For those who Maria has helped in getting your credit improved Im glad she found you worthy to help and actually return calls to. I had to make sure this was the same company my husband was paying to help his credit score because the way others describe the company made it seem like this company was a dream come true.As for my husband experience it was nothing like this. He paid his monthly dues and got his monthly updates and did what he had to do but nothing changed so Maria offered 3 months free and wanted to do a follow up on what else my husband had to do. Unfortunately that call never came but they were quick to start the auto debit again now that the 3 months free was over. Now during those 3 free months, there were calls n emails sent from my husband to the company and to Maria, with rarely a follow up and if there was a follow up it was to say he would get a call in a couple of weeks but that call never happened. The times he would call it was after hours or he would get vm when he actually had time to make a call during his lunch. For him to give up on this company says a lot. Coming from 20 +years in customer service he know stuff happens but communication is key in keeping customers happy and following through with set expectations is a must. I guess he got tired of the lack of communication and them quick to taking his money again.
