This is one of the best laundry mats Ive been to by far. Its always clean and never to packed. The employees are super friendly and very helpful if you cant figure something out. Love that fact that its cashless. Its all on an app thats very easy to use as well. Definitely would recommend this place to get laundry done.

Excellent experience with them. Time management was great and they were upfront about communication. The services themselves were very good. I did a wash dry fold more than once within a short period of time just because of how impressed I was! Definitely recommend for people who are running short on time, busy moms, or even grad students consumed by research and starting a family like me! 😅

Best Laundromat Ive ever been too😁... I really like how we have to use an app to do laundry.Very clean and cool place and the staff is awesome. The staff is continually moving around cleaning and seeing if customers need help. I washed and dried a king size comforter and was finished in about an hour. No cash is exchanged. You download the app and go from there.I highly recommend this facility as it is super clean, comfortable and staffed by two attendants who will help you navigate which machines work best for your needs and will even walk you through downloading the app.

My experience today at Gr8 Laundry was great! Efficient machines and very friendly staff! We get to chatting every time I go there! Im a customer for as long as Im living in Bryan-College Station.Wow! I didnt think the actual owner would respond to my review! I always feel welcome when I do my laundry there. The ladies greet me when I first walk in! As a person thats has worked in Customer Service for 36+ years, you know excellent Customer Service when you experience it first hand!

My washing machine is broken and I have not done laundry in two weeks! I googled this place and went there because of the great reviews. This place lived up to their reviews and the staff were super helpful! It was so clean!!!!!!! The attendants were even on their hands and knees cleaning, like they were at home. If I ever need to use a laundromat again, I will be sure to return!

I dropped off my king size comforter to be washed. I had it back within 2 days. The best my comforter has ever smelled and they vacuum sealed the bag. Super affordable!! Staff is friendly.I’ll definitely being using this laundromat for all my large linens that need to be cleaned!!

Love this place. Download the app and they give you 10 dollar credit to start. So dont by extra credit Till you use that first. Once I used the 10 dollars then I pick the machine and it charged my card automatically. It even sends you a text when youre machine has finished. So I can sit in the car and not just stand and watch how long till done. The app is run by the machine manufacturer so no need in worrying if a local vendor is getting me somehow. Place was busy but supper clean . I mean super clean including the bathrooms. 2 employees working at the time . I dealt with Cece when I had questions. Only because when I walked in she said Hi right off the bat. She was super super helpful and friendly. The other lady was friendly also I just didnt have any questions once I saw her. They both stayed busy doing drop off laundry service stuff. Yet they werent so busy that they couldnt help a customer. They were very attentive to all that entered while I was there. I will go back to this establishment every time I visit the area with out a doubt.One note to the app provider: make it so I can find other laundromat that are using the same system.So that when I visit family in other areas your app can show me the nearest establishment.Cece Im sorry I was late in writing the review and probably misspelled your name. I’ve been taking my laundry to Gr8 Laundry for about six months now! My laundry is always folded and separated that makes it so easy to put away! I gr8ly appreciate their effort to make sure my clothes are clean! I could not do as good of a job as they do!

Clean, bright, fair priced. Washers are a touch expensive, but dryers are only 1.00 for 28 minutes and only .10 for 28 minutes on Sat and Sunday mornings till 10:00. You also earn rewards so every few weeks I dry for free.

The girls that work here are amazing! Very helpful. We were traveling and stopped to do laundry. We had never used an app to do the laundry and they were great and explained the whole process. Even recommended which size washer and dryer we should use to save money. Plus told us when we verified our cell number on the app we would get $10 free.The app tells you when your laundry will be getting done. The place was very clean and friendly.

My dryer broke down and tried out this place. Great experience. We were in and out within an hour. Using an app to connect to and pay for washers/dryers was very convenient. The wi-fi is great too in case you need to study while you wait

One of the best laundromats Ive been too. Very clean and the staff was helpful with my issue. Signing up for the app to pay for washer or dryer is super convenient for me. I never received a verification code through my outlook email but I signed up with my Gmail and text not to my surprise I received a code instantly to both Gmail and text. Once I could use the app, I was in and out!

Love this laundry mat is large and spaciousness, and that it is not warm inside but cool. The machines are new and do a great job. I used a 10 load machine for $8 and a dryer for 30 mins for $1.50. There is an attendant to help with questions and keeps it very clean. They also do laundry for customers. The 2 things I would suggest as improvements: doors that open on there own for all the loads of baskets to be carried in and out by folks trying to manage with kids and baskets in tow. I would also provide USB outlets or device charging stations around the store for use by customers.Thank you for bringing the Gr8 Laundry to CS!!Rose Daniel

Clean! This place is super clean! Several sized washers, I believe 4 different sizes, and 4 different sized dryers. Every Wednesday is ½ priced from 10 am - 4 pm and weekends are $.10 dryers. Not sure on hours, but I think open to close. Plenty of tables to fold your laundry and they offer laundry services as well! Youll need to call for details on that, I do mine myself. Highly recommend this place!!

Love this place. The machines are controlled by a phone app that keeps you informed of start an stop times as well as what machines are available. Im goin to be taking advantage of the half price washers on community day! Its always nice an clean an the associates are friendly!

