I do not know how in 2021 they can force you to use a utility company but they have overcharged me and promised a callback which was never received. This is the most frustrating company I have dealt with.

The internet site doesnt even work properly

This is the worst utility company I have ever dealt with. It makes you want to avoid living in college Station. It is ridiculous they do not offer any discounts for elderly or low income. Even through this pandemic they clearly show no concern for the community. Not affordable at all !!!!!

Worst utility place ive ever dealt with, i have not one remotely good thing to say about these crooks. First they force you to use them then they are hard to deal with and have bad attitudes. They are extremely high as well thumbs way way down. Change you management and personnel all together!

The rudest personnel in office and in the field. Just had a confrontation with an employee beating on my front door like a bill collector. This is not exactly the time to do that and then be digging around in my back yard with my gates left open.
