Kendra is really responsive to detail concerning repairs made on my 2012 Tahoe. She surveys the problem area and then manages the repair to perfection. I’ve had previous auto body repairs done at Caliber Collision many times. They always do a fantastic job at a fair price. I’ve never had any redos after the repair was accomplished. It was a wonderful experience. I went in to get an estimate on a fender replacement. The staff was courteous and attentive. The advisor with whom I met was knowledgeable and didnt pressure me into anything I didnt need. They assisted with rental assistance. They found savings and passed them on to me. If I am ever in an accident, this is the first place I am coming. By the way, the car looks good.

Mazda CX-5 rear bumper reflector got damaged and broke at the rear bumper. I bought a new reflector to install myself but couldnt reach the area to remove and replace. Called Caliber to see if they could help. They scheduled an appt and at the scheduled time they were prompt and able to fix the existing reflector at NO Charge - great customer service and they exceeded my expectations. Will definetly go back if I ever have a need for their services. Thank you for all of your associates great service.

My front side passenger fender was bent by valet parking to where brackets were broken. I dropped my vehicle off on a Monday and it was returned to me on Thursday. Deanna, the service rep, provided great customer service and kept me abreast of the repair work status throughout. I highly recommend this location, especially since my vehicle was returned to me washed and detailed in immaculate fashion.

I am thoroughly satisfied with my experience. They kept me informed at every step of the process and got my car done right on schedule. I had a fender bender where someone hit the back door of my car. Not only did they take care of the repairs, they even replaced my back windshield wiper free of charge that my child broke a few months prior. My car was fully cleaned, washed and vacuumed when I got it back. I highly recommend them!

Caliber fixed my passenger side mirror in under an hour! I smashed my mirror on my garage and it nearly broke completely off. So, 3 years ago my car was rear ended and was brought here. My trunk was replaced, bumper replaced, everything fine.... until water started leaking into my car. I brought it in about 2 months ago now and it took a week for them to find the leak while I was stuck getting rides from people with no rental. (Mind you that entire week I was calling constantly because I was given no updates) so I called again and they told me it was ready. My boyfriend dropped everything to drive me up there to pick up my car, and when I got there I was told there was another leak found and that I would have to leave it longer. So finally I got a rental car, was almost late to work. Fast forward 2 weeks in, Im still calling every 2 days because nobody is calling me or telling me ANYTHING. Im already frustrated and impatient at this point but I bit my tongue the whole time. I call again and they say its ready (out of the blue without even calling to tell me what they found) so I drop everything (mind you this is a 30 minute drive for me every time I come up here) and I head up there. He tells me what they did (realigned the seals and the trunk, pulled the bumper off and sealed a spot where two metal pieces overlayed and should have been sealed when it was fixed 3 years ago) and I drive home. First thing I do when I get home is inspect it, and the first thing I see is a gaping hole in my tire well and I can see the ground. The trim in my trunk was not tucked in making my trunk lid close improperly as well. So I call, and I drive the 30 minutes BACK there before Im late for work AGAIN. He apologizes blah blah and fixes the trim and puts the drain plug in the gaping hole. Then I leave and drive 45 minutes to work before Im late.I feel as though the people that worked on my car were lazy and negligent. I had way too much patience this entire time and never said anything which is why Im writing my review. I was never given a sincere apology and wasted a lot of my time. Not to mention the severe lack of communication, that would have made it 10x better.

I brought in our Honda Accord after my son ran into the side of the garage causing damage to all three side panels. I made any appointment with Javier Jauregui for an estimate. It looked horrible but Javier was able to buff the huge scrape off - he even worked on the unrelated scratches on trunk. I was so pleased that it looked so great - and even happier that all of that work was done for free!!! It was a lot of work - I still can’t believe there was no charge! Javier totally went above and beyond. (This was our fourth car to bring to this Calliber location over the years - they have always done great work)!

Caliber collision went out of their way to work with my insurance company to get the right kind of parts even though my insurance company wanted to put in cheaper parts. I have had several repairs done at this location where I was paying out of pocket because I didnt want to blemish my insurance. What they charged me was extremely fair and the quality and service were excellent. Most recently I took our new BMW to them after I ran over a piece of heavy plastic which kicked up on the side of the car and left deep scratches. I was worried they were too deep to buff out but they were able to work wonders without needing to paint, all in the same day. I highly recommend them. Adam was my adviser.

Jacob and his team were absolutely AMAZING!! I wish there was more than 5 stars to give these guys because they are that awesome!! I took my Honda Ridgeline in after being rear ended, and they were great from start to finish. Jacob was very attentive during the estimate, listening to every detail I could give him, pointed out everything they would be doing, and even asked if I cared about the dealership decals from when I bought my truck. I took it in Thursday (Dec 29) before New Years Eve weekend, and got it back the next Thursday (Jan 6). He called me just about every day to give me an update, and even asked how I was liking my rental. But of course the guys were ahead of his estimated time frame for me to get my truck back (Saturday, Jan 7)!! It also looks like they gave it a once over wiping down the interior!! Everything was exactly where I left it when I dropped it off, and my baby is driving like nothing ever happened. He was very knowledgeable about the after care of the paint and clear coat, and the life time warranty of the work they did. I am highly grateful for them working so hard to get my truck back before this weekends snow aka ice storm. Those guys defiantly deserve a raise for all their hard work!!
