Definitely a great alternative to a one way rental car from the Spring to Denver, particularly since we were diverted there from Denver and would have had to wait to fly our the next afternoon. It wasnt a crowded ride and we got in on time. The booking was simple and easy and the customer service in reservations and on the van was A+. Sadly cant say the same about American Airlines (huge eye roll, but thats another review.)

Very easy to schedule online, they made getting from Colorado Springs to DIA very convenient. Dwight was our driver and he was very helpful and knowledgeable! I would definitely recommend Groome if you need a ride to the airport

The service is prompt and convenient enough, and the price is reasonable, but the air conditioning. I’m sitting in the back and it’s got to be 85 back here. I would have gladly paid an extra $5 for the driver to crank the AC but alas she was “not allowed” to go past anemic speed on the blower, and just the tip touching blue in the temp. 🥵

Excellent service from Broadmoor hotel to Denver airport. Better than the one hotel partners with and cheaper also. I was in a van with one other passenger for a 1.5 hr ride and paid $55. Cant beat it. Hope they stay in business somehow at these rates!

I am always shocked why more people in Colorado Springs dont take the shuttle to go to Denver. It is efficient it is clean the drivers are really good and Ive always enjoyed it, saves 4 hours around trip if somebody took you I love this company

As a very satisfied and frequent traveler with Colorado Springs Shuttle, I was looking forward to giving Grooms Transportation a great review and a recommendation. That is not the case. Due to a family emergency I had to cancel my trip and shuttle. I called a week before departure. It was then revealed to me that Grooms Transportation does not refund, period. This information was not mentioned upon the scheduling. The phone operator reacted arrogantly to my surprise . I am a business woman with 60 years experience in buying and selling businesses. I am indeed surprised at what appears to be a cut throat manner of business. I will utilize Uber in the future, pay a little more, pick up and drop off at my home, a welcome convenience. More importantly, reliability and trust will be there

As a new customer in Colorado, i was looking forward to recommending this service. My outbound trip went off without a hitch to Denver Airport – friendly driver, quick trip. When my return flight got stuck on the tarmac and i missed my 8pm return shuttle by minutes, my only offered option was to wait 2 hours for the 10pm shuttle.After a long day of travel, I got another ride back home. I understand the no refund policy, but all other services I’ve used in my 30+ years of travelling would at least given me a credit on my next trip which I requested the next day. Evidently, a trip credit when they don’t provide service is beyond the capacity of this business. And I would be hesitant to use this service for future return trips in the evening.

I booked this shuttle to Cheyenne on June 3rd for tomorrow July 21. I just realized that on July 14 I received an email stating my shuttle time had been canceled. (Unfortunately the email came from Fort Collins, not Groome Transportation, so I just read it this morning)I thought this was spam mail!All the remaining shuttles are booked. Needless to say with such short notice car rentals are expensive, Lyft may be my only option and is going to cost a fortune! Pretty disappointed in this company to say the least.

I got into Denver early, went to wait for my 2pm shuttle and saw that the 1pm shuttle was about to leave. I asked the driver if I could hop on, he said to check with dispatch so I called Groome’s local number and the dispatcher changed me to the earlier shuttle no problem. Then, a few days later I realized that I had double-booked myself on accident for that trip, called them up and they retroactively refunded me for one of the booking, even though it was totally my mistake. Highly recommend this service.

UPDATE 2 - as you can see from the owners response, they think they remedied the situation. This is not the case. I had to call a family member from Denver to pick me up at DIA and take me back to Monument. I also sent an email requesting a refund with no response . Ive been burned by this company both times Ive tried to use them.Driver for the 8 pm shuttle out of DIA was nice enough to call me and leave a voicemail to see if I was going to make the shuttle (my flight was delayed inbound) and offered the 10 pm shuttle if I couldnt make it. I watched the 10pm shuttle leave DIA at 945 and got left. Of course no one was available to answer the phone except the 8pm driver, who couldnt do anything. Was really hoping this would be a possibility in the future, but I guess not.UPDATE- 8pm driver did call me back twice to apologize; which was very nice, I still got home after 1 am though.

They are very good about knowing who the clients are to be picked up and where.I missed my reserved pick up time and as I waited at the pick up station at DIA, hoping for the next shuttle,the driver pulled up and called me by name and knew I had missed my shuttle. He said they always look for the missed riders on the next run. Thankful for that as I live 60 miles from DIA.

A disaster of service. My reserved 8AM shuttle never showed up. Now not leaving until 9:15. Dispatcher doesn’t answer until after 6 tries and no one has a clue as to what happened. I will not use again.

Messed up my reservation twice. Now I have to pay $200.00 for a one way shuttle, with no mention of giving me my money back for the one way of a round trip.

