Having been in the construction business for more than forty years, I have dealt with countless subcontractors, suppliers and fabricators.I would report to readers of this review, that none have been finer than Amen Glass Company.We made an appointment for Howard to come measure for two shower doors in our home. He arrived on time for the appointment, and he was personable, polite, and professional.He measured, and said he would have an Estimate prepared for us by the end of the day, which he did.The Estimate/Proposal Form clearly stated that a 50% deposit was required at the time of accepting the proposal and placing the order — completely understandable inasmuch as tempered glass cannot be returned nor altered in any way once it has been fabricated.After I placed the order for the work, Howard let me know when he expected delivery of the fabricated glass, and when we could expect to schedule the installation.He came on the day and at the time he promised, to perform the installation.His workmanship was excellent — simply flawless.He installed the doors, and cleaned the glass, and cleaned every speck of dust ad debris generated during the installation. He invited me to come and inspect the finished work, to be sure I was satisfied.I summary, Howard and his staff at Amen Glass could not have been more personable and professional, and I found their work excellent in all respects.

This company did a GREAT job on my sons house. They fixed his kitchen window which due to the storm a tree limb had broke it. I called them a little after 8 a.m. and they were at his house within 30 minutes and by 10 a.m. the window was fixed! Howard was a pleasure to work with. Prompt, professional, and courteous. What a great experience! Truly a 5 star customer experience. HORRIBLE. Took too long to give me an estimate due to them LOSING IT. Now our glass is unable to be fixed due to moisture from rain. Having to buy a whole new door. Extremely unprofessional on the phone, do not recommend.

This was the only place that could help me turning a front door with clear glass into a front door with hammered glass . Courteous and prompt response, excellent workmanship and cost right as estimated. Very nice company and will certainly recommend to anyone.

I DO NOT recommend Amen Glass of College Station, Texas because they will not return or accept my phone call to make a solution to the problems of their mulitiple times to install a shower door and vanity mirror. First time the protective film was on the wrong side, second install time, the door was wrong size and they broke it and left our bathroom messy and no note of what happened or any phone call and just left the glass wall to the right of the shower door. My son had to go to their office to ask what happened and why the job was not finished for the second time. I waited over 6 weeks for job completion and paid the required half deposit and they will not remove the defective glass from the shower nor will they accept or return my phone call. They have my money and I just ask for a solution and my deposit returned and for them to get their glass wall but no one will return my emails or phone calls. They got mad that I was mad at their lack of service and professionalism, thus the receptionist, Jessica and the owner, Howard both hung up on me multiple times as I called to schedule to have them either complete the job or remove their defective product - unfathomable! As a business owner, I understand mistakes and that is why I was patient with their first two mistakes but not making that customer a priority is a big wrong.We have hired a new company to start over and the folks at Acme Glass of College Station, TX are pleasant, efficient and professional to work with on this easy job.

The lady who answered the phone was very courteous and professional was able to qoute and schedule me in a very reasonable time even offered a 30 minute call ahead to replace my window that had fogged up

I had a mirror break from my toddler throwing his bottle at it and it shattered they were able to replace it the following day and also managed to find and clean up the broken peices that i had missed very detail oriented THANK YOU!!!
