Sally is amazing. Applies the perfect amount of pressure, not too firm but firm enough to work out tense knots in my back. Saw her my entire pregnancy as well! Location is also very clean and I love the massage chair in the serenity room. All the staff I have had interactions with have been extremely pleasant.

Thank you to Kimberly for my facial! She created a relaxing and safe environment! She was extremely knowledgeable about the products she was using and took the time to explain the benefits of them. I walked out feeling relaxed and refreshed! I will definitely be returning regularly!

Just spoke with the manager Ingrid I believe was her name, she was so proffesional and helpful. But beware the monthly contract is actually a year long contract.

Mike T. Has been my therapist for the last two months. He is so wonderful. He listened to my description of the problems that I’m having with my shoulder and has helped me tremendously! The staff up front is very friendly and greets you with a smile!!

Cancelled my membership after 11 years, was told I could transfer my remaining prepaid manages to someone else, for a fee because they refused to refund despite charging membership fees while closed due to COVID-19. Then when I call to transfer, get told they cant transfer unless I reinstate my membership.

This location is great! Very calming and relaxing! Tony Ruiz is one of the best! Very knowledgeable and you can tell he loves what he does. He has helped me numerous times with different sports injury’s and helping with my overall mobility. Definitely recommend going to him.

The best part of Massage Envy - Colleyville, is the cosmetic view from HWY 26, however, this particular location wasnt professional. My therapist cancelled my session with little to no notification! There was no cohesiveness in the organization, at all. The passive staff, other than the manager seemed not to care for my time that was wasted. Ive been served better at the North East Mall therapist near the food court. Lastly, I interacted with Donnice - I believe? This particular location is where I have gone for years and years. The most recent renovations are very pleasing. What keeps me coming back though is Tony Ruiz! His skills for sports massage are LEGIT. He has taken myself and friends that I’ve referred to the next level in our sport. Proper therapy/recovery is often forgotten but very critical to the success of all that training.

I started my amazing experience by using the Massage Envy App. I rarely have the luxury of scheduling appointments well in advance. The App makes it so easy to find a time and service that works for you. I scheduled a time with Tony. The new remodeled facility is lovely and serene. The check in and out staff were professional, courteous and efficient.I have had a membership for eight years now... so I have had my share of massages. Tony greeted me promptly and with a smile. He is the ninja of massage. You can tell that he knows what he is doing and moves effortlessly between areas and delivered perfect pressure. I like deep pressure that isnt too painful. Beyond awesome.Keep up the great work.

I make it a point to only come here for massages, from Tony Ruiz. Ive gotten plenty of massages and body work done at other places and from other people, and Im sold with Tonys skills and knowledge. He always helps me be at my best for jiujitsu and judo competitions, and all the physical training I do. As a hospitality business owner as well, I couldnt imagine being cared for any more.

I have walked in to this location many times in severe amounts of pain and I always walk out feeling 10 times better after a session with Tony. He is so passionate about what he does and it shows! Ow ow ow is all I can say. Got a 2 hour massage to use up the last of my credits bc I havent been very happy with ME lately. With how sore and bruised I am today Im very thankful I decided to cancel my membership. No one should be bruised OR sore AFTER a massage!!! I feel worse now than I did when I went in.Front desk was fabulous as always though.

I understand a corporate policy only allows for a three hour cancellation window. However, for customers who have a history of showing up, there should be an exception. Not to mention I booked at 10:20 AM for a 2:00 appointment, so that appointment slot likely would have gone unbooked. Emergencies happen and ME should provide better customer service to account for such.. They can keep the 50% of my reservation, but I will not be back.

I work in Bedford so it makes it very convenient to go to the Colleyville location. I see Nicole- BEST HANDS EVER! The staff is very helpful and friendly, I have never had a bad experience, and meanwhile Nicole continues to work there- I will be returning!

These people are the rudest. They tried to charge me full price for a massage I had a free certificate for. Threatened to call the police on me for not paying. Then tried to sell me a year service with them plus upgrades. The owners and managers here are crooks and I feel this place should shut down.

Really clean relaxing place and the office staff was super nice. I love the full body massage and was so comfortable and relaxed the whole time. Ive also had a facial a couple of times and left feeling like a million bucks so I bought my friend a gift card for her birthday.

I have now seen Tony for 2+ years and won’t see anyone else. Tony is a pre & post-natal genius and helps with aftercare stretches to keep your muscles from getting all worked up again. Massage Envy’s facilities are calming and relaxing creating the best possible experience when combined with Tony’s expertise and skill. Call in advance and get as many minutes as you possibly can on the schedule... bonus... they accept HSA cards.

