I’ve been a specialty contractor for this company for over ten years. The professionalism, friendliness and the “get er done” attitude is rare for a company this large. A sense of pride is built into every product they manufacture. You can feel it in every one I talk with. It makes me proud of American manufacturing ever time I visit.

I would not recommend this place to work at all. I will however be fair in my review and list the pros and cons:PROS:- Great vacation/PTO benefits- Generous 401k package.- Great working hoursCONS:- Absolutely the worst management (especially the maintenance manager).- Medical benefits are sub par.- overall culture is absolute garbage. Almost everyone that actually works there (aka the manual labor) wants to suck start a pistol.That is a fair assessment.
