Dawn Selix is one of the best people I have ever met in my life. I cant even put into words what she has meant to my family. The only thing that I can say is if you dont love the way Dawn treats the whole experience of buying a home, your not ready for a home. I am a man of faith and I know God sent us Dawn for a reason. Dawn is an extremely thorough and genuine real estate agent! She made sure I understood and knew she had MY best interest at the forefront of her mind at all times. Dawn hired a professional photographer to take pictures of my home for the website and made timely suggestions to make my house have more curb appeal. She did a detailed market analysis that greatly assisted me in establishing the price range for my home (house appraised at exactly the amount she calculated to sale it for). She was diligent in keeping me informed throughout the sale process and was user friendly with other real estate agents showing their clients my house. When it came time to close on the house, she was tenacious in ensuring all the documents were accurate and any issues that arose were solved immediately. In my opinion, she ran circles around the agent who represented the buyers of my home. The issues they were having with inaccurate paperwork, etc., I didnt have for Dawn made sure I didnt!I am overly impressed with Dawn Selix and have recommended her to all my friends that I know who are in the market to sale or purchase a home. We bought our house from Dawn about a year ago and, frankly put her thru the ringer showing us house after house. When we finally decided on just the right one and the negotiations began, Dawn worked over the weekend calling me and answering my calls. The closing went very smoothly and fast! Im sure she did a lot of work behind the scenes to make that happen. She has since kept in touch making sure we were happy with how everything went and has helped ensure minor repairs were taken care of even after we moved in.
