As all the other reviews state this office will try their absolute best to make it as difficult as possible to receive your passport they are extremely rude trying to think up as many excuses as they can to just not do their job some employees there do want to help but the unprofessionalism is extraordinary as they would yell and argue with each other about what to do, overall a terrible experience you’re better off going to another post office

Service has always been fast and efficient if you have your packages sealed and envelopes closed.

For passport services - DONT come here, they will cancel your appointment a day before appointment.

Had appointment for passport and theres only 1 person working the desk with a line full of people waiting to ship something. Needless to say, our appointment didnt happen as the only person working said shell be right back and 20 minutes later, we were still standing there. Go somewhere else to get your passport as this place is Pathetic!!

On USPS website, we made two appointments for passport processing. Every time, we received passport appointment reminder from USPS.com. We drove to Colleyville post office and waited in line, then when we walked up to the counter showing our appointment for passport processing, they then told you that we do NOT have staff to handle passport processing, and we have not processed passport for a long time. If this is the case, shouldnt Colleyville post office comes up with a better plan to either block Colleyville post office from being shown as an option for passport processing on USPS website or give prompt notification to customer who have signed up the appointment which can never happen.We rescheduled our passport processing with USPS on Southlake through USPS website again. USPS on Southlake can handle what USPS on Colleyville can not do.

I would love to give zero or negative stars. Worst post office ever. All websites indicate they do passports. Drove out of our way because they had the best times posted. Waited 20 minutes to find out from an incredibly rude worker that they don’t do them anymore.First. Update your website. Second. At least be nice about it. It doesn’t hurt to be kind.

Worst post office. They wont even ship anything that requires a customs form.

Would give 0 stars if I could The website lists this place as a passport renewal location that opens at 8:00 am CT. We showed up early to beat any lines with all forms completed and picture in hand. No one was there at 8 am from the passport office. When employees did open we were told we can wait but there is no guarantee that we would be seen today and asked us to go to another location. Going to another location was not an option because of time constraints, which is why we were up and there as early as possible. We were flat out rejected from being seen at this location and ended up having to leave rather than stay and argue. Keep in mind we had all documents filled out and picture in hand. There were no other customers there either. Will have to take another day off to visit another location in hopes of getting our passport renewed.

The post office is ok, their are two nice workers(they are great) that I have worked with a lot, but the rest are very rude.

Some days I dont get mail at all.... my packages are now arrived 4-7 days after they said it would... why would I ever vote or do anything important by mail?????

I had all of my paperwork gathered and prepared for a passport renewal, according to the government website. When I sign in at the Post Office there is a sheet that says must have all of your paperwork before they will see you, and they only accept CHECK OR MONEY ORDER. Well, that would have been excellent information to post on the website because most people do not carry checks in their wallet or purse. The downtown Fort Worth location accepts cards, cash and check. This is very frustrating because I came prepared (even made front/back copy of my drivers license), and had a one year old daughter i brought. Total waste of our time to drive home for my check book that hasnt been used in a year ! Please, post the requirements online for people to make the process more smooth and convenient !!!!! Please.

The staff here have always been very helpful to me and enable me to make an informed choice. Its not easy dealing with large influxes of people, but they always get the job done :)

Rude staff. Main postal website says they open at 8 for passports, they don’t - they open at 9. When they finally opened we were told by an employee they didn’t have enough people to process passports that day and to go somewhere else.

They should close this post office. I was trying to get a passport and this is the second time they have told me to reschedule because they could not help me. They even gave me a sheet to other post offices. In short, dont go here for a passport.

Horrible customer service. I was told on the phone that as long as I was in line by closing time they would be able to process a passport. I took off work early so I could make it and get a passport for my daughter. I was waiting my turn in the office by 4pm (passport office closed at 4:30). Just before 4:30 I was told they could not see me because the people they were processing would take them past 4:30.

The staff is very helpful. This is one of my favorite post offices to go to.

They are the most pleasant post office I have ever been too. No matter the lines, they treat you as a guest.

Other than Dean, horrible customer service. Demand that I put everything in the wall. It takes almost 20 hours for something to get scanned if I drop it in the wall.

I always go to Mail & Copy Shoppe in Southlake now. Zero customer service and rude for no reason.
