Spoke with Rick when I went in with a chair to be reupholstered. He seemed very knowledgeable and made some recommendations that I hadnt thought of. He couldnt give me a finish date however. Which was ok with me, but might not be for some folks. I will post again after the chair is completed.Follow up: Our chair looks great. The wait was 4 weeks and worth it.

We had an old pickup seat upholstered. They did a great job and made it look like a million bucks. Friendly and helpful service.

They offered a great solution for our 6 outdoor chair cushions to update the foam to a thicker more dense product. It was completed the next day.

Fast, quality and friendly folks for a reasonable price

I went in on a Friday about 3pm, the man working the front desk was rude. He claimed he never heard off full grain leather, so I showed him samples that I had. He was very rude and quoted me a price for his top grain leather $10,000 for a sectional sofa. He told me to buy new at the Room Store. I got estimates from 3 other upholsterers for $4,000. I can buy full grain leather hides at Tandy Leather in Keller or the shops can order from their suppliers. This place must be a tax write-off.

I have read some of the negative reviews and am shocked. I had a great experience. I cant even imagine these circumstances based on my experience. They did a great job, they finished quick and I paid what I expected to and what he quoted. I wouldnt hesitate recommending them!!

Great craftsmanship and very fair prices

Had a small job to replace a leather strap. They matched color, did great work and it was ready in 1 day. Reasonable priced

3 Cees: Competent curteous cuick. Little pricey for a trampoline stitch up, but couldnt find another to do it!

I would have given this a ZERO if possible. The worst customer service I have ever dealt with. When I walked in the owner was talking so mean to receptionist. He did not stop when I walked in the door. Once finished, he turned to me. I took in a leather sofa cushion that needed a new zipper. I had previously dropped by and they told me I needed to buy my own zipper and they would replace for $25. He talked down to me and would not let me explain what I needed to be done. He was so rude to me. Would not let me talk at all because he knew it all. I told him I was quoted $25 and he commented that he would have charged me $35. I went ahead and left cushion for repair. However, on my way home, I turned around and went back. It bothered me so much as to how he treated me as a customer and how he rudely treated his staff. As I walked in, owner was still in front office. I told him that I had changed my mind and would not let him repair my cushion. Told him that I could not get over how rude he was to me or staff. No apology but a smirk! Owner needs to take a class in how to treat your customer!

They were able to repair my leather sofa cushion chewed on by the dog. They explained what they were going to have to do and did exactly that. It looks amazing and completely unnoticeable unless you really look at it. Cost was $200 less than quoted elsewhere and done in 24 hours!

Brought in a leather automobile console to be reglued, they re-glued it and ripped it in another place. He told me they didn’t do that and got mad at me. When I took the piece and went on my way home he called me back and said they would fix it. So he fixed it and I told him and that I would pay for the original piece being repaired but he wanted the rip to be paid for also. He got really mad when I told him I was going to give him a negative review, and then told me to get the hell out of the shop. Arrogant rude and just about every negative adjective I can think of, that would describe him.

Pricing was comprable to other locations and the work was done very quickly. I came in Tuesday morning to get a quote, made an appointment for Thursday morning to have the work done and was able to pick it up Thursday afternoon. Will post pictures of the work.

Worst customer service ever. Arrogant! I brought a valuable antique chair from Spain to have leather back upholstery repaired. Owner was very short upon initial consultation. Estimate seemed fiercely overpriced, yet I left the chair with the promise it would be done in 3 weeks time. After not hearing anything back my husband went to check on status only to find the chair in the same spot in the showroom and nothing was done. When questioned the owner was very condescending, stating he never promised to have it done so soon. When I learned this, I rushed over there and grabbed my chair. No apology, just a smirk since there were other customers present.Furthermore it seemed that the chair had been in worse condition than before. I can only imagine that fellow customers plunked into the chair over the weeks it was just sitting there, compromising its delicate condition even more.

Owner wouldnt let me finish my sentence, once he heard it was a small project he said I should just buy retail. I wanted to explain I needed something special, but wouldnt give me the time of day.

They recovered my chairs perfectly. I highly recommend this place!

Excellent work and delivered when promised

This place doesnt deserve one star, but thats the only way I can rate it. I walked in asking for info on leather seats in our truck. The guy immediately cut me off and said I was looking at approx $1800. I told him thats $700 more than what the dealership quoted me. He smiled and said, then I suggest you leave and go to the dealership. Happily walked out to spend my money elsewhere. I dont recommend this place to anyone. They obviously dont want any business.

He fashioned some custom covers for my outdoor kitchen and did an excellent job for a reasonable price.

Think theyre alone high-priced the work I wanted done I dont believe was worth $1,100 I think it could have been done cheaper because the last time I went there they redid a seat for me for $400 and now they want $1,100 so their prices have damn near double

They do nice work, but be sure you get any price quotes or agreements in writing because they will tell you one thing and charge another. This is what happened to me. I wont do business with a company that doesnt keep their word.
