Had a package mailed from this location to Humble TX and paid to have it here by a certain day. Well, my package did not show up on time and when I called this location the employee named Elijah, was clueless and ignorant about how to track my package. I didn’t have the tracking number so he looks up the sender by telephone number and tells me it wasn’t delivered due to an inaccurate address and call this 1800 number. I call and nothing resolved because I didn’t have the tracking number. Elijah knew I didn’t have the tracking number but still looked up the sender and never gave me the tracking number. Horrible service and recommend everyone to stay away from this UPS. Incompetent and unprofessional! Well look at that! I am lost for words! Who owns/runs this UPS?

They are never open at the correct time. The employees always seem to be late, which is a inconvenient. This store definitely needs a work over to get it in gear.

Not sure if they need to retrain employees or just charge ludicrous prices, but judging from the other reviews, it seems like a bit of both. Did a quick estimate on how much it would cost for 2-day shipping from here; it should have been about $34. Fortunately I was greeted as soon as I walked through the door, so I will give them that. However, after weighing my item, I was told it was going to cost over $100. Ridiculous. I ended up bringing my package to FedEx and was only charged $23.

Couldnt be happier. Very helpful and friendly staff, very clean store and everything youd every need for packing and shipping your package. I dont know why there are some negative reviews unless someone woke up on the wrong side of the bed because I have visited this store at last a dozen times in the past two years and I would give them a 10 each time if I could.

Ky helped us today and she was so helpful! Great employee you have in that one! Bringing in a large package for a return today and the bottom fell open right in the middle of the road out front. We managed to get it in the door and she was immediately ready to help out! Made an already stressful situation so much easier for us! Thank you Ky!

The staff is very friendly and welcoming! I would like to thank Chae for shipping my wreaths and packing them. Both arrived at the locations with no damage to the what so ever! I will be back!

5 customer limit inside. The guy who helped bbn us was quick and knowledgeable. Clean space. CDC Guidelines were followed. Good store. I am have never been to a UPS store before now, I want to do more through UPS.

I don’t think I have ever felt the need to write a review more than after interacting with the store. Obviously each UPS store is individually operated, but this franchisee must be the most money hungry cheat alive.I’ve been traveling for six days stopping at UPS stores shipping merchandise ever picking up, and have not had nearly as bad of an experience as just simply trying to ship six boxes from this location. Incredibly unhelpful, continuing to nickel and dime With policies that none of the other dozen stores I have utilized implemented.Just the worst. I hope that UPS corporate sees this and takes action against this franchisee to investigate how poorly they operate their business and represent the UPS name.

I went into this store today to ship sum packages. As I was being helped a couple came in without mask! I asked the young lady helping me could she ask them to put on a face covering as she did and they refused, saying they don’t have COVID! At this point I felt unsafe, especially when the other girl just started helping them & they’re not allowed to ask them to leave the store! So I took my packages and left! As long as they don’t mandate customers wear mask I will not spend a dime with them! My question is what is it going to take for these business to not serve people who don’t want to wear mask? Your not just exposing your employees to a possible illness but also the other customers who come in! You guys need to really change how you operate!

I’ll be the first to admit that I need to get back to leaving positive reviews when I have pleasant encounters because the encounter that I had on today with Sharnice (orange hair) an employee of the UPS store reminded me why I did reviews in the first place. I literally cannot stand going into a established business or any place where the employees they have act as though they hate their job. Sharnice displayed very poor characteristics of any employee I would like to have servicing me. Her communication, body language, over all demeanor was poor. Her mid way stop servicing me without an update could’ve made her talking in circles about the cords (Xfinity exchange) a littler better. Understand you work there not the customer if you can’t explain; Please get a new job.

I was just there about 45 minutes ago to ship a small 2lb 3oz box to TN. Said it would be over $31 via UPS, or $19.50 something through USPS. I balked and took it to the post office myself who charged $10.05 for 2 day priority with tracking and insurance. I get charging a small markup I guess for your troubles but a 95% increase is ridiculous. Not to mention the liability waivers you make people sign for sending via USPS. Definitely lost my confidence as a business.

I’m a new business owner and shipped my first order of candles worth over $300 on 4/20/2020. Every time I tried to track my package it showed that it never left the location and no one can seem to figure out what happened. The manager said it would take 8 days to investigate. I showed proof of how much the candles are worth by bringing some of my invoices. By reading all the reviews I’m pretty sure my candles won’t show up and gonna have a hassle getting a refund. They made me look bad to my customers as a new business owner. And a box that big should not just up and disappear into thin air. Pretty sure someone stole my package.

