Excellent service!!! Tim saved me when another shop tried to rip me off. Ill definitely recommend and return any time I need my Jaguar worked on. My car is running so smooth now. As we all know a good mechanic is hard to find glad I was recommended here!!!!

This mechanic shop is where you will get honest guys that aint greedy and know their cars and are usually having fun and cracking jokes. Also, Tim is the states expert on Jaguars. love them

Great experience; always kind and professional. They have worked on my car for years and l always feel comfortable placing my car in their highly capable hands.

Had my jag for 6 months 4 times told me it would be done next he lied! 20 times called left messages never returned calls! Most unprofessional, arrogant, ignorant mechanic or business person I ever dealt with in 71 years! Finally had car towed to another shop week and a half car repaired! I Would NOT BRING A BIKE TO THIS UNBALANCED PERSON TO REPAIR!!!!!

Had our Jaguar for over a year. Never answered the phone or returned calls. Then when I stopped in there was always an excuse. After a year they charged me over $1500. Had the car back ten mins and it was doing the same thing. Brought it back to them and they tell me it needs timing chains which costs thousands of dollars. Then they call a couple days later telling us to get it out or they’re charging storage. Tim is a scumbag and deserves 0 stars.

Best foreign car mechanic hands down

Tim is very thorough in his diagnostics and shows each customer personalized attention when dealing with their mechanical issues. I recommend this service often for foreign car issues.

Tim is the best and so is the rest of the staff... Since day one, he has been upfront and honest with me, explains everything before he does any work and as a female, I appreciate that more than anything. I have been ripped off in the past and Tim is the only guy I take my Volvo to. Everyone is kind and informative and they care about you and your vehicle here. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else but this place for your foreign car.

The guy Tom that works there is such a great guy. He helped explain to me what was wrong with my car even though it took me a few times to understand (haha) .. he was very patient. Thanks to him everything went great and my car is running better then before. I will definitely be a returning customer.

Prices are fair and they do good work. Before I found this place I had the worst luck with mechanics either charging me too much or not actually fixing the issue.
