She came to my home that afternoon and gave my husband and me a fair quote for removing the tree and grinding the stump and we hired Arbor-Tech on the spot. The Arbor-Tech crew arrived on time and promptly went to work. It was amazing to watch the crew work, they are a real team and it showed. They did a great job of removing our tree and grinding the stump. A major windstorm downed a large oak in our front yard this week, 8/2020. We discovered tree @ 630a, called Arbor-Tech and left message. Received return call around 710a and Richard said he he would be out to look. He came by and we agreed to a price. He sent John out who showed up promptly and proceeded to remove the tree canopy, which was blocking the public street nearly half way and worked for several hours to clear tree from street and a pathway for the sidewalk was opened. John was professional, polite and through.The entire crew showed up on time the next day as per our agreement with Richard and they proceeded to remove another dead oak on our property in addition to the large downed oak in the front yard. Overall, we are completely satisfied with the high quality and professionalism of Arbor-Tech and will not hesitate to utilize the Companys services in the future. ArborTech came to our home last week to trim our trees and remove a few dead trees as well. We live on a lot with a lot of trees so it was a pretty big job. Not only did they provide the best quote (we called around), but they were easy to schedule, arrived when they said they would and completed the work beautifully. The whole team was friendly, hard working and clearly knowledgable about the needs of our trees. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely call them again for any future needs.

The February Freeze killed four large Arizona Ash trees in my yard.Richard Fussellman had stopped by my house and talked to my wife about them; so, when we decided to remove them we asked them to give us a bid. Richard was not only the most professional, but asked neither for a deposit nor contract.He said they were about 3-months out but gave me an estimated date of August 10. He notified me that they were going to be a day late but showed up with a crew on August 11 at 8 am and my trees were gone, the stumps were ground and clean up was complete by 6 pm.These guys did a great job!

What a great company! Usually the review I’m about to leave would be for some white glove car service, or tech company but you get that level of service with a tree service! I’ve used between 7-8 different tree companies in the last 13 years and Richard’s Arbortech Tree Service is a cut above all else.Richard, one of co owners, is a great guy and tells you everything up front. Next the crew of 7-8 guys came out. They are careful, quick, accurate, professional, funny and clean. When you see these guys work together you can tell this is not your usually tree service that hire day laborers. Richards crew has been together for years and it shows. They know what to do- as one cuts the other is positioning the branch, another is making sure it’s guided right, and another is there to pull it out if the way. They work like a fine tuned clock- precision work. They even cleaned up a mess up from previous tree service company. We didn’t even talk about it but one their lead workers, Tyler, took it upon himself to trim the projecting branch so the tree looked nice. Again I didn’t ask for it, but these guys are professionals and care about what the final product looks like. Tyler also stump grinned a stump that was difficult. It was near a fence, brick wall and electrical write. I thought most of the stump would be visible after they were done because of it’s tough location. No, not with Arbortech! Tyler was like a surgeon- precise and careful- ultimately got the entire stump more that 3 feet in diameter- to the point that you don’t even know the tree was there.I’m surprised how well these guys work together. They joke with each other quite a bit and enjoy their job. This makes a difference because they all work well together. They clean up really well too- even cleaning the area in the street that a little bits had fallen. Most tree services even lawn companies leave stuff on the street. Again not Arbortech, they cleaned up everything on their own. Also part of what makes this crew and company above all else is that all their works do their job like if that was their own property. No one was telling them - hey do this or do that- they just did it on their own. From start to finish the crew knew how to do everything without needing a foreman or company owner on their backs. Amazing tree service. After having dealt with more than 7 companies in my life I can truly say I highly recommend Richard’s Arbortech Tree Service!

Great job by Richard and his crew! They listened to what we wanted, communicated well, made the trees look great, worked quickly and carefully. They were careful with our property and nice.Update: review changed from 5 stars to 4 starsAbout 8-10 branches were not removed or cut completely and now (3-4 weeks later) we have dead brown branches in our trees. They are too high or still partially attached for us to remove ourselves. We called and emailed Arbor-Tech asking for them to clean them up and they came out within 2 weeks to pull them out.