Was told I could have a package sent here for free pickup only for them to turn around and charge me $15 just to pick up my item!! I never would have had anything sent here had I known this was how they operated! Absolute rip-off!.... and there is nothing convenient about having to pay $15 to drive to pick up my own package. I would have just had it shipped straight to me for my own convenience.

I asked to verify the price 3 times ($20) and after everything was ready, Elijah gave a price $8 higher than what was quoted. Not to mention my address and phone number were typed in incorrect three times. And one of the worse things was the fact that both the front and back doors were open creating a wind tunnel going through the store making it hard to control the paperwork that was trying to be mailed. I suggest employee training and manager interaction.

Weve used this locations several times and have never had a bad experience. The manager is a notary so weve used her services for some legal documents and she made it super user friendly. Weve also come in to ship things and weve never had a bad customer service experience. Weve lived her for a year so before that I couldnt offer my opinion but so far weve been pleased.

Worst customer service! I went in today to return my amazon package and the workers were complaining about having to pack amazon returns as if that’s not their job to do! If you don’t want to work, give the job to one of the millions of unemployed people who would actually appreciate the work instead of complaining like we aren’t keeping you employed!!!

BEWARE!!!!use at your own risk!!!!!!!Please do not use this business. After all the publicity of hiring employees who stole peoples phones. The owner told me they cleaned house. I had someone drop off a package, scanned received at the UPS store, and the package is nowhere to be found. They have cameras but conveniently they do not record...why rip off customers?

Honestly, Im not sure how this place is still in business. Having been in business myself, I totally understand markup on your products, but the prices here are outrageous. I just sent an 11-page fax for $12. Yes, more than $1/page for something that doesnt cost them anything. And weirdly, they dont sell stamps. Also, while there I witnessed an older lady with a cane come in struggling from the heat and ask about a notary. The lady behind the counter said no, she left at 3. Sorry, she needs a day off too. No help, not even any compassion on this poor woman clearly desperate for a notary. As she struggled out, I looked up at the sign of services. Notary topped the list.

Lady informed me that I was using the wrong envelope & when I asked about correct envelope she said any regular one would do. She was acted like I was interrupting her.Not real impressed. Staff needs to be trained better on customer service skills.

The staff were wonderful! Helpful, patient, and pleasant. My new favorite printer store and place to mail packages. Love the late hours. I can ship my small business packages after my regular work hours, when the post office is closed.

Customer service here is horrible. They do not offer you all the service that they provide to send off a package. If you want a package to get there on a certain day they will choose the guarantee option only. They will not quote you the ground shipping at all because Jessica the manager states that GUARANTEE and wanting the package on a certain day is the same thing. Be aware do not go here. They will rip you off. Please dont park in front of the building they will not service you because they will get a ticket and you will to from colonial heights police department.(lol how will they get ticketed). If you are in line they will harass you if any car pulls up near their building. Please dont use this location.

Stay away stay away stay away!!! This is the worst UPS store ever. They over charge for everything they’re RUDE and they do not let you know it’s none refundable. They charged me $7.29 for a tiny box and after going to the car I came back and asked for a refund then she lets me know it’s none refundable. People stay far away from this place. NEVER USE THIS STORE in my opinion. The store was involved in a huge scam where employees were stealing phones being returned to Verizon and selling them at the mall. Store does not want to help customers affected by their employees stealing. Obviously they have an internal control problem when they scan packages for UPS into their system, but have no checks to insure that they have x number of packages waiting for pickup when the UPS truck arrives, and the some crosscheck to show all packages received went back out.

Use USPS, total came to $16.80 for shipping and small box, 2lbs. Package will take 6 days when I could have used USPS priority gotten a free box, 2 day shipping and pd $11. The young man behind the counter needs some customer service training also.

There is a smart mouthed, condescending, brown hair, spectacle wearing associate who is terribly rude and passive aggressive.I went in there to send a Christmas package but instead was met with snide remarks and mocking laughter from both her and her male colleague.I didnt know sending a package could be that funny? I will definitely NOT be returning, keep your sanity and go somewhere else.

You can buy shipping boxes at U-Haul for just 1/3 or less of the price they charge here. Staff is not particularly helpful.

They shipped my package and broke it,, I even added the extra insurance ... they said I didnt buy my box from them, and they didnt package it they were not responsible, ...no wander they only get a 2.5 rating,,, use Fed Ex much easier,,, I no longer ship anything UPS,,, 😞😞👎🏻👎🏻
