Tech arrived in the afternoon same day I called. He was very commited to finishing the repair in under an hour. He was efficient, and explained every step of the way. He made me understand what went wrong with my wine cooler using layman’s term. He was respectful. My dog (cocoa) is even fond of him! If I’ll be needing help, I’ll definitely call and ask for him again 💯!!

A Repairman came out and found the source of our range problem and went above measures to fix it. It was a messy job under there but he was awesome and did an outstanding job! will not hesitate to contact these guys again for future repairs!

Their name is Collierville Appliance Repair but they arent even based in Collierville. I was trying to do business with a local vendor. They told me they currently do not have a technician working in the Collierville area. I asked the guy why do they call themselves Collierville Appliance Repair then if they dont have a tech in the area and he hung up the phone.

They serviced our dryer. Scheduling was easy and they accommodated my schedule well. Result of the repair was amazing, it’s as if I we’re using a new one. We liked the service and we’re planning to keep them as our repair company.

Extremely disappointing. They scheduled the appointment today between 4-6 and told me they would call before the visit. Had received no call so I called them to verify the appointment. The lady who answered the phone stated that the tech has not confirmed that he had even seen the appointment and wanted to contact him first then call me back. OK. So I receive a call back from a different person that stated he cant be there until Wednesday between 11-2. We already took time away from our jobs for this appointment and now we need to do it again due to their tech not checking his schedule. Completely UNACCEPTABLE..... I honestly feel that had I not have called them at 4 pm they would never have called. Their Tech hadnt even seen the appointment. I wish i could do no stars........Also they took the money out of my account for the service call before confirming the appointment with their tech. It take 48 hours to receive a refund from them as well. BEWARE..

This place is horrible. I called to schedule an appointment and they asked what brand. I told them LG and they informed me a technician would be out the following day. I wait all day until 6pm and then call to see what the status of my technician was just for them to inform me they don’t have a technician that’s qualified to operate on LG products. Now I have to wait through the entire weekend for another company to come out. Not happy at all. Save your time and go with another company.

Next time I have an issue with any of my appliance I will definitely call them again! My experience having them out for the range hood and the oven was really great.

They were here Monday morning to take a look at my freezer and fix it. They finished doing the freezer in an hour. It’s amazing how knowledgeable and fast they were. My freezer is now in excellent condition and I would hire them again.

The company charged $80 to come out. The guy who they sent showed up with a clipboard and a polo shirt and nice shorts - not a workmans suit. One of the first things he told me was he was going to charge an additional $150 to repair the dishwasher. He hadnt even looked at it! When I told him his office said they would put the $80 toward the $150, he said no. I confirmed with him 3 times that he was going to charge me $230 to repair the dishwasher. (The dishwasher is old and only cost $400.) He told me no one else would come out to repair my washer. (I actually had a guy call me the night before who said he could come out today and fix it for $100 plus parts.) It was clear this guy had no intent on fixing it. I felt strong armed to give him more money. I told him he needed to leave immediately and I did not sign the paperwork. I am reporting this to the Better Business Bureau.

We were having issue with the water dispenser in our fridge. Minor issue but they came out quickly and fixed it! Thanks a lot!

I am a repeat customer of Collierville Appliance Repair. First they fixed my oven and just yesterday I called them for the washing machine. I am happy with their pleasant people and excellent service.

I got the same day service for my refrigerator that went out. I cant thank you enough about the quick, professional and courteous service. I will surely be calling you again for appliance issues!

After reading the good reviews, I was super disappointed when I got a call that my dishwasher repair appointment was canceled by the technician. I received the call during the window when the repair person should have been at my home. The next available appointment offered was four days later. I’d rescheduled my day to be at home for this appointment.

Take your money then change your appointment times dont do business with this company

Don’t trust their service. Poor and not professional.
