They are great. She treated our daughter great and is very easy to work with. She did not upsale us and only charged and did what our daughter needed. She could have had us do an extra unneeded treatment, and we wouldnt have known better. She is thorough and does great work. We have no more issues. She checked our whole family.

I went to a.hair dressed in the morning and they told me I had lice. I was devastated! When googling treatment the clinic came up here in Tomball, Texas! Leah got me in right away that day.I brought my family with me that we thought may have been exposeds to the lice. Ended up, I didnt have lice. It was Sebom, an accumulation of skin cells and oil. My daughter -in-law, did however have one or two eggs. So she got the full treatment. They had to check my granddaughter, who is on the spectrum. Leah was awesome with her! So gentle. Lice can actually be fun at Nit Not! Our family had a recent experience with lice from school and the staff was very professional and understanding. The staff there really understands how frustrating it can be and helps you to immediately calm down and know that there is a plan that actually works. You dont have to do it by yourself, and the staff really does care about making it fun for your kids.Ive even heard of other families saying that when their kids got lice, they were excited to go back and see the lice lady!

Very friendly and informative. After battling this for a couple of months, it was a huge relief to turn it over to someone else for help. They did a quick check and comb through on myself and oldest and it was very reasonable and a huge sense of relief that it hadnt spread. My youngest who is still struggling with got their patented treatment and although fairly pricey, its nice to know its guaranteed and any issues we have in next 6 weeks are covered. Great service and friendly.

I would recommend Nit Not to anyone..especially for people with long and/or thick hair! We had already tried 3 treatments ourselves at home without success..we were able to get an appt right away and with 1 treatment..we were lice free AND stress free..Also, Nit Not offers a 6 week guarantee which was the icing on the cake for us! They offer Free Head checks as well and the staff working at Nit Not were very knowledgeable and answered any questions we had as well as helping us to feel comfortable while we were being treated!
