Beware: do not rent a car from this location.Our experience: we rented a car during a heavy downpour. The rep hurriedly walk-around. I pointed out damage to the front bumper and a door ding. His said, thats pretty normal. I asked him to please note it.After several days, we returned the car with a full tank in the exact condition we received it.The rep walked around and noted nothing.Two weeks later, we receive a claim from Enterprise for damage! This is blatant corporate fraud. Now, the stress of fighting for what is right and the stress begins.Just avoid Enterprise.

Great service, only took a few minutes to get a car

Super convenient location between the Whole Foods and the UPS store in Colleyville with a big parking lot and quick access to 26 making it an easy spot to pickup and drop off. We chose this location for our short term rental and had a great experience! Friendly staff, lots of options, great place to pick up your rental from!

Hi my name barkat popatiya I just pickedup my rental vehicle from enterprise which is at colleyville I received vehicle in uncleaned n in dirty condition I ask the employee and he said I cant get it cleaned as there is no service available till 3 weeks sorry but I am very unhappy with service and vehicle provided by enterprise next time I will have to think before going to enterprise please.

Ive been renting from the Colleyville location for over 4 years (+/-30 rentals/transportation to/from my house, etc.), and the service has always been excellent. The current staff has exceeded my expectations during the course of my most recent rentals. Their attention is focused on service including reliability; clear communications; courteous and friendly demeanor; and efficiency throughout the entire process. I highly recommend the Colleyville store.

I had Enterprise pick me up to go get my rental car. Luis(sp?) was the driver who picked me up. He has been my driver before. Luis is so polite and friendly. He makes the drive to get to the Enterprise location so pleasant.Connor helped me get my rental car. He also helped me get points for the rental when I told him I couldnt get to my account on the Enterprise Plus website.Both Luis and Connor made renting with Enterprise a good experience for me!

I had family in town and a work conference in Dallas, so we needed a one-day rental for them to be able to get around. I made a last minute reservation for a mid-size, and though I had to wait a few moments when checking in, they upgraded me to an SUV being returned, at no charge. Service was polite and the process was quick and painless, same for drop-off. I would recommend and use again. Having this location within 5 minutes of where I live is a huge plus.

Have been renting cars at this location for over 10 years now and have most always found the customer service (before, during and after) the rental period to be outstanding. They will work with you on upgrades, styles and colors of their available cars and even drive you to one of their other facilities if the car you want is not on their lot.

This Enterprise Rent-A-Car location is so very helpful. I really appreciate how they will pick me up at home when I need to rent a car and drop me off when we return the car!!

Do NOT use Enterprise!! We returned a car to the Colleyville location with a scratch on the drivers side of the car. We brought it to the attention of the girl inside who came out and walked the car. She stated no big deal can be buffed out. There was NO other damage to the car. A month later I get a $1700 bill stating there is all kind of damage to the passenger side of the car. There was no damage to that side of the car when we returned it. I also learned that after you leave the car they can write up a damage report. How is that legal? I can understand if I dropped the car off and left the keys in it and left without an agent checking the car. However I went inside and told the girl about the scratch and walked the car with her. The car was obviously keyed while it sat in my husbands work parking lot.

The experience was excellent. The diver that picked me up for the rental was very professional and we had a nice visit on the way to the Enterprise office. The office staff was very professional and the car was excellent.

Ive always have 5 star service. You cant beat the warm welcome and genuine friendliness whether you are a 1st time or repeat customer.

The different franchises need to learn to communicate better and be able to pull up a contract out of region.BTW This is the 21st century.

I needed a vehicle on short notice. I called and made a phone reservation. The representative was courteous and friendly. It was a smooth transaction.

Staff picked me up at auto service facility. Check in was speedy. First time driver of a new Kia Rio. Staff gathered to make car ready. I was able to drop off at auto facility, where Enterprise then picked it up. Very convenient. Friendly staff.

My most recent rental experience with Enterprise was horrible. I was given a filthy car and one that had zero pick-up when needed - as I discovered while driving in inner-city traffic. This was a supposed upgrade from a full sized car to the next category up. Ive grown to expect more from Enterprise...

Terrible customer service. I had to Uber to the store because my insurance sent me there. When I got to the place, they told me they didn’t have any car available, which it’s okay. However they didn’t take the time to help me finding another store that had a vehicle available for me. I had to ask for a number and call myself to find another vehicle...
