by a staff member at an estate sale. I politely asked a female worker if today was half price since it was day three and she politely said no, but we will be here tomorrow too. Then comes the comments from the peanut gallery... This guy working with her proceeded to tell me in a sarcastic tone it doesnt mean it will be half price tomorrow either. I dont go to estate sales to banter with people so I decided it was my best option just to leave. Of course at that point I took a verbal a shot back, and told him I dont have buy anyting either as I was turning around and leaving. I didnt make it ten feet away before his personality continued with more unprofessionalism. Anyway, I promised him I would let everyone know how bad his customer service was and he said thats fine so Im keeping my promise.I am sure hes going to respond and rationalize his behavior with some exaggeration. However, just as I didnt go to the estate sale to engage with someone on professional Im not going to do it here either.Make your best judgement of who you do business with

I have been going to this estate sale for a few months! Great finds!I really like the team as well, Matt knew everything about the Rocks, Less know about The crystal glasses different jewelry as well as A wide range of information about other items throughout the house very knowledgeable individual. Andrena Is very fun to be around and is the deal maker although The rest of the team negotiate through the process.I typically spend $200-$1300on every auction and my margins are typically set around a 15% to %100 or more on net gains. This is more profitable than trading in the stock market or crypto like Bitcoin sometimes.I have also found items like a grandfather clock for $50 and I sold for well over $1000. Then I found my mother a priceless neckless from Africa and I found my grandmother a vase from the Egyptian era. Love it!!! And now I’m thinking about bringing my girlfriend with me to pick out other items make it like a game!I’m from Virginia, college I’m NY, USMC so from NC to San Diego, then got out and lived in Los Angeles for approximately a year and a half and I have been flipping items with my mother since I was a little kid and have yet to go to another state with a team that has auctions to top this one. I’d tell you when this company becomes bigger they will be nation wide. Great fines and impeccable service. I’m a life time customer!Thank you for making my life easier!

One of their workers was extremely rude to me. I usually do not write reviews but he was so out of line that I feel compelled. I go to many estate sales across the area, and before entering the house I asked if it was ok to bring my dog in (totally respect if not allowed — that is the reason for asking after all).He rudely...like a petulant teenager said “uuuuhhhhh NO it is NOT ok”. To which I was like, “no problem that’s why we asked”My partner did not even want to go back in but I said I didn’t want to let his bad attitude ruin a good sale so i went back in. I asked him if he was the owner of this house or if he worked for an estate company. He, again with a very rude tone, came back with “yeah...pshhht... this is my house. No I work for an estate company”.I asked him if there was a reason he was being so rude to me. He said, “uhhh it’s called SARCASM”.I left. His attitude made me feel sick. If I had to sell off an estate I would not use this company. If the way they handle customers is any indication of how they handle business... not very high scores I’m afraid.*Edit in response to the manager’s reply to this review*I would hardly say I stormed out. I asked your employee for the name of his company and he said “there’s my boss right there” and you did not even turn around from what you were doing to look at me. I assumed you heard how rude he was to me and chose not to care, so why would I push the matter further?Yes, my dog is a large dog. She is an extremely well-behaved, gentle, Old English Sheepdog that volunteers weekly at the nursing home beside our house. Again, I totally respect any wishes not to bring an animal inside and that is why I asked before entering.