Wow! This place is awesome! I had never been to a laundry mat this high tech and clean.The employees are very helpful, and best of all, no need for quarters. It is all run from an app. Very efficient. This was a life saver when my washer quit working and I had a week’s worth of laundry for five people. I highly recommend this place!

The floor was dirty and the whole place smelled of cigaret smoke and laundry detergent. a piece of tile came off a wall at some point and has not been replaced. I opened a washer and it smelled of wet dog and had dog hair all over the inside and they had one girl working on a busy night. WILL NOT GO BACK!!!!!!!!!

Facility was very clean, large number of washers and dryers (various sizes), carts on wheels, folding tables and vending machines. Very technically advanced: could pay and control washers and dryers from iPhone app. Will certainly return as need for Laundromat arises.

Extreamly clean every time. Very helpful staff. The pay is a little confusing at first, but whoever is behind the counter will help you figure it out. The timers being on your phone is very nice too when you have other errands.

Poor customer service from Manger and one employee. And one was very helpful. We wash here all the time and this time was horrible. One of the machines we put our clothes in was already on and we didn’t think anything of it because it has happened before. Well after we pushed start one of the employees come running saying don’t use that one it has bleach in it. So we tried to stop it and then ask her to stop it and she said she don’t know how. So instead of her trying to help fixed the problem. She start yelling at my wife saying it’s her fault that it happened. Everything was told to the manager and she said the employee was wrong but they’re still not responsible for our things. 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

I used to love this place until I came tonight and half of the washer machines were closed down not only that the lady said the doors lock at 10 which is understandable but they have the audacity to come and say take all your clothes out of the dryer even if they are not dry which I think they should have a sign or announce that to people before they just come and tell us to leave before we can use all of our time I have 10 min left on 2 dryers and my clothes were not dry while there associate is on FaceTime with her husband saying she is trying to hurry home

Love this wash and fold service! Really affordable and convenient for those working parents that work late and overtime and don’t have time to do loads of laundry constantly. Also, with my spinal injuries it causes so much strain to do it. So this is extremely helpful when I’m having a horrible flare up. Plus the weekly half off deal for first time customers was awesome!! Place is beautiful and has friendly staff!

Be absolutely sure you leave no money on your account as it will not be returned to you. It has been 3 months with no response from the management. I have contacted the BCS Police and they have agreed to accompany me to Gr8 and help me settle this matter.Be very very certain you leave no money left on your account as it will not be refunded to you. I have been to the store 4 times and called 14 times with no response. I sure this cannot be legal. I am contacting the BCS police to ask. Plus I am mailing a complaint to the Texas Attorney General against G8 laundry.This is my second review containing the above information and the manager pushed my review to the bottom of the list and never responded. It’s been three weeks.Again be very careful above how much you spend and leave on your account.

Such a cool concept for laudromats! I went for the giant industrial sized washers and dryers. I will be back because of the wonderful service I received! I didnt know exactly what size washer I would need, or dryer, and the employee (kicking myself for not getting her name!) talked me through every detail and gave me a good starting point without suggesting the most expensive option. Facility was pristine and the lounge area was perfect for keeping my little one entertained and happy while we waited for our laundry to be done. Gr8 job Gr8 Laundry!

The first time coming here wasnt so great but upon returning to give it another try I will say that this place is clean and once you get the hang of how the system works then its great.

I usually go to the wash haus to do my laundry because I wash for me and 3 other people. As I pulled up to my usual spot I realized some really shady things happening so I decided to try gr8 laundry. LET ME TELL YOU, I will never ever ever do laundry at another place again. The washers and dryers are all super clean, and very nice looking. The only downside was I had to add an extra 30 mins on the dryer for a couple of my loads, but that’s genuinely not the biggest issue in the world and I had no problem doing that. Everything is controlled by an app on your phone and you can choose which cycle you want to do all from your phone, they have signs everywhere with recommendations on what kind of setting you should put the washer on for certain items of clothing. The lady that’s working is extremely nice and friendly, and a little added bonus... the bathrooms are spotless and smell like cinnamon. My clothes came out smelling fresh- not burned, like other places I’ve been to. Hope the word gets out about this amazing place.I didn’t pay for them to do my laundry for me but that’s a super awesome thing they do and I asked how much it would be for them to do mine and she said it starts off at 68¢ per pound. That’s amazing they offer that service, and I know I’m gonna take advantage of that at some point in the future. 10/10 would recommend to anyone that likes clean, friendly, and inexpensive laundromats.HUGEEEE bonus, they’re open 24 hours! Working late I tend to do laundry late and I love love love that they even got the early morning/late to sleep people in mind.

Very modernized laundromat, no need to go get cash/coins out. They are partnered with an app that lets you pay with your debit card or apple pay. When joining they give you a 5$ credit, so you basically get a free wash/dry your first visit. Very friendly staff.

Very clean place, machines work great, employee was very nice, prices are reasonable, they have wifi, a nice little area when you can rest/wait, vending machines and their new way of paying through the app is very convenient and helpful bc it shows you how much time each machine still has left and when its done you get a notification.

Staff wasnt helpful at all. First time washing here and I had no clue about the whole process. We were standing by the refill station trying to figure everything out and they just looked at us like were bothering them. The only upside is that its clean.
