I was referred to the Perfect Workout by a dear friend. When I heard her talking about it it seemed too good to be true.It is 20 minutes 2 times a week. I was in a car accident and had been looking for an exercise program to get healthy and gain my strength back. I tried the Perfect Workout and I love it! My personal trainer is Janine and she has been so amazing to help me regain strength and not hurt myself. All the trainers I have had care about me and the clients and are wonderful. It is like having your own personal cheerleader! I highly recommend the Perfect Workout!
