This is the very best title company. They keep realtors on both sides updated and in the loop throughout the transaction. They are super helpful if you have any questions that require a lawyer’s review and go above and beyond for my clients. Absolutely goes above and beyond for closing on time

I used Old Republic title by recommendation and ultimately regretted it.Their customer service was poor as they reached put to us only the day before closing to address any questions we had.They completed the closing paperwork and advised closing time after 5pm on the Friday before closing advising the closing details and payment options regarding the down payment on our new home. Which was handled incorrectly but since they advised after 5pm, this allowed us no time to address as they scheduled our closing at 10am on Monday without inquiring with us as to what time worked for us even though the seller was closing remotely.We ended up having to drive 45 min. to Old Republics location, with our 3 year old toddler. We had to rush to get our down payment check at 9am when our bank opened. Which caused undue stress on our end. Per our banker, our funds from the sell of our home should have been wired to Old Repubic directly not to my bank account as was done.All around poor experience. We will not recommend and we will be sure to share our experience with our friends and associates.
