Ariel was amazing today. I went in not knowing what I wanted but it was my birthday & my husband wanted to get me something. She helped me pick a new ring & helped me trade in my old one. We werent rushed like at most jewelry stores, she listened to what I liked and gave me suggestions until we found the right one. Im so happy with my new ring, well definitely be back soon!

The staff is super friendly, always answer all your questions and usually always have some sort of discount. Never had a problem with the jewelry and love getting my jewelry clean for free.

This is my number one place to Buy Jewelery.First, I’ve shopped at this location for years and the Representatives here are extremely friendly and have gone out of there way to find me items not in Stock or to help me make Custom Orders for Gifts.Next, Kay’s is a long standing Reputable Jeweler so you know when you spend your hard earned money, you are getting what you paid for! Everything I’ve bought there came with Certificates of Authentication and Lifetime Repair and Replacement for a small added fee. My wife had a Diamond setting come out of a Ring after a few years and they replaced no questions, no charge, no problems, so that fee is priceless!Finally, if you watch their Site and sign up for Email, they always have Sales, specials, Promo Codes, Closeouts and Sometimes they give you these Cash Coupons to use towards other stuff when you buy something.For example I once was watching Closeouts for weeks looking for a upcoming present I knew my wife would Love, I don’t recall exactly the Price of it now, but just to give you a rough idea it was around $2,000 but Closed Out like 70% Off knocking down to like $600 then I had these $100 off $300 Coupons from a prior purchase. Knocking off another $200 bringing total to $400 Plus the Lifetime Repair and Replace Fee and Tax I know still Paid under $500 that’s like 75% OFF!

MY ENGAGEMENT HAS BEEN RUINED!!!! My fiancé wanted to order a ring and was told that it wasn’t in stock so in turn he had to have one customized. After waiting almost 3 weeks, the ring he received was NOTHING close to what he ordered! It has now been an additional 2 weeks and I STILL DON’T HAVE MY RING!!! As of yesterday, no one still can tell me when I will have my ring! What should have been tears of joy are now tears of sorrow. CONSUMER BEWARE, before trusting Kay’s Jeweler with one of the most important purchases of a lifetime, please consider other options (Jared’s, Zales, or another diamond distributor). I wish my fiancé did.*UPDATE*My fiancé received a call stating that the ring was ready for pick up and guess what, IT’S STILL WRONG!!! The ring looked exactly the same from when we dropped it off the first time. The manager Nina has THE WORST attitude and customer service skills. She was far from empathetic and stated that “It wasn’t their fault” that the repair department didn’t fix the ring correctly. I seriously don’t encourage anyone to shop at this location! Take your business elsewhere!

The customer service I received was subpar and I was brushed off by one employee since I was dropping an item off for service and not purchasing. On top of that, the same employee took time away from the one that ended up helping me by making him do tasks for him.

Astonished by the customer support that i recieved from Kay Jewlers, I went in blind expecting to be criticised for my age of 16 and looking for a engagement ring for my fiance, but the staff was very helpful in helping me discover what there was to offer in engagement rings and explaining what each kind was and how they were different from one another. Not to mention that the general manager encourages that I bring my fiance into the store on a video chat so we can look together because she is from out of state, Recommend to all to go here before you choose anybody else in B/CS area
