Good points: the admin and nurses are the best, the most helpful, caring and pleasant to talk to.Bad points: I saw Hyung Kim to replace my filling. He never touched the tooth, only looked on pictures. Refused to replace a filling and only offered a ceramic crown as the only available option because I am rich and can afford it. When I explicitly and completely refused to go with this option, he left because he is busy and still pushed the estimate of the said crown on me. Over $1,500 for a ceramic crown! So, in essence, wasted my time, nothing was done and still charge my insurance company $144.00. I am not returning.

Seriously the most amazing Dentist & staff. Everyone in the office is always professional & thorough, and I swear I have never met a dentist that is as gentle with my teeth as Dr. Kim is. I have been a patient for years now, and I honestly HIGHLY recommend them to all of my family and friends. I was actually recommended by my old work manager, and it has been one of my best moves!. The dental hygienist that cleaned my teeth was so helpful. She explained everything to me that she was doing from why tartar builds up, to how my gum health is assessed. Also, Dr. Kim is so nice! He has kept up with me and my family for years! It is always a pleasure to get to see him again. I highly recommend signature dental.

I am so happy that I found this group of caring professionals. My long time dentist, who I adored, had transitioned to another area of specialized practice and was no longer available so I needed to find another provider. After lots of research, I found Dr. Kim and the Signature Dental Team. I can honestly say that I’ve never felt more cared for and impressed with a group of healthcare professionals. From scheduling the appointment, to arrival, to my exam and cleaning with the wonderful hygienist and treatment review and checkout process, the entire experience was phenomenal. I needed a consult with a Periodontist and Dr. Asghar was on hand and met with me on the same visit to address dental implants. I wish I could remember every persons name to recognize them in this review. After jaw surgery and orthodontics, I can assure you I have invested in my dental care, so please trust me and visit these wonderful people and experience it for yourself.

Used to love this dentist office, until today. They have decided to start charging their patients a $20 per patient PPE Fee This is an absolutely despicable practice. As a healthcare provider they were already using PPEs before this pandemic ever started without charging you for it. This is nothing more than a way for this greedy dentist to pad his bottom line at the expense of his patients, most of whom cant afford it. Do yourself a favor, and find a dentist with morals.

Dr Kim is the gentlest dentist I have ever met. He is so caring and makes every effort to ensure you are comfortable. I recently got a crown and two fillings and didnt feel any discomfort. I didnt even feel the novocaine shot. His staff is very friendly as well. Im so grateful I found this office and actually look forward to seeing them for my next cleaning.

We have been going to Signature Dental Arts for the past couple of years and I have always been impressed! Today set me OVER the top! My 5 year old had a cavity:( and they were AMAZING with her! She was not having any part of what was going on and Dr. Hana Lee was so graciously patient with her! She even helped her put a pretend tattoo on afterward! This place makes going to the dentist a piece of cake! I LOVE that my entire family can go to the dentist at the same office! Feels like family!

My fear of going to the dentist has almost diminished. Dr Kim is friendly, caring, and totally pain free. Even after a procedure your jaw and mouth have no residual soreness. The office staff is efficient and professional and reassuring. I would recommend Dr Kim most definitely.

Always in and out. I never have to wait long. Any procedure that comes to pain is pain free. Dr. Kim always takes care of me and makes sure youre comfortable. I would recommend his team to anyone looking.

Excellent staff! Kind people including the dentist. They don’t try to sell you all sorts of deep cleaning and other things that might not be essential. Sometimes I feel like dentists these days are in for business rather than practicing medicine. This one is not one of those.

The staff is always very nice. I have been with several hygienists and each one is professional and communicative about my oral health. The office is comforting and the chairs are comfortable, and equipped with a TV while you get your cleaning. I highly recommend Signature Dental Arts!

This was my first visit and I was extremely impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of the staff and doctors. I had the most thorough cleaning I have ever had. Julia took her time, was very careful, patient and kind. I came away feeling that they really care about me and my dental health. There was no pressure to have additional work done. I felt like I had entered a loving and caring family.

I was a long time patient at a big chain dental office. When I switched to Dr. Kim for all of my routine dental work, I realized that his office didnt overcharge for annual check-ups, had better quality crowns and treated me like a friend. I have been seeing Dr. Kim and his great team since 2010. My wife and kids go there, too. I highly recommend him!

Let me tell you how good this dentist office is. I have been coming here for eight and a half years and will never go anywhere else. Even when they stopped taking my insurance two years ago I continue to go there and paid cash and still carry dental insurance and could have went anywhere else but I didnt. I have had a fear of dentists all my life and they have always taken great care of May never had a problem getting me numb and I trust each one of them immensely. Even the girls at the front desk and the cute young man or extremely nice and very friendly . If you are a scaredy pants like I was for so many years or are just looking for a great dentist office I highly recommend this one!

I recently had to give some cavities fixed up, Dr. Kim is literally the first dentist Ive ever had where I wasnt feeling pain through the whole procedure. He was patient and very kind through the whole thing. Ive used his office for years and will continue to do so even though hes not covered by my dental insurance using their family plan discount program.

After bad experiences with dentists as a child, I have never liked going to the dentist and have avoided, unless absolutely necessary. However, I must say that Dr. Kim is like no other... he is very careful to ensure that you are comfortable and when he does the procedures, continues to make sure you still are. He has great bedside manner and his staff is very professional and friendly. I now continue to make my dental visits every 6 months... I would recommend him to any friend or family member!

This was by far the best dental experience of my entire life, They treat you like family, caring and loving with outstanding excellence, pride and can work around any schedule that you may have. I missed my first appointment without sending a reminder, and they waived the $50 fee for being a no call, no show. I went here by a recommendation and I live in the area. The dentist performed the cleaning. He was a very nice man, but he was very rough. My gums bled several times during the cleaning, and I have healthy teeth and gums.Afterwards, I was billed 25 dollars for a standard bi-yearly cleaning. I have pretty good coverage with BXBS and have never had to pay out of pocket for standard cleanings. I checked with BXBS and this dentist office just charges over the amount the insurance finds reasonable.I will not be returning.