First time customer and the driver was on time from DIA to Colorado Springs. The driver stated that they are cleaning the van after each trip and only transporting half the capacity for COVID precautions. I dont know if the service is hit-or-miss based on other reviews, but I will give it an another try again in a few weeks. Im happy to support any business owners in travel industry these days.

I hired Groome Transportation for Shuttle service between the Denver International Airport and Colorado Springs for a conference and trade show at the Broadmoor. I had to modify my trip to Colorado Springs from Denver a couple of times because of flight delays. Each time, Groome modified my ride without issue, and sent me a confirming email. Moreover, their drivers were excellent. I had Tim for my trip to Colorado Springs, and Robert back to Denver. Both Tim and Robert were courteous, professional, and personable. They called to advise that they were on their way, helped with baggage, offered water to their riders, engaged their riders in conversation, drove safely, and helped with information. I would highly recommend Groome, and the outstanding Tim and Robert.

Excellent service! I called the day of my dad’s flight at 5am for him to be picked up at 650am. The lady that answered was vibrant sounding, polite, made sure she had all the information correct for him. My daughter and I were stuck at Denver international airport waiting to be taken back from Colorado springs. The groomer driver called in sick and I was going to have to wait at the airport for almost 4 hours before they would come pick me up with the next round. I ubered home and it was worth it. Dont bother with the service just Uber.

I hate driving to Denver International Airport as it is so overwhelming. Groome makes it easy and convenient by driving you right up to the entry door. Professional and friendly driver made the super late and unexpected necessity of paying for the shuttle less annoying! See my Colorado Springs destination couldn’t be made because of the weather so my airline said they were re-routing to Denver International’s airport, however not to worry they’d be providing ALL passengers a bus to the (CO)Springs. Upon arrival in Denver I was not pleased to learn after waiting for promised bus (with approximately half of the passengers) that I had to find a shuttle or driving service myself at that strange & awful hour as well as PAY too. I won’t fly United again!!! I was just getting ready to really go to my dark & panicky place when I called your number. The operator went above & beyond good customer service I wanna say it saved my attitude and also saved me a hospitalization for my severe stress level due to the diabetes I had but didn’t know I had then! She saved me money from what my expectations were because the price dropped by passengers and I told her my co-fliers were riding there along with myself. She empathized which came through in her tone, questions, and in her helpfulness. The driver, too, made the delay in seeing my kids and dying mama bearable by being professional. By professional I mean he quickly had our bags loaded, explained the process, answered all questions, got us driving on highway to home, drove the correct speed, avoided other bad drivers, and we all arrived at our destination in a reasonably quick time & more Importantly we had been instructed to click it or ticket, told to call our rides at 20 minutes to arrival at destination, kept entertained during the trip, advised on the only two low-priced cab companies (the ones that are safe) to call, & finally we arrived alive!!!I’m grateful that you were able to help me and in such a positive professional manner to boot. My experience with Groome was excellent. The expectations were an on-time arrival and drop-off, with a pleasant ride. I received that and a very thoughtful driver that made our trip that much more pleasurable. He offered info on key points of interest along the way.. and chilled bottled water. I was picked up from the airport on time at the location indicated with a reminder text prior to my pick up. Robert, the driver, loaded up our luggage, seated us in order of drop off and offered up water to all. He was personable and informed us about our estimated arrival along the way. Wow. SUCH a great experience. We have Jimmy as our driver from Colorado Springs to Denver. And when my parents dropped me off to the shuttle and they left, I realized I left my phone in my father’s car!! Jimmy let me use his personal cell to continuously call and text my father. He finally answered and Jimmy said he can meet us at our next stop in Monument. Jimmy let us stay at Monument until they showed up at 7:18 (when the designated time to leave was 7:10). He talked me through an anxiety attack, told me everything will be okay, and it was. He was such an amazing driver and person. Thank you so much, Jimmy, for being understanding and helping me through my crisis. You made this trip worth it.

Great service, friendly, competitive pricing. I especially appreciate, without asking, they booked a third seat, no charge, for my service dog. I would never ask for that, and place him at my feet or lap, but they made him feel welcomed - no questions or issues AND helped me with a lot of large suitcases (I normally travel light, but it was christmas) Bravo! As a Senior, solo traveler with some disabilities, finding supportive companies like this is huge.

Very dependable. Had some plane scheduling issues, and was worried about making my departure time for the shuttle at Denver International down to Colorado Springs. Received a courtesy call about 10 minutes before I was due, and I was just de-boarding plane. Driver was calm and courteous, reviewed instructions on where to meet him, and I made with about 3 minutes late. Greeted with a smile and no problem. The driver was a great representation of the company. Good job.

