Every time I got to Kay’s. I love my nails more and more. They really take the time to do exactly what I want. I love going here so much.

Worst nails ever. I am not sure what happened to the old staffed but this was the worst experience Ive ever had here and Ive been coming in regularly every 2 weeks. I just walked out and this is what the cuticles look like.I cant believe I paid for this.

My daughter went here on Friday and now she has a mild infection in both hands

Got my nails done by the same bubbly lady. She is so sweet and talkative but is too focused on your life that she doesnt pay attention to what shes doing. She cut the skin around 3 of my nails with old nail filers and gave me an infection where I had to take antibiotics for 2 weeks. She also did my moms nails and cut her as well. Overall nails looked good but it would have been better if I hadnt got cut and given infections in three fingers.

Price is great, and I am very happy with the services that were performed. Not a high end place, and there isnt a lot of amenities, its a local nail place and they do a good job for the price. Love that it is on Haddon Ave, so you can walk around town and checkout stores while your nails dry. Been there twice.

Kays Nails is always clean! And the employees are friendly. They accept appointments but will also take walk-ins and the wait is usually not very long. I love that they offer gel dips, so you dont have to stick your hands under a UV lamp like with regular gel manicures. If you get a standard manicure with regular polish, you can expect it to last up to a week because they use good polish. Their pedicures are also great. Theyre priced reasonably, too!

Ive been here one or two times before today. Today was not good service, the waiting took like an hour and half or more. During the process of my nails I got some minor cuts. I did have good service the last few times I went, but not today!

Never disappointed! i been coming here for the past 5 years ever since i stopped going to Hollywood and I never leave unhappy. If youre looking for a relaxed place this is the place to be! No one rushes and they listen and give you exactly what you want :) Ask for my girl Q!!

This was my first experience at Kay Nails & Spa and i can honestly say that i loved it! my nail tech Vicky was funny and she persistent with asking me if the nail shape was good. I appreciate that alot. I hope to come back to this place, i really like it!

My nails came out amazing and my pedicure was super relaxing. Everyone who works here is really friendly, too. And the prices were great!

Decent pedicures/manicures, nothing to write home about. The woman was doing my pedicure dropped the supplies on the ground picked them up and continued with out cleaning them off. As soon as you tell them you’re paying with card their attitude changes. Also, you can’t tip on the card which is frustrating. I used to go here every two weeks but I think I’m going to go else where now because I can’t stand the attitude when you pay with a card.

They were very rude and they over charge, my nails they did was HORRIBLE!! Don’t ever go here

Very disappointed in the service. The lady who did my pedicure was being too rough and cut my nails too short near the flesh. She also set the water SO HOT, even when I told her it was too hot for me. She seemed to have been in a rush to paint my nails and did not paint them carefully. Also, nail technicians must sterilize all equipment and throw out disposable tools. However, she just sprayed some liquid on the tools and put them away (& did not sterilized the equipments properly, which I now am at risk for an infection). The only thing good that came out of this experience was the 2 minute massage. Not a good first impression and will not be coming back.

This was the worst pedicure of my life. Lady with long black hair did me, made me bleed from scrubbing soooo hard. Cut my toenails sooo short, was picking at my skin all over so rough, i asked her to stop 3 times and to be more gentle. I have never had such a horrible experience in my life. Now i have a cut that keeps bleeding on my foot

My daughter was a frequent customer at this salon. I live very close so I decided to give them a try. They do nails well and most of them are nice. Unfortunately, I had 2 unpleasant encounters at this salon. Both incidents appeared to be racial in nature. I have had my nails done there about 8 or 9 times. The second time I was accused of cutting in front of another patron was the last straw. On two separate occasions I came in and was not greeted at all. I had a seat and played quietly on my phone. When it was my turn I stood up to see who was doing my nails. One particular obviously racist worker who is female then accused me of cutting the waiting line. This was funny because on both occasions the other patrons said no she was next . The other patrons seemed to know who was next. She was borderline arguing with the other customers to prove her idiotic point and was dead wrong. This happened 2x with the same girl. I was not rude, not trying to get anything for free and this woman does not know me personally. I could only draw one conclusion: this woman is racist. She singled me out as I was the only person of color. Its sad that she does not realize that she is also a person of color. The most disheartening part of the story is no one reprimanded this woman and no one stopped her from offending me on either occasion. MY MONEY SPENDS ANYWHERE. I GO WHERE IM TREATED WITH RESPECT. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS RACIST PLACE. Its 2018 when are we going to get past this?

Do. Not. Waste. Your. Time.Seriously. The gel polishes usually chip and peel in less then two weeks, theyre rude and dont say anything to you when you go in and twice now Ive had them come up to me after already waiting 30 minutes and telling g me it was going to be another 30 after taking multiple ppl infront of me. Please, save your time you can never get back and your money you work for. What a joke.

Drove from West Philly, city of nail salons... my bff took me with her to this spot... needless yo say, Ill be back. My original nail stylist will be a little pissed. But good quality over quantity any time. Amy, I believe the name of the young lady who styled my nails...shes bomb.

I had a really horrible experience at beautiful nail and went to Kays to have them fixed a week later. The man who did my nails refilled them and reshaped them and his job was impecable. This salon is now the only one I trust.

I usually enjoy my experience, but the women I dealt with today was rude and rushed through my manicure. She didn’t even say hello or greet me. She also made me bleed three times and just kept working, until I asked her to stop.

Got my nails done for an engagement photoshoot. The nails are wayyy too small and extremely crooked, it looks ridiculous. Thought I would try it out because of the good reviews but stay far away from this place

When they 1st open they treated people very nice as time went on The employees Started treating people different meaning if youre not a good tipper or from a different race like Spanish or African American you be treated a little different Its a shame because I really enjoyed going there I stopped going to that nail salon