I started visiting this massage envy after visiting 3 others in the area. I was unable to find a therapist that worked for me. I am a massive ball of stress/knots,and when I get a massage I need someone who knows what they are doing or I wind up getting sick. I was booked with Jody and she was seriously amazing. She is absolutely fantastic at what she does and she specializes in deep tissue. She completely catered my massage and I refuse to see anyone else at this point. I highly recommend Jody for your next massage.

I brought my fiancee in for his first dual service at this location. We both LOVED our massages and facials. He said he snored through the entire skin care service and that his esthetician was very knowledgeable on how to treat skin around his facial hair. Overall VERY impressed with the new and improved Colleyville location.

I want to especially thank Ms.Deb for her fantastic restorative massage. I walked in in pain but left without pain. The staff was very friendly and professional.

Overall I wish I had not started a conversation with my masseuse. The moment we started conversing he forgot all the areas of concern I listed. If you go just sleep or listen to music quietly because you are going to end up paying for a full body and getting just a few areas massaged.

The Colleyville location was very understanding when I had to change times for my friends at the last minute. When it came time for my massage the guy, who looked like he had just smoked a joint asked what areas needed attention and questions about my work life. I told him the neck and back were painful areas and never mentioned working on my feet or legs. You can imagine my disappointment when he avoided my upper body and seemed to fixate himself to my feet and legs instead during my whole session. When he would move from one leg to the next he would spend a moment patting my entire body. This was my first massage from a male therapist and Massage Envy. I dont think Ill be a returning customer.

I have been a member at ME for many years. This morning my credit card company notified me of a $200+ charge by ME. This was NOT authorized by me. I call the location, and spoke to a rude & uncaring manager named Jasmine. She tells me that there was a system update that caused a glitch. It is a corporate issue, and NOT their issue, and corporate is working on setting up a number that I will need to call to remedy the problem... I explained to her that I do not have anything to do with ME corporate. I do business with the Colleyville location, and the location needs to figure out a way to help the customers, NOT pass me on to someone else. This rude lady got loud, states that I am not listening and proceeds to hang up on me. Pretty crazy, considering it is their error...

My cc was stolen back in October so I called PROACTIVELY to let them know that Novembers dues would not work on the card on file and that since this happened its a good time to cancel my account. I was told I would need to mail a letter with my updated payment information along with requesting cancellation and that I would be required to pay a one month cancellation fee (that thrilled me--sarcasm!). I mailed the letter on October 29. I also called in November to confirm and was told a manager would have to confirm and would call me back. No call. Someone called in December to tell me I was past due and at risk of going to collections. I called back and left a message on a machine (!) requesting a mangers call. No call. I received a message in January that I was now 3 months behind and would be sent to collections if I didnt pay up. I called AGAIN and explained AGAIN to a clerk the entire saga. Once again I was given this is above my pay grade and I know nothing about all this, so Ill have my manager call you back. NO CALL. I want this account CLOSED immediately. I am willing (begrudgingly) to pay Novembers dues, however I will not pay for 3 more months of this lunacy. The management here is a nightmare. Somebody please get me off this crazy train. Does anyone know the owner?

Made an appointment for a 90 minute massage and the call less than 3 hours before the scheduled time and cancel via voicemail. Tried returning call, no answer.Having been calling spas most of afternoon, no one has an appointment available until Monday.While I am guessing the therapist is probably sick, it still doesnt make up for the short notice. Will be curious to see what their solution is once I am able to speak to someone. I am guessing if I cancelled there would be a minimum charge. Fair would be a free or half price massage.

They took off the extra charge, but I definitely would not sign up for a membership. They dropped the ball.Got the look for not joining. Not satisfied, Im going to give another location a try.

My first and last visit. Youre asked on the phone about areas to focus on then again on an iPad when you arrive and then again verbally. The therapist missed it. Very inconsistent massage. Didnt focus on the areas I requested. Spoke to Isaiah afterwards and wasnt offered anything other than well get you with someone different next time. Um, there wont be a next time. Theres many other places to get a decent massage. Pass this one by.

Very bad!! The “Esthetician”, did not know what she was doing and caused scratches on my face with the microdermabrasion. I was told it was a reaction, which was a lie. I had many dermabrasion, dermaplanes and other treatments. After threatening that I would go to BBB only then they credited back to my plan.Beware of the contracts. I had a six month contract. They continued to bill and used the reason you checked a box next to authorizing the payment. Well it appears the box is required in order to enroll in the plan. ... I specifically discussed this with the staff person that pushed signing up. I should have known better.It is very ironic they would provide calls before they would debit my account. However after the contract expired the calls stopped. BEWARE !!! I would not even gift to a friend.. horrible... only one star because only option. They deserve nothing!

It all depnds on the right therapist for your needs. the office/front staff try to ask the right questions to match you best. But, sometimes its trial & error to find the right one. once found, youre golden
