Heat pump installed by this company. We needed him to come out for maintenance and temperature issues. William stated he would come the next day after we called which was great. He did not come at the scheduled time so we reached out to him and he stated he was with another client that took longer than normal. Which is okay, but a heads up would have been appreciated. He never called back to give any updates and my husband had to call AGAIN and he said he would come Sunday. Sunday arrives and he is not here at the scheduled time. My husband calls AGAIN, and he says it’s raining and he could not work in the rain, but we live in the same city so when the rain stopped he would come. Have not heard from him since. It is terribly unprofessional and a huge inconvenience as we made arrangements to be home waiting on his arrival. I do understand things come up, but he was just a flat out no call/no show. I would only recommend his service if you sit at all home all day with nothing to do and like to play phone tag. I see someone also had a similar experience, so I suppose we are not alone in this. Sad.

This company is really just 1 guy. He didnt call or show up on the first attempt to get a quote for repair of 2 runs of duct. When I called to find out what happened, he gave a lame excuse of having an allergic reaction and being isolated. He eventually came out to give a quote. Then I arranged for him to do the job, but he didnt call or show up again. When I called to find out what happened, he said it was raining and he didnt want to mess his tools up (lie). My wife called him to try to convince him to come do the repairs, but then he suddenly found out he has coronavirus and has to quarantine. The guy is a massive flake, hes very unprofessional, and Id be willing to bet that he doesnt actually know what hes doing.

Called Mr William at 9:30pm !! Told him what was going on and he got out his bed to come to the rescue!! Talk about phenomenonal customer service. I can’t thank him enough. Will definitely be using him for more work. Highly recommend his company.😍

William was prompt and understood my urgency when my gas furnace stopped working. He took time out of his schedule to come take a look, and fixed my issue! I could not be more thankful and appreciative!

I couldnt be any happier than I am with the response and service I was provided today. My AC went out and I had no luck getting anyone to come help me. I called Appomattox and they immediately responded to my situation and were able to work me into their busy schedule and had me up and running within 30 minutes of their arrival. I am thrilled as my house was over 90° inside. They were very professional and reasonable and he even took time to show me some problem areas that need to be addressed. I will absolutely have them back to address those issues and to be my go to for any heating and air needs!

I just wanted to say that Mr William Riley of Appomattox Heating and air is at top of his game. He is very prompt and informative and very skilled. I had a very old unsalvageable system over 20 years old and he was amazing to know what system and tonnage and how to rebuild my coil system in the inside split unit so beautifully its much more efficient and runs smoother and so quiet I barely hear it cut on. Its a wonderful unit and worth all the hours and sweat he put into it because our lives are more comfortable and saner now. No more expensive bandaid fixes from companies that dont really know whats wrong to begin with. We thank Mr Riley for a job well done. He has my business from now on with anything that needs fixing with my systems. Awesome job couldnt have done it myself Im glad I left it to the professional. Thanks a million again Appomattox Heating and Air for all you did to make it so cool again.

What a blessing this man was! He was prompt, courteous, extremely knowledgeable and very fair priced. As a single mom, managing the inner workings of owning your own home can be intimidating. Good to know there are still good, honest folks out there. He will definitely be my go to from here on out . Highly recommend!

Great service. Showed up on time. Explained the whole process of servicing and troubling shooting my A/C-heat pump unit. Corrected a couple of the issues on the spot and gave me options for others that would take more time. made the follow-up visit on the spot, no sales person to deal with. All in all I would recommend this company to anyone.