Arbor-Tech brought an 8 person crew to our house last Friday, October 16th to trim six trees, remove one tree and grind one stump. The crew showed up on time, was very professional, and asked us if anything else needed to be trimmed before they started cleaning up. The cleaned all of the working areas of branches and leaves, including the pool, before packing up and leaving. The crew was also very quick to complete everything as they were in and out in under an hour and a half. Thank you for your excellent service.

The guys do really good work — we’ve used them over the last few years to care for and trim our large oak and pecan trees, and we’ve also had them out to remove unhealthy/damaged trees as well — not easy work with the size of the trees! ArborTech removed four Holly bushes that had grown to about 20-30 feet high ( 4 times normal over 20 years). They also trimmed and raised six other trees to allow light to reach stressed grass. They were very efficient and cleaned the area well. I will use them again.

They were hired to do a very large project at our home. I was impressed with their promptness and the quality of their work. However I was extremely disappointed at their unprofessionalism when it came time to discussing the final invoice. I had to beg them to come back to discuss the pricing as it was three times higher than expected. They finally agreed to take $1000 off the invoice but never refunded me the thousand dollars. I would never use them again.

I have used Arbor-Tech several times for tree trimming and removal. They are super-fast in providing an estimate and will get the crew out to do the work quickly. Most recently I called and had an estimate in hand within an hour, and my trees were cut by 9am the next day. They even did a little extra trimming on their own initiative at no extra charge.

Excellent work! Barbara’s huge crew showed up within days of the first call and banged it out fast and efficiently on a whole acre with dozens of trees. Everything looks so much nicer and I feel safer knowing all the dead wood is gone. Cleanup was thorough and I couldn’t believe how quick it was all done. When it was all done I pointed out a couple branches i still didn’t like and they immediately took care of it. Barbara was an absolute delight to work with. These guys are awesome. I’m not kidding. Richard came out and walked the property with me, and gave me a whole lot of information on trees and how and why you do certain types of things depending on the type of tree. I was thoroughly impressed. The dude knows trees and what he is doing. They trimmed 22 trees in one day. Richard sent me updated pics throughout the day to show me the progress. Richard came over and we discussed what needed to be done, he gave me a quote right then and his crew showed up the next day to trim and even remove a couple of our trees. We have some more work that needs to be done in the back and will have them come back for that as well. And, as soon as it’s warm enough we will be having his crew come back again to install some sod for us.

The crew was great but there were some items they didn’t get done due to rain. No problem said Barbara and Robert the owner. We will be back in a few days to finish. So far I’ve contacted them at least 3 times to get the work done. Each time I was told we’ll get there on such and such a date and then no call no show. I knew better than to pay in full.

Richard and the Arbor Tech team did an amazing job today on my property. The storm this past weekend knocked down half of my tree on the front lawn, and thankfully Richard was able to come over and assess the situation yesterday. He gave a very fair quote which honestly I was expecting would be much higher so we agreed he and his crew could come over today to clean up and remove the fallen tree, as well as remove what was remaining of the damaged tree, including grinding down and removing the stump. They showed up this morning and were completely finished in just over an hour. I was amazed to see how quickly and efficiently they got the job done. Great work!!!

The first experience was great they were on time and cleaned up amazing. So when I needed more work done I was confident in calling them again. They came and left really fast and never finished the job, like aggreed upon. I called them to come back and clean up. Which they did but my 12 year old said they were cussing and mad. They never finished the job! My fault is I paid them thinking it was fine until I realized it wasn’t done. The ground cover was supposed to be completely removed by the root and then weed kill placed down. They just cut it really short and never came back! This was over a year ago but I just saw their truck drive by and didn’t want anyone else to have the same experience.
