Do not work here if you have a disability. From first hand experience. Loved the manager Megan; but, some of the staff, not so much. I never felt more disabled.

My Granddaughter, Layla Elaine Seiglers 1st grade class, at Greens Prairie Elementary School was having a Luai Picnic lunch. So, we headed straight to the only place I knew would have all the things she would need to be decked out for this fun day...Her mother, Valarie Renter, french braided her hair very nice!!

They have everything you need for a party. But I think the staff could be a bit more friendly. Ive ran into several folks that work there that didnt seem to be enjoying themselves or not cheerful towards towards customers. Which is something I look for and appreciate. Im there several times a year for different events, and they really do have most - if not all - the things you need.

Went in the find glittery pink candles -- A request from the birthday girl. So excited they had just what we were looking for. Even had a few choices to choose from. It was nice we only had to go to one store to find them. I was expecting to have to look all over town.

Had a fairly large order and communication was great! Once I got to the store, both people at the counter were extremely helpful. I had one balloon pop on the way out and I got the ribbons tangled in the wind once I got to the parking lot. I didnt even ask them to do it, but they replaced the balloon, untangled the ribbons and separated into two bunches to make it easier to manage. EXCELLENT customer service!

There is always something unusual to discover and the prices are great. Always associates available willing to help.

Party city is One stop solution for all your celebration decorations. Fares are little expensive . For example they have changed $7 to blow a single balloon neon.

This Party City location doesn’t even deserve one star. Over the weekend, we had a wedding and ordered balloons to be delivered to the venue in College Station. They ran out of the color we needed and canceled the order without notifying us. We fortunately resolved that issue by calling in advance, but the day of the wedding no balloons arrived. I called Party City to see where the balloons were, and they never put in the order for the delivery. The manager of the store told me “that’s not my job and there’s nothing I can do”. I had to send members of the wedding party to pick up the balloons an hour before the event started. Thank goodness we had a trailer to put them in. We were treated so poorly. The entire staff is rude and unprofessional. Save your time and money dealing with these people. They have no clue what they’re doing and will blame everyone else for the problems they create.

Great place for your party needs and good customer service

Biggest variety of quality merchandise, actually in stock, Ive seen anywhere. There website is also designed well and one of the easiest to navigate Ive used. Undoubtedly the #1 choice for party supplies, especially halloween costumes.

Great place to find stocking stuffer stuff, multiples of a gift, plus the store was clean & neat.

I had to take off 1 star because an item said it was in stock when it wasnt. The manager, there were only 2 people working this morning, rectified the problem promptly by grabbing an item that was similar. Kuddos for the customer service and prompt solutions!

Party City is the best they have just about everything you need to party except booze.

This Big Party Planner Store seems to have everything you need to plan any big Holiday to all the festivities thru the year & more. The prices are on the high side and I didnt see much of any clearance on old items however, the rent has to be paid. The employees seemed nice and greeted you as you walked in & asked a short time later if you needed any help with finding anything. You can spend an hour & not know it, easily.

The terrible worker with blue hair that was blowing up balloons 2 days ago literally has the worst attitude she obviously didn’t want to be there or even help me when I had questions she kept sighing EVERY single time I asked a question I ended up driving to my hometown almost 2 hours away to place my order for my baby shower since this location obviously doesn’t want the business I won’t be coming back to this location and I will be contacting corporate the way she talked to me and her body language towards me was uncalled for

Found some of what I needed, however for my fiesta theme and it being the week before Cinco de Mayo, I found very little here. The seasonal section was a mess, but the remainder of the store was well stocked and organized. The cashier was the best cashier Ive experienced and was so kind.

Don’t get your balloon blown up here, they popped most of mine that I brought in and the ones they did blow up didn’t even last to the party.

I feel as if Ive entered a cave when I vusit this place! Dark flooring & minimal lighting is not conducive to happy shopping. Always disappointed in their stock & their price seem too high. I usually resort to ordering online.

Number one they charge you a arm and leg to air balloons up, then pop the one I ordered offline. Number two Who the hell puts balloons in a bag and dose not tie them. Let’s say I showed up to my event and held on the the strings while pulling them out and up went the balloons before my event. Waste of 34.00 dollars.

They most likely will have what you need. The day I went they didnt have helium. :/