The driver was exceptionally polite and accommodating. The ride was perfectly safe and punctual. I couldnt ask for more aside from some personal space. In that regard, I could certainly do without my little self being squeezed between two large, strange men for a couple of hours!! (This is something I would prefer not to tolerate on any sort of public transit.) Nevertheless, Ill be riding with Groome again next time I travel and would even recommend them to anyone trying to travel reliably and inexpensively.

The driver was a pretty upbeat guy! He cracked some jokes and made the trip back a comfortable one. I wish I could remember his name but he did good. I like that this transportation system is here. It very helpful to have when you don’t have a car to get to the airport.

I was able to catch an earlier shuttle due to my flight arriving early. The driver and passengers welcomed me graciously even though they were about to pull away. The drivers level of hospitality and kindness was incredible. He was concerned about my comfort, attentive to my travel plans, and engaged so genuinely with myself and the other passengers. When I made my initial reservation I was greeted by a very helpful and informative customer support person. Groome has top-notch customer service!

Booked online a transport from Cos to Dia for my elderly mother flying bAck home. 3 days prior to her flight. 2 hours after we dropped her off they were barely in cAstle rock. According to them the flight time was same time as the pick at Cos so we would have missed flight anyways, I’m a business owner so if would have saw that I would have called. (Which is BS remember putting it in, IT problems??) customer service was horrible. My mother missed her flight -0 out of 5 stars.

For $50 per trip, I would expect a more comfortable ride. The driver was efficient and safe but the van needs new shocks and struts.I’d much rather pay $12 and have my own seat, no whiplash and free entertainment provided by all the yahoos who ride the Bustang.

Groome does a great job! The only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is the price. $50 each way is kind of pricey in my book. When Ive shuttled to and from the airport in the past, the company (I dont believe it was Groome) gave a discount for the round trip. I think they knocked $10 off the fare. I had originally booked a round trip on Groome and there was no discount. As it happened, I didnt end up needing the ride there. Groome was good about letting me cancel my booking and they did refund my $50. I believe they require 24 hour notice in order for a refund.So all in all, Im happy with the service but would love if they offered some sort of discount or frequent rider incentive.

Everything was wonderful. My driver arrived on time, put my bag away. I found my seat and not much longer we were on our way. My driver would give us our ETA and he pretty much stayed on schedule. I would highly recommend this service. Thank you.

After I found door 505 at the Denver airport everything went smoothly. Cliff was pleasant and helpful and I appreciated the cold water on the ride to Colorado Springs. My return trip yesterday from The Antlers to the airport with Dwight behind the wheel was also smooth. Unfortunately there was a major slowdown on the highway and we were quite late getting to the airport but with Dwights good directions I had no trouble finding my way through secutity and making my flight. I would certainly use Groome again if I were to return to the Denver area.

I had a very comfortable ride with an almost full load of us in the van. They left in a timely manner and arrived in good time. It was quiet and friendly. I only left off a Star because it was obvious that the van had been smoked in for years. The driver was very nice.

Although we had a late start, due to one passengers delay caused by a burst suitcase, the driver was upbeat and kept the other passengers informed of the delay and approx. time of departure and arrival in Colorado Springs. I didnt care for the country music on the radio, but thats the drivers prerogative. I loved the free water, and had two bottles! Yay! I recommend this service highly and have enjoyed my trips, even prior to the name change.

Super easy to make reservations with. The best part was that when my flight arrived early I was able to get on an earlier shuttle with zero hassle! The driver offered all of us bottled water and routinely checked with us to make sure we were comfortable with the temperature.

I love using Groome. On my list trip Jimmy was great. But this was the first time I was on the black shuttle. It looks nice but I felt cramped and claustrophobic. Less leg room then what I had on the plane. Then the seats are so high I can’t see anything up front. Hopefully this can be corrected. As I said I love this company and the service they provide.

This was great trip. Our driver was very helpful, super courteous, did a great job in all the heavy rain and traffic getting us safely and securely to the Denver airport on time. I highly recommend using Groome, I do every time I need to fly out of Denver and don’t feel like fighting the traffic and paying extended parking fees.

My flight was delayed, causing me to miss my scheduled shuttle time. Groome worked with me and got me on the next (and last) shuttle of the evening. The driver was courteous and unperturbed by the change, plus he drove very well and delivered me to my final destination within the quoted time frame. I will definitely use their service again.

My plane was delayed and I had to switch flights. Got to Denver two hours late. While waiting to catch the flight I called Groome. Switching to the van 2 hours later was no problem. Got home safely. I appreciate the flexibility that Groome offers.

Recently used Groome to and from the Denver airport. Was a greatexperience. Going we were in heavy traffic due to an unfortunate accidenton I-25. The driver had to re-route us, still had plenty of time when arriving at the airport.They are very prompt, they know their job and do a great one.
